Vedendo i commenti negativi, ho avuto il cuore in gola tutto il tempo. Temevo non mi arrivasse il pacco in tempo o che non arrivasse proprio. Invece ho ordinato il pacco il 19 dicembre e oggi 22 dicembre l’ho ricevuto. Non ho ricevuto l’omaggio ma poco mi importa, forse arriverà questi giorni.. ma è davvero irrilevante Inoltre vorrei aggiungere che era impacchettato benissimo senza nessuna bozza insomma Ora non so se sia stata fortunata io, però 5 stelle. Solo perché è arrivato, come diceva il sito, prima di Natale. Grazie ❤️
So don't get me wrong I really do enjoy Lego and what they have to offer. However I start to get pissed off whenever you overcharged for plastic bricks and then retire sets that I only have half of because I cannot afford to buy all of these sets at once. I am referring to the Mosaic collection featuring The Beatles' White album photos. They sold four of these for about $100 each and I wasn't able to buy all of them at one period of time so I decided to pace myself. Now I go on the Lego website and what do I see? The set has been goddamn retired. So now they're even more expensive because they don't make them anymore and I only have two out of four of the Beatles so what the f@ck am I supposed to do with that?
Wow! Only now when I come to write a review of my appalling experience do I see a sad catalogue of jaw dropping failure to satisfy customer demand. I find it hard to believe that a company with such a strong brand name as LEGO can be so extraordinarily incompetent at managing the stocks and distribution of their products. I ordered the Identity and Landscape kits at almost £700. Having had the order confirmed as on its way TWICE …but “sorry for the delay”…I then get a mail telling me my order has been CANCELLED! Despite writing to the CEO Niels Christiansen I was fobbed off back to Customer Service to apologise to me yet again. I understand he must be receiving too many complaints. I don’t want an apology I need to have the set that was confirmed TWICE by them. Clearly Niels is struggling and it is very apparent there is a big problem between production/warehouse/distribution and customer service. Customer service must be reeling from having to deal with the same complaints. According to my research LEGO value teamwork, creativity, children, and families. Workers at LEGO can expect an environment that fosters connection, teamwork, and innovation. LEGO group motto is “only the best is good enough”…but from my experience customers and businesses who use Lego Play are certainly not valued and the way I have personally been dealt with is definitely not good enough. I am very disappointed with the brand. PS sending me a free Pirate kit does not compensate my client nor my loss of business and demonstrates no understanding of the business aspect of the LEGO Play product they market. Better they stick with children and families.
Ordrenr: T404075572 hos Lego shop julegave til mit barnebarn Bestilt 12/12-2022, er stadig ikke kommet, sad i ventesløjfe i går i 1/2 time kl ca 11 og gav til sidst op tastede mit nr ind så de kunne ringe retur. Jeg har stadig dagen efter kl 21 intet hørt eller blevet ringet op Lad være med at bruge et så useriøst virksomhed som tilsyneladende intet har styr på
Ich habe am 10.12. und 15.12. etwas bestellt. Die zweite Bestellung musste ich hierbei zweimal aufgeben da ein Artikel die Höchstmenge überschritten hatte und die komplette Bestellung storniert wurde. Dies wurde mir leider erst ca 2h später mitgeteilt. Heute ist der 21.12. Es ist noch nicht mal das erste Paket angekommen. Seit 3 Tagen steht in der Bestellverfolgung schonmal bei ersten Paket "versand" , aber da wird nichts versand wenn man bei der Sendungsverfolgung schaut. Auf eine Anfrage vom 20.12. (gestern) habe ich noch keine Antwort. Mir ist bewusst, daß vor Weihnachten alles etwas länger dauert, aber heute sind es 11 Tage her, daß ich die erste Bestellung aufgegeben habe. Da der Bestellvorgang nicht gut gelaufen ist, keine Kommunikation zustande kommt, ausser automatische Mails und ich noch keine Ware erhalten habe, trotz Bezahlung gibt es nur einen Stern.
Absolut bästa utbud och Lego är fantastisk leksaker Men Lego lurar folk med att man får en present om man köper för x antal kronor - detta verkar vara totalt bluff! Kontakter man kundservice för man bara besked om att de säljer för mycket till att giva presenten Leveransen tog också över 3 veckor!
Leider wird die Ware von Lego sehr schlecht verpackt und die kam schon mehrfach beschäftigt an. Bei Telefonaten erklärte man mir, dass man nicht erwarten könnte, dass die Ware unbeschädigt ankommen würde. Auch wurden mir komplette Bestellungen mit mehreren Sets storniert, weil ein Set nicht lieferbar war und VIP Prämien und gratis Beigaben sind verfallen.
Ho ordinato due regali di Natale, il 27 novembre. Arrivato solo uno. Non è possibile annullare l’ordine. Non è possibile sapere se arriva l’altro entro Natale. Forse la Lego si è dimenticata, come azienda, che i loro principali clienti sono bambini! In pratica il servizio clienti ci dice di ricomprare il regalo e quando riceverò l’altro chiedere il rimborso…ma è possibile? Non stiamo parlando di pochi euro! Senza parole!
Ordered a set and then cancelled within minutes of placing the order and then customer service refused to refund it as it “in the warehouse”. Firstly I work in a warehouse and we cancel customers orders in warehouse all the time and it secondly I requested the cancellations within minutes of ordering. Absolutely disgusting bullsh*t from Lego and pathetic customer service that doesn’t fly in 2022. Sort it out! You can’t afford to have sh*te customer service no matter how good your products are!
Missing part. I order it online (a 9L beam). Company replies. NO. Great customer service guys.

Ordered four items as Christmas presents on 1st December so plenty of time as per their website etc for the items to arrive before Christmas. Ordering as well from The UK for three nieces in Australia. My sister in law just asked me about the gifts as they haven’t arrived yet so when I tried to check it wouldn’t let me so I went on to online chat… well I shouldn’t had bothered because there’s ‘nothing they can do’ Apparently I should have received an email about a major delay for deliveries in that area and that it’s about three weeks, 15 working days, well I said it’s been 13 so I’m sure it will arrive before Christmas then, her response ‘I don’t think it will’ Long story short and the outcome of my most useless chat with Kelly gave me the following information, we don’t know when the items will arrive but it won’t be before Xmas, I can’t get a refund to source alternative gifts for the girls, I can’t complain because they don’t have a complaint procedure or email to file a complaint, can’t provide any compensation for not giving me the service I paid for, oh and not forgetting, there is literally nothing she can do to help… absolutely useless! As helpful as a chocolate teapot. Oh but she did say we can get a full refund if we return the item within 90 days…. Helpful…. NOT!
ordered lego on the 5th of December. Part of the order shipped. The rest is in limbo. They sent an email saying due to an issue at the warehouse my delivery has been delayed by 15 business days. This means it wont get here until the new year. That means the order is over 30 days and they said if you can find a product in one of their stores they will refund. Not bad as they took the money as it went to the warehouse. They should not take payment until it at least ships. Everyone has lots of money to buy gifts twice in this time with fuel prices and mortgage rates rises.

I've been charged twice for one product, reading through the site terms after being on hold for a while it seems common practice yet no other store I've bought from has done this, legos not exactly cheap either! Not happy and as 30+ year old manchild and a lego fan since I was a boy I honestly wouldn't recommend buying direct from lego, first time I have and last time I will
Die Bestellung ist bis heute nicht angekommen, aber die Rechnung wurde sofort abgemahnt. Die Hotline ist nicht erreichbar und auf eine Email wird nicht geantwortet.
Ho avuto problemi con un ordine era finito in riconsegna all'azienda perché il corriere sosteneva di non trovarmi , cosa non ver visto che mi era stato consegnato un altro ordine allo stesso indirizzo le mail le sconsiglio invece al telefono ho trovato una persona molto gentile che ha risolto il mio problema subito ordini online da migliorare, però sono felice che sia andato tutto bene alla fine
Un service logistique indigne d’une entreprise mondiale de cette taille. Des commandes qui mettent des jours à être validées, puis certaines sont annulées. Des délais de parfois plus de 10j pour les expéditions. Des semaines, voir des mois pour se faire rembourser les retours etc. Bref la pire expérience pour l’achat de jouets en ligne. Je déconseille.
Placed order 28/11, totalling nearly £140. On 02/12 I got an email cancelling 1 item and that the 2nd item was now in warehouse so can't cancel. Finally managed to speak to lego today. Apparently 2nd item was out of stock until 08/12 so could not have been in the warehouse!! Still no delivery or update. Won't let me cancel. Ordered cancelled item from Moonpig, much cheaper and delivered within 24 hours.

Dec 23,2022Multiple customer service queries have been dealt with quickly and positively by numerous customer service reps over the past few months. I have never had an issue in cancelling or returning any items and when faults have occurred or bricks missed from items these have been rectified very quickly. Overall very satisfied with this company.
