I will keep this review to the facts as it would be too long if gave too much detail. Orders two Siemens ovens in May, the website offered a delivery date of a few days and took my money. I knew there was a delay with these ovens due to Manufacturing issues so didn't expect delivery so quick but was anticipating being told. Day before delivery get a email just saying ovens not coming nothing more. Wrote a review at this point and very quickly had call from them apologising and saying I could claim compensation from Siemens. I told the lady who phoned I had no ovens at all and she said they would let me know as soon as Siemens gave them information regarding supply. I claimed compensation and in July received this and a few days later some flowers which I assumed was part of the apology. In September on return from holiday picked up answer phone message saying items in stock. This was left late August but did not come through on phone till I got back. Contacted the store and same lady said they had just come in'yesterday' will get them to you tomorrow. I did not mention message as pleased ovens finally coming. Next day only one oven arrives, no explanation . Contact them to be told the other oven is still unavailable and no idea when it will be in but they will let me know. No offer to chase up Siemens. Contact Siemens myself to be told both my ovens were delivered to The Gas Superstore in July. Hence my flowers. Contact the store who have no response other than Siemens did not deliver my ovens to them and I will have to wait till December for the delivery of my other oven. That would make it around 7 months waiting. I have had no ovens for four months, so I cancelled that order, reordered on Friday elsewhere and had it delivered today Monday. I am still waiting for an explanation from this company but they are ignoring my emails , so I guess there is no explanation other than they have behaved shockingly.

Our fridge got delivered right on time as promised. Delivery guys Steve S and Jay B did an excellent job getting the fridge up to the 2nd floor on very narrow stairs. Thanks a lot! Best regards, Stan

I recently had occasion to visit The Gas Superstore Leicester. Having recently decorated my living room I was looking to somehow up grade/date the fireplace. At the store I was helped by sales person Nick. I was able to put across my ideas to him, he offered advice, the best options and then put it all in place. Over the next few weeks I had to change my ideas on more than one occasion and Nick was there to happily rescue things. I cannot speak highly enough of the store and Nick. The store is well stocked with quality fires, cookers, washing machines, fridges, etc, all on display in the large showrooms. Nick was outstanding, a credit to the business. He was very knowledgeable about the products and he found it easy to offer the right advice/options. He was comfortable with all my changes in ideas and readily accommodated them with ease. He spent a considerable amount of his time making sure I was OK with everything. I found Nick to be someone who cares about what he does and I thank him for it. He definitely saved the day. I will also mention Jamie and Simon (fitters). Again nothing was too much trouble. Quality work and no mess. I will definitely shop at the store again.

I ordered a Panasonic combination microwave, the gas superstore customer service was excellent, it was also the best price on the internet that I could find anywhere. there was a short delay in delivery due to damaged goods arriving at the gas superstore from their suppliers, I was contacted straight away to tell me of the situation and confirmed a new delivery date. The gas superstore was recommended to me by my family who recently bought a new cooker and microwave. I fully recommend the gas superstore, and wont hesitate to use them in the future

Young lady I spoke to on telephone was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. She then talked me through the order process which saved me going back online. Freezer was also £50 cheaper then all other quotes. It was a pleasure to speak to her and she is a credit to your company. David

Telephoned order for a very competitively priced Flavel Rocco HE gas fire and found staff helpful and efficient. Confirmation order account immediately emailed and next day free delivery - cannot fault this service! Have now had the gas fire installed and we are very pleased with it. Have no hesitation in recommending the gas superstore!

It took me 3 phones calls for Sales to email me a receipt of payment. Should have been done straight after phone sale. A delivery date was agreed but as I had not received any confirmation it took another phone call. This confirmed that my delivery had not been booked! When Fridge/Freezer did arrive, delivery men, Carl and Michael were excellent.

I would like to take this opportunity to send a special thanks to Jonathan Killick regarding the purchase of the Flanel Misermatic gas fire for my eighty year old mother in-law, his courtesy and professional understanding made this a simple process. A further special thanks to the lovely lady delivery driver, Joan for all her help. I have been waiting for the delivery of an item for over 5 months! I have never had any proactive communication from the company. Each time I contacted them I was told that the delivery would be before the end of the month. Each time there was no delivery and no communication.

We recently purchased a Stoves R1000gt range cooker which had the extractor fan free with the deal. The Gas Superstore were £300 cheaper than their nearest rivals just for the cooker alone, then 4 days after Delivery were told we were getting an extra £150 back because the price had since dropped. Having never heard of this company before I was initially dubious, however I was amazed at how professional and efficient they were. The lady I dealt with (Jessica) made it all so easy and was always on hand to answer any questions, extremely professional. Overall an excellent company who I would certainly recommend.

I ordered this item since advertised at a competitive price, so paid for this. An email acknowledging the order was received, saying the BBQ was not yet in stock but would advise when received for delivery. I then received a 'phone call from a very polite young lady to say that they were unable to complete my order. She was very apologetic and immediately offered to return my money since a substitute was not acceptable.

Your delivery men did a good job. Came on time, phoned to warn us, and removed the old machine and packaging. And installed the new one. My only criticism is that they did not write the serial number on the documentation and it took me a long time to find it. My problem is that I chose the wrong model. The fridge section is so close to the floor that I find it difficult to reach down to it - stiffness of old age. I wish I had chosen a simple fridge, the freezer is rarely used (I have another freezer in the garage).

This is the 1st time i have ordered from Gas Superstore and will say i was very impressed..Jessica in customer service was very polite and friendly she helped me with my order and also kept me updated every step of the way..Lewis who delivered my product was so helpful, he went out of his way to make sure i was happy with the service and was so polite it was a pleasure to have him in my home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

After our old fridge died we needed a replacement quickly with an 18 month old in the house! I found The Gas Superstore website online, one quick call later and we would have our fridge in the next 6 hours. Delivery came promptly and the driver was very helpful, taking away all of the packaging and he would have taken the old fridge had we wanted him to (the freezer section was still working so we wanted to keep hold of it).

I would just like to thank you for the excellent service I received from you recently, from placing my order through to the delivery of the cooker and hood. I could have got the same product cheaper from another supplier, along with a free cooker hood. You price matched the cooker and I purchased the cooker hood as an extra. The reason that I did not go with the other company was that they did not have good reviews. Jess, who I placed the order with was very helpful, polite and friendly and great to deal with. Each time she said she would check and call me back she did so in minutes. The delivery guys were also courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending your company to others.

II have never used the Gas Superstore before and moving into a new house with no white goods I was faced with the task of finding the right products for the kitchen at the right price. I ordered a Hotpoint fridge freezer through the website as on their front page it suggested I would receive this the very next day. As we were moving and I had only taken a week off from work this I thought would be work out well for me. However upon payment the delivery dates was over a week later. My husband called and this was re-arranged with no problems. The fridge freezer arrive within the given slot 2 days later. We were so impressed with the service and the fridge we decided to use Gas superstore to order our washing machine and dishwasher. I was a little confused with the prices shown on the website so called them directly and spoken to a lovely customer service adviser Jessica. Jessica was very helpful and looked at all products, discounts, prices you name it until I came to a decision. There was no hard sales involved just great advise. further to this Jessica arranged delivery for me for the very next day. A time slot of 8am-11am was appointed and goods arrived at 9am, again a service that I cannot falter! I cannot recommend this company enough. If you need an appliance at a good price and have delivery to you the very next day order from Gas Superstore. My Mum is moving soon and is also looking to update all her white goods and she is coming straight to Gas Superstore after the service I received.

Managed to get a very god deal which included the appropriate Hood for my Belling 90DFT Range Cooker for LESS than the best price elsewhere without the hood. Delivery was fast and driver placed the boxes exactly where I requested. Thank you.

I am in a wheelchair and have communication difficulties, the delivery men, Craig and Paul took the time to listen to me, as did the lady from customer services. I was kept informed of when my delivery was due with date & approximate time. Received a phone call from the delivery men about half an hour before delivery. I am extremely happy to recommend this company highly
