The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

The staff were fantastic. Beverly was incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture and helped us find the perfect garden set for our needs and budget. She wasn't pushy at all, but offered great advice and answered all my questions patiently. The selection at of furniture is amazing. They have a wide variety of furniture styles to choose from, so I was sure to find something that matched my taste. The furniture itself is also high quality. The garden set I purchased is beautiful and feels very well-made. The delivery process was smooth and efficient. The delivery team was careful and professional, and they made sure to set up the set exactly where I wanted it. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Clearance Zone. Purchasing at the shop service was great then the delivery guys dropped it off and removed all the packaging and assembled then took all the boxes absolutely brilliant. Lo and behold, they have a showroom at Mexborough, only 15 minutes away! Great service from the staff, we were impressed by the quality of the seating and we bought it! Delivered on time by two very nice, friendly and obliging men, they couldn't have done any more for us.
