Now that the cold is setting in I decided that it was time to replace my old fire with something a bit more up to date I found the Fires-cookers website though Google and found a replacement fire that I liked, I called up to make sure the fire was in stock and placed the order over the phone I received the fire on the day I requested and even had a call when the driver was on his way Top marks

Never heard of this company found them on google. Cheaper price than all the big places. Delivery service was brilliant, driver sent text to let us know eta. Would definately use again.

I ordered a Weber Smoky Mountain at the best price on line and it arrived the next morning, what more could I want. The lid has a minor issue, Adam in customer service has been courteous and helpful. I will use them again

Ordered a gas fire and I'm pleased to say I got next day delivery with no charge. The fire arrived but not to my house, a neighbour 3 doors away got it. When I checked the item it had the wrong house number on it and no name, so I'm lucky I've got honest neighbours. Not had the fire installed yet so I can't comment on the product working

The product arrived the next day, however after receiving a text to say it would be delivered at 9am, I was woken at 6am by repeated missed calls to my phone. The driver was outside waiting. Not ideal.

Purchase and delivery of the gas fire was fine. However, the product specification on the website was different to the one they supplied. Unfortunately, I had already installed the gas fire so was unable to replace it but when I mentioned this to them they simply said it was my fault for not checking the product booklet properly! Despite sending several emails about the issue, they still haven't rectified the specification on their website so it seems they are quite happy to misadvertise the product to other potential customers. Will be avoiding this company in future.

I had been looking for the same weber BBQ I had previously owned before moving. I was doing some price comparisons and the gas superstore was cheaper by far. They also delivered very quickly and the best thing was I could choose the date of delivery so I didn't miss it. I would definitely order from them again.
