Mar 19,2018We used TFM Removals this weekend to move from Southend to Norwich and were so impressed by the service. From booking our move to moving day itself, Ralph, Chloe, Joshua and Adam were all very professional, patient in answering our questions and talking us through the move and genuinely lovely, which made the whole process super easy and took the stress out of it all. The level of care was exceptional and if we ever move again in the future, would now only use TFM. We'll also be recommending to friends and family. Thank you to Ralph and the team.

Mar 06,2018I have never used a removal company before but they were absolutely brilliant I was amazed at the speed with which my boxes, which I chose to fill myself, were loaded onto the lorry. Nothing was left behind and they returned the next day, my actual move day, to finish off the final bits. Once I arrived at my new home time went so quick as the men unloaded all my items including clothes on hangers, this they did on both days with heavy snow falling I am so grateful for their kindness and help, I’m not sure I could have coped without their expertise. Feb 13,2018Having seen TFM's work previously, I had no hesitation in using them in my move to Thailand. From the moment I walked into their office and asked them if they could move some furniture and much loved ornaments to Thailand for me everything was done in a very professional and friendly manner. Ralph came to my house and sized everything up and was quick with a quote. There were a few questions that Ralph needed the answers to, as this was an international shipment. Once that was all done and a date was confirmed two of the TFM lads came around to pack everything up. These guys were EXTREMELY professional and careful with their packing. I can honestly say that the boxes arrived in Thailand approx 5 weeks later without a single item seeming to have moved during the journey, that's how well they had packaged up the boxes. I must also say that the Thai guys that delivered the stuff here (Thailand) were also very professional and they went through every box with us to check the items and we had it done in less than 2 hours. TFM truly made my moving experience a breeze and I would highly recommend them...Ralph took care of everything, even calling me in Thailand to make sure I was happy with the delivery, now that's service!!!

Jan 30,2018I have used TFM for both domestic moving house and commercially for my business and cannot fault their service in any way. From the initial friendly quotation I found TFM helpful and efficient. They were accommodating when my house moved date kept changing and worked with me to keep everything on track. The team were great, polite and conciencous, taking great care with all of our belongings. They made moving less stressful by part moving half of our load into one of their secure container leaving us space to do more packing and clean. Service provided felt personal and caring but also efficient and professional. I would recommend TFM 100%

Jan 29,2018TFM Removals moved both myself and my partner's furniture to our new property. On both occasions the removals were carried out very efficiently. My move from Bromley, Kent was dealt with over two days where TFM packed all of my goods up ready to take the next day. The removers were very polite and courteous at all times and extremely helpful. I had no concerns at all that my furniture would be delivered safely to our new home. A very professional service and highly recommended.

Jan 29,2018TFM Removals dealt with our recent house move. From the initial enquiry with Ralph the whole process was handled very efficiently. We felt that nothing was too much trouble. It was suggested to us that the move took place over 3 days which made it so much less stressful. The move was undertaken by Adam, Kes and Josh. All 3 of them worked extremely hard and yet remained cheerful all the time, even in the rain! We were very impressed with how polite they were, it made a nice change to see that from young lads these days. Great care was taken with our possessions and nothing was damaged. We can't praise Ralph and his boys enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Jan 16,2018Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Ralph made the planning so easy, helping to ease the many stresses that come with moving. We had a delay between moving out and moving in but that was no problem for the team at TFM. Collection by the friendly and professional team was quick and extremely efficient, our household belongings then had a very pleasant stay in storage with TFM. Delivery to the new property was brilliant as all of the team are so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure and fun! They were all so very kind and thoughtful, large furniture / small doorways and a stressed cat -nothing fazes them! Also really useful that they offer Self Storage which could be very handy in the future. We recommend TFM without hesitation, a fabulous team. Thanks again!
