Wat een beroerde service. Je besteld iets moet vooraf betalen en dan hoor je niets meer. 2-3 dagen levertijd klopt ook niets van. Als je belt kunnen ze niets voor je doen?
I am very disappointed with my Lego experience. As a background, I am ( or should I say was) a great Lego fan. In the last six months I spent a total of EUR 25k on the Lego store and other retailers.... Definitely my passion as a collector is over. The last days I have had an awful experience with Lego. I purchased online EOL products (retiring products) on sale. One order arrived with only one out of the two items. Another orderlwas cancelled due to an allegedly excess in the allowed quantity (this is not true as my order was within the accepted limit). Instead of cancelling the item in question( 12 Lego mini figures!!!) Lego decided to cancel the entire order with sets for a value of EUR 200! I called the customer service (which took 20 min to answer) just to hear from the guy that perhaps my order was cancelled because someone else at home was ordering Lego using my account ... WHAT? ( I didn't know my 2 year old baby was so advanced!!!)... after checking he noticed that this was not the case but said he could do anything as the sets are no longer available... It is not worth pursuing a collection if the brand does not allow you to do so… BTW, I sent back an order 20 days ago through DPD back to the Lego warehouse in Belgium and I have not received any acknowledgement yet. It does not appear on their system yet.
Van de 6 verschillende bestellingen worden er 5 geannuleerd. Van zo’n groot bedrijf verwacht je dat ze hun zaken op orde hebben. Dit heb ik werkelijk nog nooit bij andere bestelde artikelen meegemaakt.
Shocking experience from start to finish. Placed an order on 26 Nov for a Christmas gift only for my partner to inform me he had found the item elsewhere for £30 less so had also ordered it. Tried to cancel the order within about 30 minutes of raising. Can't cancel it without going on Live Chat, Live Chat not manned out of hours. Was informed following day too late to cancel and I could 'easily return it'. Fast forward a week and the item still isn't dispatched, asked again if I could cancel to be told no. They would rather waste time and money delivering something knowing I'm going to send it straight back. Item arrived about 10-12 days after ordering and their 'easy return' policy requires you to hop back on Live Chat just to request they send you a returns label. Why you can't do this through your online account baffles me! They confirmed it arrived on 13 Dec but it takes 4 WEEKS to issue a refund! For what?? Even allowing for a quality check this is ridiculous! I literally opened the box to check the contents were correct, taped it back up and fixed their returns label to it. Even without the £30 saving on the Lego set I would never order direct from them again. Their customer service is shocking, given the size of the company I expected a much more efficient service. Website needs majorly overhauling and processes streamlining. For the prices they charge they fall far short of what they should be delivering and sincerely hope they aren't chasing any kind of environmentally friendly awards!
J'ai commandé 2 lapins Lego en solde en décembre pour mes 2 petits enfants puis 2 autres en janvier pour les 2 autres. Au final Lego a refusé de me les envoyer au prétexte qu'ils n'envoient que 2 articles maximum. J'achète des Legos depuis 35 ans pour mon fils collectionneur (dont bon nombres de 100 à 150 euros et 1 jusqu'à 500 euros). Mes petits fils. ma petite fille et mes petits neveux ont reçu des Legos a Noël et en reçoivent à chaque occasion. Je trouve les méthodes Lego plus que limite. Je sais qu'il y a de la spéculation sur ces produits mais, ne mélangeons pas tout. Au final, ils sont gagnants puisque j'ai acheté deux lapins (nouveautés) au double de prix pour que tout le monde ait le sien tout de même puisque j'en avais déjà acheté 2. je ne pouvais plus changer sans faire de jaloux. Je suis extrêmement déçu car Lego est de plus en plus cher et ne permet pas aux familles de profiter pleinement des maigres Ristournes qui sont proposés.
Seid euch nicht sicher bloss weil eure Bestellung angenommen wurde. Lego storniert wahnsinnig gerne obwohl das Set nach einer Bestellung sogar nochmals angeboten wird.
Worst experience of my life rang up today to find out where my sons lego is to be told its in the belgium warehouse and not been dispatched then I asked them to cancel my order only to be told they are unable to do that as its in the warehouse where its been since I ordered it STAY WELL CLEAR GO TO ARGOS
i ordered a lego ship on amazon and when i opened it it came in pieces WORST lego order yet i dont want my set to be in pieces it was a lego ship and it came in pieces I DONT WANT IT TO BE BROKEN I WANT IT TO BE THE FULL LEGO set BUT NO it CAME IN PIECES IT ARRIVED BROKEN
8 Tage vor Weihnachten 2 Sets beim offiziellen Lego-Online-Shop auf Rechnung bestellt, um erst am darauffolgenden Tag (Samstag) eine E-Mail zu erhalten, dass die Gesamtsumme der Bestellung die Kreditgrenze für Zahlung auf Rechnung und per Lastschriftverfahren überschreitet. Absolut lächerlich für eine Gesamtsumme von knapp über EUR 100,00 und wenn man zuvor immer alles direkt bezahlt hatte. Hätte ich dies während des Bestellvorgangs erfahren (absolut machbar!), hätte ich hier auch direkt per Sofort-Überweisung bezahlt (zwar ungern, da es hier nun letzten Monat auch zu Doppelüberweisungen über das Klarna-System kam). Aber na gut, also direkt den Betrag dann überwiesen, der bei Lego (aufgrund des Wochenendes) am 19.12.2022 eingegangen sein muss. Hatte hier auch direkt der Buchhaltung geschrieben (Mail konnte aber nicht Empfangen werden, da Postfach seitens Lego voll). Also Kundenservice angerufen. Am 20.12.2022 hatte ich dann das Glück endlich durchzukommen. Hier ging per se eine sehr freundliche Kundenberaterin ans Telefon, die sich bereit erklärte der Sache anzunehmen und auch sehr engagiert erschien. Hier hatte ich einen kurzen E-Mail-Wechsel und übersandte auch nochmals den Zahlungsbeleg. Sie sicherte mir zu, dass ich nun eine Versandbestätigung erhalte und sie mir kostenlos Expressversand hinzugefügt hat. Bis heute habe ich keine Versandbestätigung und/oder weitere Rückmeldung. Auf weiterer E-Mail-Anfragen wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Ich bin sehr verärgert, da es Weihnachtsgeschenke werden sollten und sogar am 20.12. noch im Online-Shop mit garantierten Versand bis zu Weihnachten geworben wurde. Ich hatte davor bestellt und weiß bis heute nicht, ob ich meine bestellte Ware überhaupt jemals noch erhalte!!! 18 Tage sind bereits vergangen…
I returned a £230 set which DPD confirmed arrived back with Lego five weeks ago. I hadn't heard anything so emailed last week. Lego are now saying the return contained a different much cheapest set (which it definitely didnt- I have photographic proof of the large set boxed up with the return label taken at the drop off point) I then contacted customer service who asked me to clarify my tracking number as they might have mixed them up. They are now contacting the Belgium warehouse. I'm honestly heartbroken as I don't think I'm going to see my refund and Lego have my set in their possession. Awful customer service. I feel so let down.
Ordinato tre personaggi lego personalizzati, dopo qualche giorno arriva una mail che mancano le gambe di due dei tre personaggi, non mi sono state rimborsate e non hanno nemmeno annullato l’ordine, hanno semplicemente spedito quello che avevano, quindi ho due personaggi lego con solo la testa! Di sicuro posso regalarli così come sono arrivati… SERVIZIO PESSIMO, SCHIFO TOTALE !
Needed to return a set due to my partner also ordering the same set without me knowing . I checked the DPD tracked return and it said it had been delivered back to lego 10 days ago , however the lego site stated it was still waiting for the return to arrive , when i questioned this with the Lego customer service they tell me it will be 4 to 6 weeks before it is processed and nothing will update untill then. How can it take this long just for someone to scan the returns label to confirm its arrived or is it a scam to keep my £250 for as long as possible or hope I forget to chase in 6 weeks and never get it
I ordered online on the 14 December and two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. It explicitly said the order would arrive before Christmas. I've started tracking it and it's someplace in Belgium. The customer service numbers for Ireland don't work and live chat is with a robot. Lego customer service is pathetic. I won't be ordering ever again.
I had a major "delivery" issue from DPD of my Xmas lego, it arrived soaking wet, box ripped open and missing items, DPD said nothing to do with us we only deliver the ****. I called lego in a furious rage and spoke with a customer service representative who took full control of the horrendous situation, calmed me down and ordered the replacement items, PS this was 5 days before Xmas, so clearly I was sceptical when they quoted "guaranteed pre Xmas delivery" I checked online the next day and the items were out of stock in the UK so they were coming from Brussels, needless to say my heart sunk, the next day (2 days before Xmas) I was contacted by DHL to say they had my item and it was on route for delivery that day, it arrived late PM in perfect condition. Lego customer service team are by far the best I've ever dealt with and recommend the Lego company / family as one of the best in the business.

My Christmas present never arrived. Second let down in a row. Last one was a destroyed lego VIP coin that I was unable to replace.
Meine Bestellungen kommen entweder beschädigt, unvollständig oder mit falschen Produkten an. Meine letzte Bestellung wurde vor 12 Tagen getätigt und wurde noch nicht mal versendet, obwohl alles laut Website lieferbar ist.
Non garantire la consegna per Natale, come dicono di fare, è gravissimo. Soprattutto quando si tratta di bambini. Ordine effettuato il 12 dicembre, al 24 ancora nessuna traccia. Sconsiglio di acquistare sul sito,il tracking code fornito è assolutamente inutile. Corriere bdp impossibile da contattare. Pessimo servizio.
Like other customers I ordered in time for Xmas but it stayed in the warehouse for 16 days and now won’t get here in time. Rather than warning customers on the website that there would be huge delays, they opportunise on the Xmas web traffic to encourage people to make an account so they can market more easily. I actually got emails promising my order would arrive in time but it didn’t. They are totally unprofessional, cynical and manage to sap the joy out of something so cool.

Jan 06,2023Vorsicht, SCAM !!! Lego verkauft Artikel ( Disney Schloss,Fiat, Bugatti,Meditationskammer) ,die sie gar nicht auf Lager haben. Habe das Geld überwiesen und das Geld ist nun futsch. Sammelklage von den meisten Mitglieder im Reselldiscord ist raus!
