Oct 26,2014I ordered a aga little wenlock. We have not yet had this one installed, but had the exact same aga stove installed in my last home (had it for 7 yrs). It was perfect for our three bed semi, hence i bought another one for my new house. The website was easy to use and delivery prompt and we got free flie pipe and carbon monoxide detector and register plate. Very please with service and know the stove will be great.

Oct 23,2014After enquiring about Gas fires in my local shops I thought I would have a look on the internet. Couldn't believe how much I would save by using the Gas Superstore. The site was easy to use. The fire was delivered on the day that was arranged. Good Service and will use again.

Oct 23,2014I chose Gas Superstore because they offered the product I wanted at the best price I could find on the net. They did not disappoint. Their service was exactly as described, and their delivery man was both hard-working and helpful. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Gas Superstore to any prospective customer, as long as that prospective customer is prepared to read the terms regarding delivery properly prior to purchase.

Oct 21,2014ordered online clicked the day I wanted delivery which was free,had text day before to remind me my delivery was coming next day on day of delivery had text message to say what time it would be delivered an the drivers name,what fantastic five star service.

Oct 20,2014We requested a delivery day and oven arrived on due day and also had a telephone call beforehand to advise us of delivery in next half hour. Excellent service and good price for oven. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Oct 20,2014The fire was delivered on time as stated but packaging was damage quite badly had to check contents whilst delivery driver present. Luckily the fire was ok and looks good in situ. Still waiting for our gas fitter to fit so no other comments to make at present

Oct 20,2014We ordered a gas smeg fire, which was 200 pounds cheaper than other retailers. It was a very efficient service! Unfortunately when it arrived the surround was the wrong colour. I rang up and spoke to a very pleasant fella, who dealt with the probelm, and a day later it was at my door. Even the replacement fire was delivered rapidly. Would highly recommend to my friends / family, and I will not doubt be purchasing again soon from the gas superstore :)

Oct 19,2014Had my reservatons as the price of our dishwasher was much lower than other retailers and the fact that we disn't get a confirmation email when the order was placed online, but the customer service was top notch and the product was delivered impeccably and on time, would definitely recommend to others

Oct 19,2014My delivery turned up as planned on time and date, but unfortunately it was delivered to the billing address and not the delivery address, however the gas superstore apologized and redelivered it, , Apart from that it was straight forward, good communication and easy to use web site.Will certainly use them again

Oct 15,2014Ordered one day, delivered the next. I had ordered same fire from other supplier and had 3 failed deliveries over 4 weeks followed by a promise of 'hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks'. Wish I come to Fires-Cookers first. I will recommend to friends and family and would certainly use again.

Oct 15,2014Very easy to navagate web page, easy to compare products, good product description and induction hob came with free pan set which was a very thoughtfull idea from company as not all pan sets work with induction hobs. Payment and delivery was easy and quick. Very friendly delivery driver would strongly recomend using the gas superstore
