Sep 17,2014We ordered a BBQ and we cannot fault to the product, well packaged and arrived before it was supposed to. Thing is we actually selected a Saturday on purpose because of work commitments so it was slightly irritating for it to arrive on the Friday. Luckily I was able to get home from work for delivery so can't complain too much. Not the end of the world mind - great price so we would definitely use them again.

Sep 14,2014I have given this four stars because the delivery driver advised that we had three days to advise of any faults or we would not be able to return the goods. This is not in line with trading standards laws which allows substantially more time.

Sep 13,2014Ordered on-line and was notified next day that the order was confirmed. Lots of communication leading up to the delivery including on the day when they gave a time slot. The delivery guys even agreed to unpack the new fridge for me. Very efficient and would recommend to anyone.

Sep 10,2014I bought a Carron Dante stove online from GasSuperstore for a really good price because it was shelf worn. However, around 4 days later I receive a single voicemail message to say that the product was no longer available and no follow up email. I was away so didn't pick up the message for around 10 days. There are two ways to look at this: 1. either GasSuperstore were enticing customers in with products that were extremely reasonably priced but with none in stock OR 2. their stock taking / online system is appalling. I would prefer to think that this is no 2. I received a refund but felt thoroughly jaded by the experience. I would not recommend them to to others because of their limited contact when they knew the item was unavailable. A single phone call with a voice mail is not sufficient for an item bought online.

Sep 04,2014I`m back to Gas for cooking...I haven`t made a decent sponge ever since cooking by electric. The Gas Super store offered me a great deal when buying a New World Single oven. Really fast delivery, the nice pleasant delivery man was very helpful. I highly recommend purchasing from The Gas Super Store...and Thank them for a excellent transaction!! They have more than earned their 5***** :)

Sep 20,2014Ordered Siemens washing machine which was a Which? best buy in January 2014. Website stated item in stock. Received messages querying order, partly due to the fact that I live in South of England. Was passing on M1 later that week so offered to pick up item. Eventually told item discontinued and offered alternative with 7 day lead time. Declined as this was outside my timescale for picking up item. Refund promptly made but item still on website three days after transaction! Need to ensure website up-to-date.
