Any order may be cancelled within 4 days from receipt of goods and goods must returned within 10 days of cancellation. In order that we can issue a full refund, goods should be returned in an unworn/unused condition, complete with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Oct 28,2023The gilet was so smart and much appreciated by the recipient. However, it did not arrive in time for a big birthday. I had to email and phone to chase the order up. If there is a problem with dispatching an order, which can happen, then the client should be immediately advised and not have to chase up. It is simple enough to send an email advising of a delay in despatch.

Initially very pleased with purchase although now having worn it twice I find that some poppers are very difficult to join-different sizes perhaps?-and the lower part of the zip is extremely difficult to join and get to work. Having worn it I will make the most of it as it has worked very well on two wet days in the field.
