The packaged item was in delivered in very poor condition ( electric fire) upon opening it was obvious that the internal packaging had been tampered with and goods disturbed i.e. contents had been removed then put back in an in orderly fashion. Removed fire to see it was badly scratched and damaged suspect it was previously returned goods. Disappointed after a long wait for delivery, dealing with customer services so hope this is resolved quickly. Price has gone up significantly since I bought it so what was a bargain may not be in the end. I'm sure they will sort it out promptly

The gas superstore offered excellent prices with free delivery. Arranged a Saturday delivery at no extra cost and the driver rang me on the Friday to let me know he would be with me very early. At 7.00 am he was there with all the goods ordered and brought them into my premises. I would recommend them to you 100%

I ordered a cooker on the Wednesday and took delivery of it on the Saturday. Communication was excellent and I received a text the evening before giving me an hour timeslot so I didn't even have to hang around. Delivery guys were super friendly and helpful, would definitely use again.

I don't want to be too down on these guys as in the end I got what I wanted, The issue was when I booked online I chose a delivery date but the item didn't arrive. When I rang them (the next day) they confirmed that it should have been delivered but had been rescheduled for Saturday (4 days later), Fortunately I was working from home so I lost no time - but I may have taken the day off for no reason. I was also in no hurry for the item (a gas fire) but I may have arranged for a gas fitter the next day! I understand that these things happen but I should have been advised if they were unable to deliver. That said they did deliver as planned on the second date and the driver called me the night before offering me a precise time and was very helpful. I would give them a second chance and order from them again as they seem a genuine company.

Great service top quality gas fire delivered on time as arranged and half the price of other suppliers. Although the fire was a shelf item and clearance it was in perfect condition so all in all really pleased

Unlike other online companies I have used, The Gas Superstore removed the item I purchased as soon as I purchased it. They didn't leave it 'in stock' so that the next person purchasing would be disappointed as has happened to me several times! It was easy to book my delivery for a Saturday (not able to choose any time though) and delivery happened by their own drivers. This is important as they HAVE to deliver in order to make a profit. This great because you then realise that they will do whatever it takes to make sure the delivery arrives on the day concerned. On the day of the delivery (yes a Saturday!) I was able to speak with a real human being who was able to progress the delivery for me. The delivery was on time and the driver was really helpful even though the item (Liebherr 201cm tall F/F) was large and bulky. The item itself arrived in unmarked condition. It is brilliant. The largest 60cm wide F/F I could find anywhere and at a great price. Will definitely order from them in the future.

Ordered my cooker on Wednesday and was given an option of delivery dates including Saturday which I opted for. The delivery guy phoned about 8.30 on Friday evening asking if it would be ok if he delivered it about 8am on the Saturday as he had another early delivery to make, this was fine for me. He actually arrived about 7.45 and was able to wheel the cooker straight into the kitchen. He was very nice and polite, turned down the offer of a coffee but had time for a short chat. I will definitely use this company again, very good price and fantastic service. I cannot fault them.

My dealings with this company went like clockwork. The items ordered were delivered on time with a smile and aid from the delivery driver. Would highly recommend.
