After a small hiccup with an out of stock item I must say that Scott and his team provided a 5 star customer service experience all the way through to a prompt delivery next day,ie today.I have not used the Gas Superstore before,but I will certainly do so again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending this company without reservation to my family and friends.
Ordered a Flamerite electric fire with Angela at the Gas Superstore Ltd she understood my requirements exactly and ordered the fire with remote control/coals instead of pebbles - I was a little hesitant thinking that she would make a mistake as she seemed so confident and understanding but no I received my fire on Saturday as arranged and I couldn't believe the price that I was charged as it was well below other prices that I had been quoted. Unfortunately part of the fret had been damaged in transit but I have been assured that a replacement one is being ordered and will be with me within the next few days. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Top Class service.
The gas fire was delivered on time and the next day . I am really pleased with the fire and how it can have quite a low setting which is great on warmer days.
After a slightly confused start, the company could not have been more helpful. They kept in regular touch to advise progress of order, item was delivered when stated and was of excellent quality, would use again.
After online chat Andrew called me and dealt with my order within a matter of minutes in an extremely helpful and friendly manner. I am getting next day delivery which is an added bonus.
We bought a range cooker from Andrew. He is a credit to the Company. Gave excellent customer service and price matched. Even got free saucepan set too. Cooker was delivered very quickly and Steve, the delivery guy, managed to deliver the cooker on his own even down steps to our property. Took all the packaging, put the cooker in my new kitchen and took the old cooker at no extra cost. All I can say is that the whole experience was fab fro start to finish. So much so that I am also purchasing a cooker hood from them. Have told my friends too. Excellent!
The Gas Superstore appear to be honest, straight forward, helpful and reasonably efficient. I dealt with Scott Daniel who was intelligent, well spoken and clear in his communications, not to mention politely humerous on occassion. Basically he did what he said he would do - when he said he would do it, which from a customer's point of view is worth its weight in gold. So my thanks Scott ! The only reason I have given Gas Superstore four stars rather than five is because the model of tumble drier I ordered and paid for online one evening was no longer available and I had to wait a couple of weeks for the replacement model. Otherwise, as I have in the past, I will buy from Gas Superstore again without a second thought. They are definitely good enough to deserve a sincere and strong recommendation from me. The web site was showing a cheaper price for the product than when I added it to my basket but the company honored the lower price with an off-line sale. Regardless of this I was very impressed with the quality of service.
Can't fault the service. Within 5 minutes of finding the product, Andrew was in contact, payment made, and delivery arranged for tomorrow. Can't get any better than that!
Placing the order was painless, and Scott was very helpful. All my queries were answered, and I was given a choice of delivery dates. The cooker came at the time advised, and the delivery driver Chalky was most helpful.
I ordered a log burner on the internet from The Gas Superstore, it was meant to include a number of extra items as part of the deal. The burner arrived and the driver was very helpful. All of the extra items were missing and the burner was damaged in transit a phone call was made and they apologised and It was arranged to have a next day delivery. I found this totally acceptable at this point. The new burner was delivered but the fire cement was missing. I contacted the company and was told that they did not have the cement in stock and it would take a week to order in, I asked how much the cement would cost as I could get it locally if it was only a few pounds, I was told by Jessica that it was about £25, not having bought fire cement before I accepted this and agreed to wait. 8 days had passed and I had not heard anything so I chased it up and was told it was in stock and they would send it out the following day. The parcel arrived via courier, when I opened the package there had been no protective packaging and the pot was split open. I rang again and explained what had happened, they apologised and said it would be another week as they would have to order another pot of fire cement, I asked if I could buy it locally and they could reimburse me as it was over a month now, I was informed that I would not be allowed to do this as it was against company policy and the only option I had was to wait a further week. Later that day I received an email stating that I could now purchase the fire cement and sent the invoice to them and they would reimburse me. I have since purchased the fire cement locally for under £3 and have not bothered with claiming this back due to this being such a small amount. This could have all been avoided if they were truthful in the beginning and told me the real cost. It has put my project back by a number of weeks. I would not use this company again as I did not find them to be honest and found myself having to chase up their mistakes.
I was ordering a cooker online (at a great price). I had a query and used the online chat facility which was very good but to make matters easier Andrew called me and after sorting the query I placed my order. This was at 8pm. I was very impressed.
Spoke with Andrew both on the "chat" and phone, very helpful, couldn't do enough. Answered all questions clearly, instilled complete trust that I was dealing with service driven business. Gave me super deal and accommodated our needs on delivery.

This was not a straight forward purchase via the internet as I needed to add some parts to order especially LPG conversion kit for dual fuel Range Cooker.
After a really bad experience with Marks Electrical (ordered the same product 4 weeks ago with a estimated delivery of 7-10 days), I still wanted the same product. I contacted the Gas Superstore at 22:20pm on a Saturday night! Andy was extremely helpful and he rang me to process the order. I will now be taking delivery of my new dryer on Monday. Nov 04,2015Found the company by chance when searching for kitchen appliances. It was a refreshing change to talk to someone who wasn't reading off a crib sheet - a proper conversation ! Scott (and his colleagues) were all well informed and helpful, it didn't seem to matter how many questions I asked, they just wanted to make sure I got the best products at the best price. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again. Solly
