We were particularly concerned that our oversized kitchen dresser would not fit the narrow corridors but TFM found solutions to all challenges. Dec 20,2017I can’t recommend the team highly enough. The lads took the stress away from the whole day. The cream carpets in our new house were spotless even though it was raining outside!!! No idea how they managed it to this day. Great company would never move without them.

Nothing was too much trouble, even when things had to be moved around in the new place because of owner misdirection! Many thanks to you all for taking nearly all of the stress from us. Dec 06,2017Would thoroughly recommend this removal company. Moved us out, stored our belongings and then moved us into our new home four months later. Access to new house is very difficult but Ralph and his team were excellent. Very impressed with the driver of the van who managed what we thought was impossible. The guys were very professional and very friendly. Excellent personal service.

Nov 16,2017TFM took a great deal of stress out of my house move. Communications with Ralf at TFM were easy from the start & he was focussed on making arrangements that would suit me best but also at the best price. I had a part load arranged for the Monday before my actual move date on the Friday. This meant I had room to move to complete final packing but also meant that things were more manageable on the day of the move. I had my part load returned to me the following Monday once I'd had a chance to complete some initial unpacking. I would definitely recommend TFM.

Nov 16,2017First class service. From start to finish TFM did everything they could to make our move as easy as possible. Ralph very quickly assessed the number of boxes and lorries we required and he was spot on with our moving plan. We strongly recommend that you trust his judgement because he knows his stuff! The removal men were hardworking, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our belongings were handled with care and all the empty boxes were collected and taken away after we had unpacked. Nov 14,2017What a great team! I would highly recommend TFM. All aspects of the service were excellent from getting a quote, delivery of packaging materials to the removal day. Great care was taken with the moving of all our belongings. All the team were careful to make sure that all the boxes and furniture were where we wanted them to be and were more than happy to move furniture to different rooms for us. Thank you all very much for making the move as stress free as possible.

Nov 10,2017After living in the same house for 17 years with 3 children the thought of moving was horrendous! I shouldn't have worried as Ralph and his team were incredible! They were very efficient, organised and polite, nothing seemed to faze them. Ralph was very understanding and patient whilst we were waiting to exchange which helped make the situation less stressful. My sisters are going to move from London to Essex and I have already told them to contact Ralph and TFM when the time comes, in fact I'd recommend them to everyone!

Chloe dealt with all our needs from the office perspective and was prompt with replying to emails etc. The quotation was good value, not the cheapest but far from the most expensive and included all the packaging required. On the moving day the team of 3 arrived on time, were courteous, respectful and hardworking. On arrival at the new property, the furniture was lifted and deposited in the correct rooms and placed with care. They did their job with a smile on their face and were a good reflection of TFM in general. We wouldn't hesistate to recommend them.

Oct 31,2017I contacted Ralph and his team to move me initially from East Grinstead to Essex. I found the team to be extremely friendly and careful. The move I made was only short term so it wasn’t long before they moved me again this time retaining some of my belongings in storage. Ralph found the most cost effective way for me and the same was true when it came to delivering the remaining items out of storage over a year later. Very professional, friendly and highly recommended.
