Oct 31,20241st time using Teletext Holidays and had a brilliant experience with Bruce. He was amazing and got us the best deal possible for our holiday. Even though the initial flights got sold out during the call he still managed to give us a great price (and did not ask for an extortionate amount more - £15 each more, which i can live with.. Very thorough and spent time to help us to find a last-minute break even though it was past 10pm!! Awaiting all confirmations however will update once we are back and if it goes as smoothly as the booking will definitely be using Teletext again. Thank you Bruce for the amazing experience so far.

Oct 31,2024Got through to Bruce , he was so very helpful and patient with me as I asked for quotes for SC and all Inc holidays, we eventually found one to suit my needs and he gave a very good quote needless to say I booked with him , very helpful, very polite thank you so much, happy customer looking forward to holiday.

Oct 30,2024It was quite late into the evening when we called....we spoke with Sumeer, he was so lovely and understanding in what we wanted for our potential holiday. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about everything we enquired about. We had several hotel options to choose from which took us a while to come to a final decision .....but all the while Sumeer kept telling us to take our time, even though it was very late at night by then and was wayyyy past the end of his shift. We eventually made our decision and then Sumeer sorted out the booking and made everything very straightforward and hassle free, again, extremely friendly and understanding. We're both beyond excited about our upcoming holiday to Egypt......and can't thank Sumeer enough for time and expertise in helping us get our holiday sorted...... Sumeer really is a credit to your company....thankyou once again.

Oct 29,2024Originally very pleased with our booking Roger was very helpful with finding us what we wanted, I can’t really find fault with the Paradise bay hotel, but the full sea view we were offered during booking turned out to be a view of the car park, at the hotel desk we were offered at an extra cost a room with full sea view, would have been more stars but original room was a disappointment and coupled with that a bad return flight with Ryanair. We have tried on three occasions to contact Teletext by email they suggested without any success. However we did manage to enjoy the break in Malta. Would probably think twice about booking again with Teletext.

Oct 28,2024The process of booking was made so easy. The sales rep that helped us, Jai, found us an amazing deal so quickly and cheaper than anything we had seen online. He explored all options with us, explained everything clearly and broke down the costs involved. He also wished my partner a happy birthday and went out of his way to get us upgraded. Overall, the booking experience was very easy, fast and left us feeling satisfied. I will definitely recommend teletext holidays to friends and family, and am happy to use the service when booking our next holiday.
