The Clearance Zone is a family owned business trading from Hull, East Yorkshire. We have four stores across Yorkshire with over 50,000 sqft of showrooms for our customers to shop. Our stores are based in Hull, Bradford, Barnsley and Mexborough. We supply Sofas, Oak Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Dining Furniture and Garden Furniture in stores and online via our website.
Our huge range of Sofas are displayed in store and are generally available for immediate delivery. They are available in a wide range of colours and fabrics - all available at a fraction of the price vs major retailers. Our selection of clearance Oak Furniture is one of the largest in the region, all of which is available for immediate delivery. Its the same story across our Beds, Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Dining Furniture - the majority of items are available for immediate collection or delivery.

Jul 11,2024I phoned the company before I purchased the Maze Corner sofa set as was concerned that it might be “seconds” Quality as so much cheaper than elsewhere. The girl assured me it was “New” so I made the order. Not long after someone called me to say that I would be contacted again to arrange delivery in two working days. I was duly called and told that it would be delivered the following Wednesday, and again I would be contacted beforehand to give me a time slot. So communication was good. I was contacted again and the corner sofa set was delivered within the allotted timescale. The delivery chaps turned up in their large van and respected our property. They put together the set and took away the packaging and returned to the van. One of the guys then came back as he’d found a missing “foot” and connected it to the sofa. The set is comfortable and looks lovely and is not “Seconds” quality which I feared. I wouldn’t be nervous ordering from this Company again. 👏 The Clearance Zone

The staff couldn't do enough to help me make the right choice and took the time to ensure I was happy with everything I had picked. They were very patient as I am extremely fussy and they were really helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. Most importantly the beds i chose and mattresses are really good quality and the prices are more than reasonable for what you are getting compared to any online sites. I am super happy and impressed with clearance zone bradford and I will definately be purchasing more furniture from you guys. Thank you so much🙂

The CZ was absolutely brilliant from walking through the doors to having them delivered , the delivery guys were the best delivery guys I have ever seen, couldn’t do enough !! Jul 07,2024We recently purchased a large outdoor furniture set and bar from Clearance Zone. From start to finish, I cannot fault them. The salesman at the Barnsley store was so helpful, it was delivered at exactly the time they said and although there was a slight fault with one of the items, the after service and speed in which it was rectified was faultless. Will definitely purchase again from Clearance Zone and recommend to others.

Jul 04,2024Absolute brilliant service from first stepping into their Mexborough store to final delivery and set up. These guys go above and beyond plus no pushy sales patter, you are left free to look around with no hassle. I say go above and beyond as we had a delay in moving property and they kept our furniture and bed in storage for 5 months (at no extra cost) until we were ready for delivery. We will be back, one very satisfied customer.

Jul 03,2024From the minute we walked in to choosing our suite the staff were brilliant answered all my questions efficiently, was given an approx. date of delivery but was actually a week later but I had a call from sales staff to inform me. Delivery day I was given between 11 and 1pm the team actually turned up at 10.55 brilliant they brought the suite in to my lounge and put it together as the backs came separate, they were courteous polite. Would highly recommend Clearance zone

Jul 03,2024They explained the choice of material would be best due to having a very hairy dog for the Sofas we picked. They delivery was quick and gave us times for delivery. One of our other items a TV unit was delayed due to overseas so we had to wait a while for this which is why gave 4 stars instead of 5. Great choice of items in store both in Rotherham and Hull.
