Sep 30,2014I got no email confirmation of my order (no, it didn't go into my spam folder...) but when i called they were able to confirm my order and send me a confirmation. Friendly staff on the phone. My order arrived on the day appointed and the price was the best I could find on the internet.

Sep 30,2014Fireplace was delivered on time and looks nice. Fire is pretty realistic when on; when off, in daylight, looks odd. When delivered and fully unpacked I noticed the base was chipped in one corner. Didn't bother returning as the skirting board would hide it, but please note the surround is not very good quality.

Sep 29,2014The washing machine is fine, but they did not send any email to confirm the purchase initially, nor when I phoned the first time to ask for an invoice. I had to ring again to ask for one before it was finally sent. And they did not give you any time slot for the delivery until I rang on the morning of delivery

Sep 28,2014Despite the next-day delivery claims on the website, it didn't allow me to choose a booking slot less than one week away. Then just before my chosen delivery day, I was called and told the item wouldn't be in stock. Days later I called up to ask when it would be in stock, and I was promised they'd chase it up and contact me within an hour. I never received that call. I had to call back again to finally pin down a delivery date. Meanwhile, they had already charged my credit card a couple of weeks beforehand, when I placed the order. I later received another phone call from them, which turned out to be about a different customer's order, where they'd got the contact details muddled up! When the expected delivery day came, I received a text message saying that my item is in stock and I must phone them to arrange a delivery day! So I called, and was told that my delivery was scheduled for that day, that the driver would call an hour before delivery, and I could ignore the text message. Well, the driver never phoned to tell me the delivery slot as promised, but the item did eventually turn up. So, I received my item in the end, and on the upside the price was competitive, but the process could have been a lot smoother and swifter.

Sep 24,2014I purchased a Valor Dream Gas Fire in Pale Gold on line on a Wednesday afternoon I could have had delivery the next day which took me by surprise so opted for the Friday delivery I was phoned at 9.10 that morning and told by a very polite driver that he would be there in 20 mins which he was He carried the fire into my garage and I was able to sign for it as unchecked as I would not have known what to check!! My plumber was due to fit it the following Friday and he would check everything was there which it was and I am extremely pleased with it - not brassy and not cold looking like chrome. Brilliant price and fantastic delivery.

Sep 22,2014the first item arrived without a hitch - but an idea of at least am or pm for delivery would help. the second item wasn't in stock but was booked in for a week later but didn't arrive. the company were very helpful in sorting this out. but still had to wait another couple of days.

Sep 22,2014I ordered a gas fire on a Monday afternoon and received a telephone call on Tuesday morning to say that delivery would be made on Wednesday. I had to go out on the Wednesday and left a note for the delivery company and they left it in the specified place. An excellent service and would use again.
