Oct 16,2015I ordered an oven and cooker hood and gas superstore were happy to reduce the price and do me a good deal, the same thing after I returned to purchase all my white goods (good brands too) they spoke to me late into the evening (9pm) I told them the products I wanted and they still gave me a reduction in price, I have not yet taken delivery of my items, but the people I have dealt with have been lovely and I am so happy that I managed to get a range style cooker, hood, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer for well under 2k

Oct 13,2015After some internet browsing elsewhere I'd decided on a particular Valor gas fire (the model number is 0576121). However, whilst other sites were more expensive, they did provide a fuller specification of that model. Fortunately I was able to speak to Jessica (?) who actually took the trouble to look at the fire and so answer my query. I now look forward to receiving my order and I'll be recommending your service in the future to others. thanks again John

Oct 10,2015Used the websites "webchat" facility to enquire about stock availability. Answered by Scott who quickly sourced the item and was happy to take a deposit to secure it whilst we finalised plans. Scott then arranged delivery to meet our schedule. Would recommend The Gas Showroom.

Oct 05,2015So, its sunday and our fridge freezer is dead. The lights are on but theres no one in. We found the fridge we liked and found the Gas Superstore website really good to navigate and find all the info we needed. Popped a message on the chat with the hope of getting a message back in the morning but there was a reply waiting for us within 10 minutes! I was really surprised that anyone would be online at 9pm on a sunday evening! Andrew was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. I hate shopping for white goods (or anything actually) but this was really stress free. Im a happy bunny. No clue what the fridge is like but im sure it will fit the bill. Very impressed so far though!

Sep 30,2015Bought a Neff induction hob after ringing the Gas Superstore for a price match. Despite not having the hob in stock it was despatched the next week with the addition of free pans.....Winner :) I was informed about the delivery time and date. Everything ran like clockwork. Have since installed the hob and I'm very pleased with it.

Sep 30,2015Recently purchased an LG microwave combination oven. Firstly it was available cheaper from another online retailer. I contacted the the gas superstore via the chat service and a price match was agreed within 5 minutes. Ten minutes later the order was placed and I received email confirmation. The next morning I got a text confirming the microwave was due to be delivered between 9 and 12. At 10:00 am I got a call from the delivery driver saying he was 30 minutes away. Really, really good service! The microwave is excellent and the level of service was outstanding!

Very inaccurate information in regard to delivery times and shockingly their customer services management are not different to this attitude. I was extremely let down and disappointed and I will not hesitate to discourage any prospect buyers from this seller to avoid dealing with them.

Sep 25,2015The electric stove heater I ordered arrived at the day and time given but unfortunately the item was damaged. When I phoned the gas superstore to report this, they dealt with my complaint really quickly and efficiently. After realising they had sent a faulty item by mistake, they offered to refund my money immediately. Although disappointed I couldn't reorder the same model as it was out of stock, I shall certainly consider buying from them again.

Sep 24,2015Steve s and jay b delivered a rangemaster ceramic cooker to my place of work and they were brilliant,they had to get the old rangemaster out of the kitchen,it was a really difficult job as there was not much room,but they done it and they got the new one in without a scratch on it and they cleared up all the mess for me,they were very polite and professional.

Sep 23,2015I have just bought a new fridge from the store and am delighted with the friendly and helpful service I received from Scott, who took my order on the phone, in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I have spent many hours on other websites trying to get a fridge, but none have been at all helpful. In fact, another company (famous high street name) even tried to charge me £90 just for having a fridge 'installed' (i.e. simply pushing into a recess and plugging in) BIG RIP OFF! Thank you and I look forward to receiving my new fridge next week!

Oct 18,2015I ordered 4 appliances late on a Saturday night but had a few questions. I didn't expect any response from the 'live chat' that popped up on the side but tried and to my surprise a very helpful customer service representative helped me with my queries and called me to discuss further, answering all the questions I had. Not many companies are available until 11pm on a Saturday night, I would definitely recommend.
