Took a while longer to deliver because it wasn't a stock item but once they get it in stock they delivered very quickly and on a day of my choice. Would use again - they seem to be able to get hold of rarer items for Bosch/Neff/Siemens appliances.

Oct 31,2014Time slot given for delivery , on the day of delivery , had to chase to get update of delivery , ended up collecting item from warehouse staff on phone unhelpful and unwilling to work to resolve I came very close to cancelling the order

Oct 31,2014I bought two Windsor favel Gas Heaters and they are now fixed to the wall and looks fabulous and work very good. I do not know its efficiency but it will be tested as to when it heats up 25 square meter room. I do not know its BTU capacity and total gas consumption. It has Coal fire Effect but should have carried either Pumice or red hot glowing and heat-emitting stones. I do not know its life in terms of working efficiency & heat output. I will be looking forward to see its working efficiency & full-fledged function in coming winter months. I hope it warms my house to my expectations.

Oct 29,2014Ordered the item on 6th of October but did not received it until 27th of October. Lacking of communication as well, as I had to keep chasing them regards to delivery, then being kept informed. At one occasion I was given a delivery date but no one turn up with my gas fire, wasted a whole day waiting for delivery which never turned up. Rang the next day and was told it was still in depot as they forgot to load it on the vehicle. It finally arrived after having it rearranged.
