May 21,2021This is the second time I’ve engaged the coaching academy and both times they’ve left me with great takeaways and a really positive experience. This time I did the DiSC Certification Online with Sharon Lawton and it was great. She truly understood what she was delivering and made space for all personalities to be. Kris Thorne provided amazing backup managing the chat. Summarily. Fantastic course. Technically Sound. Wonderfully facilitated. Helped me understand my strengths and more importantly how to reveal my clients strengths and opportunities to them.

May 14,2021I loved my experience with The Coaching Academy from the free 2 day foundation course. The coach and mentors are all super experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. The Personal Development program is very easy to follow and I really enjoyed all the accelerator days, live or online. I’ve now set up my business and love my new life. I feel completely in control of my life whereas before I was just following the path in front of me!

May 11,2021Currently working my way through online coaching training. It did take me a while to get to grips with the system and understand what my flow would be through the modules, and there are a few niggles but overall I'm really enjoying it. I love that I can go at my own pace and revisit and revise course materials and recorded webinars whenever I want to. And they're really good webinars. At the start you get the overview of coaching, then revise and delve deeper as you work through the modules. Then there's the additional stuff that you can take advantage of when you enter into the Coaching Academy community - the Facebook groups, presentations from professionals etc. And you get to hear about additional courses of interest. I just did an NLP Taster course for a few hours. It was just the teaser for those of us who want to know more but even if you don't want to continue on to the full course, the taster was really good value. Lots of 'Aha!' moments and tools to use in my coaching - and life generally.

May 10,2021I wanted to write a quick review now that I am well into my training. The online platform, lectures and webinars are really interesting and packed with useful information; what I love about it is that you can truly manage your time and progress at your own pace but also that if you are feeling stuck there is always someone ready to support you in this journey. The live webinars and the Coaching Conversations have become for me a way not only to learn a new skill but also to engage with a lovely community of like-minded people. On a more personal level, it is unbelievable how much my life has changed since starting the course and applying the concepts to my own goals and projects, it has been absolutely the best investment I have ever made for my own personal development. Thank you!

May 08,2021I just attended The Coaching Academy Branding Masterclass by Aarti Parma and it was such a professional, high quality interactive session. It was full of foundational, waffle-free guidance to branding and how to do it well. Lots of valuable information in condensed, simple bitesize, with lots of examples to stimulate one's understanding and creativity. I'm already on my branding journey and I still got loads to consider. So worth it!

May 08,2021Absolutely fantastic session today on the niche coaching "Business in a box" by Aarti Parmar. Learnt so much about the meaning of Branding and how to go about it. Inspirational, clean-cut and structured information, great breakout rooms discussions, great facilitator also in Sharon. Loved it, learnt and took action immediately on my Action Plan at the end of the session, as gain clarity.

May 08,2021I really enjoyed the Branding masterclass today. Aarti Parmar shared a huge amount of content and it's excellent to have a really clear plan to follow and brainstorm for myself in relation to my own business. It was a lot of cover in 3 hours, and the handouts on line and shared on the day were a little confusing to follow as they weren't the same. However, once the correct handouts were printed it was clear what needed to be thought through and completed with proper thinking time after the workshop. These 3 hours were a fabulous investment of my time, as you said we have the information and what to do, now we need to do the thinking to bring it together for ourselves. Thank you for a hugely useful workshop - I'm looking forward to the Going to Market workshop in October.

May 07,2021Rasheed was an excellent facilitator of the Sales and Marketing Fundamentals CPD. The workbook was packed full of useful information which I will continue to refer to as I set up my business. Rasheed was very knowledgeable on this topic and provided excellent examples to help build our knowledge and understanding. He has a rare quality of managing to draw all the participants into the session and ensuring everyone felt included and heard. I have come away with lots of tips, tools and ideas and feel more confident about creating a realistic and achievable action plan to move forward with my business. I also met some lovely people who I hope I will keep in touch with too as we continue on our coaching journeys.

May 03,2021I decided to qualify as a Life Coach during my maternity leave. I attended the 2 day free foundational course in London and I was hooked. Whilst studying at TCA, I had so many revelations about my own strengths and weaknesses. I learnt so much about my core values and through the tools and techniques I was well equipped to help others on their transformational journey. It has been a very fulfilling year of learning & been insightful.
