The jacket didn’t fit and they were very friendly and responsive and replaced the jacket asap. I love my new jacket and would definitely order from them again.

Shipping is prompt and easy to track. Most of all, the jackets are very well made, of good quality and really fit well. I can honestly say that their jackets/coats have been exact to size and accurate to the pictures. Obviously, I will be ordering with them again.

I got a clear message “ We will solve the problem” 10 days later I got my jacket using a faster courier at 0 cost. I kept the old jacket and most importantly they followed up regularly all along to ensure I’m comfortable and relaxed. Thank and I wish other online shops have the same level of customer commitment. Feb 11,2025Pedí una chaqueta de cuero de Cyberpunk para un regalo, me gustó mucho! Me gustaría ver cómo se ve después de un tiempo, pero se ve de buena calidad. Si tengo que hacer otro regalo compraría de nuevo. Son muy atentos y te responden lo antes posible. Tuve un problema con aduanas y ellos amablemente me ayudaron y resolvieron. Además llegó bastante rápido desde el momento que me avisaron de que fue enviado. Para el que le sirva, mi paquete fue enviado desde Pakistán pasando por Dubai, yo creía que sería enviado desde UK y no tendría aduanas, pero como vino de otro país sí, pero ellos me ayudaron y se resolvió el problema.

Feb 03,2025It took way too long to recieve my jacket, when I contacted customer support after more than a month, it was immediately obvious that they have forgotten all about it. Another unpleasant surprise was a customs fee, which was roughly an additional 30% of the price. It was not stated anywhere on the website that i would be the one having to take care of this - I thought "free shipping" meant there would be no surprise costs. The product itself is nice, and they did offer to reimburse 50% of the customs fee, but I feel like the best customer service is the one you dont need to contact, cause everything goes well with your order. edit: they refunded another amount after seeing my review, so now I have a good jacket for a discounted price.
