The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

From the moment my order was placed I was contacted by email and telephone to arrange really very efficient delivery. When I realised I’d got my order wrong they worked hard to get me the items I wanted and were able to match the price I’d seen on another site. They would’ve given me a full refund had I wanted. The furniture was delivered with a seamless service by two very personable and professional staff. Who put the furniture together, gave instructions on its use and cleared away all packaging . I never normally write reviews but this company really does provide an A class service. Would thoroughly recommend.

The massive warehouse allowed all of their products to be set out with plenty of space. The lads who delivered and assembled the patio furniture were also very efficient and friendly, a credit to the company.
