Nov 01,2024Ripped off paid over the odds . Ended up getting my own accommodation after pay £940 my accommodation in LAGUNA park . Door wouldn't lock cockroachs everywhere. Checked apparent two days later Door still not fixed after reporting it to reception twice . Handed my keys in early and also had to get taxi to airport another 50 euros. Was misleading information about the location .ripped of something shocking stay clear of teletext holidays wish I had read reviews before hand

Nov 01,2024I have never booked to go away before, it was always done for me, l was a bit nevious, and it needed to be done. I rang Teletex, the voice at the other end was so calm and easy to talk with. Any details l needed he would let me know, just take your time l am here for you. Helpfull in booking, hotel, flight, he even Googled the distance to where l have an appointment during my stay for the other party to pick me up when need be . I wanted some one to join me on this trip, but they were busy, Teletex rang me back to check whether there was that additional person joining me. Then we went ahead and made the booking. I found out that there wasn't any need for to worry. Thank you at Sami@Teletex it was lovely talking with you.

Bruce explained all the procedures and helped me decide on my holiday. I would you to thank Bruce for me, for being really helpful. Bruce is a credit to your business.
