Aug 29,2020Popped into the Canterbury (Burgate) IT Store with an iPhone that wasn't charging. The young man at the counter managed to pull out several improbably large items from the charging port and sent me on my way in ten minutes - no charge! By which I mean, the phone is now charging, but I didn't have to pay.

Aug 29,2020All the staff in this new store in Dundee were very helpful regarding the repair of my iPhone. When the phone's issues were found to be unrepairable I was issued with a letter detailing the problem enabling my phone insurance to respond quickly by replacing my phone. Highly recommend.

Aug 18,2020Brought in my Macbook that had become slow, with the trackpad not working. Had decided on repair over buying a replacement and glad I did. 1 solid state hard drive and a new battery later and everything quicker and quieter. Help and advice given freely (and patiently!). Great service, great outcome.

Jul 25,2020I started the day feeling wretched having killed my mac book air with a cup of tea. I called the iT Store and was immediately put at ease by Tom, who said the strong likelihood was that they could at least save my data, if not the whole computer. When I arrived at the store they found out very quickly that the Computer was a gonner, right in front of me, so I could see the tea in my machine. But, whilst I had a stroll through Canterbury Market, Luke got my precious data elegantly and swiftly transferred on to a fabulous 2020 Air Retina (£70 cheaper than if I bought it from an Apple Store) and told me everything I needed to know, set me up with touch id, were utterly charming, competent, kind and knowledgeable. Rather than having to loiter outside the store (ala corona) they gave me a chair to sit on on the pavement in the sunshine whilst they put my life back together. I don't think I have ever been such a happy customer. Deep thanks to Luke, Tom and Neil. What a great team...

Jul 03,2020recently brought a 2012 MacBook Pro 13" service was very friendly and polite and service was fairly quick considering they had to fit an SSD. The Mac works perfectly and is in good condition.

Jun 10,2020The iT store repaired my MAC screen (broken) and keyboard (liquid spillage), also diagnosing a problem with the HD, as it had become very slow. They were extremely professional and helpful, offering advice and talking through repairs. The repairs were carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. The store also provided a warranty for the work completed. I highly recommend for Apple advice and repairs.

Apr 19,2020I brought in my vintage MacBook Pro 2009 to have the battery replaced and the iT Store took the details and ordered me a new one. When I came to collect my order after being e-mailed about the battery arriving, the service at their Canterbury store was quick and efficient with the battery replaced in around 30 minutes. During the corona virus pandemic they have been particularly attentive to infection control by not allowing customers to physically enter the store and using gloves and sanitizers to handle the MacBook. All round they have been an excellent service that I would recommend to others.
