1st order was super quick 2nd order 'got lost', nearly 4 weeks later and 1 phone call and an apology my items arrived. Cant decide whether I'll order again as contained a b'day present that ended up being late.

I bought the lavenir coat because my husband got one after having it recommended. I am reasonably pleased with it apart from the zip which is v difficult to do up- hope it gets better with use. Otherwise it’s good.

The Jack pike knife was what I needed as an every day utility knife. Fits on my quiver belt when at archery. Good quality and I like the engraving on the wooden side plates.

The price and quality of my shirt was great. Delivery was the let-down as I didn't get a delivery date for 2 weeks. I had to chase via email & phone. A proactive email telling me there were supply chain issues would have stopped me being grumpy.

I bought a French collar. The product itself is excellent and high quality. What annoyed me a little was I paid £6 delivery for this collar and it was supposed to be sent 24 hour royal mail. If it was dispatched when I was emailed it took 48 hours and even then, I find it difficult to believe that it costs £6! **Added after The Country Catalogue replied** It is not my role to research delivery options for your clients. I am aware of delivery costs and in my experience the option that you chose was expensive and not delivered within the 24 hour time period. Given your response I will not purchase anything further from you and I would advise others to shop elsewhere.
