Feb 09,2023We hebben 5 januari twee pakketten besteld die voorradig waren volgens de site. Direct na bestelling EN BETALING kwam er bericht dat de pakketten vertraagd waren. 1 pakket kwam uiteindelijk na 10 dagen in een beschadigde doos, de andere is vandaag, na meer dan een maand plotseling geannuleerd. Alle keren dat ik tussentijds de status van mijn bestelling wilde controleren was dit niet mogelijk wegens een of andere fout in de accountgegevens. Dit is met stip de slechtste webshop en service van een bekend bedrijf die ik ooit heb gezien! Mijn tip: bestel nooit bij dit bedrijf!

Feb 07,2023Bestilte på lørdag. Nå er det tirsdag, og varen er fortsatt ikke engang pakket på lageret. Leser først nå alle de elendige anmeldelsene av lego.com. Utrolig dumt av et så sterkt varemerke å ta så lett på kundeservice. Om de ikke klare bedre enn dette bør de overlate til grossistene å selge direkte til sluttkunde.

Feb 03,2023Lego Store Southampton Best level of service I have experienced. Wonderful staff and all very helpful and welcoming. Had a good laugh and bought a few items and the staff never took their attention off other customers and were delightful. The service in the U.K. is normally pretty dire but Lego Southampton have set a standard of what some shops and companies need to achieve. A great experience Special mention to Steph, Kathryn and Dom

Feb 02,2023I ordered some pieces for my daughter's birthday party a month in advance thinking they would arrive in plenty of time. I was very wrong! Half of the order arrived more than 30 days later and the other half of the order I have yet to receive. I contacted them several times to find out what was going on and they told me that orders are running behind and have been taking up to 50 days to receive (even though on their site it says it can take up to 28 days). When I requested that they cancel the order (since the party had passed and the parts are no longer needed) they said it was too late to cancel since they are already processing the order. When I asked about returning the items, assuming I ever receive them, they told me that was not possible on "pick-a-brick" orders. Now I have a bunch of Lego pieces I don't need (and even more that are apparently coming at some unknown time in the future) and I am out all the money I spent. I am very disappointed in false information on their website (about when orders will be received) and with their customer service's lack of helpfulness/understanding about the situation.

Feb 01,2023My order for my Dad's 60th birthday was left half out of his garden gate. No door or bell rung, and of course someone took it before anyone got home. I told lego this, they actually mocked me in their email replies. Utter scum! I am out of pocket by nearly £1500. One person told me they would resend it and I said thank you I am really grateful then they replied actually no, that colleague mis spoke. Scumbags!

Feb 01,2023Horrible customer service! The Mighty Bowser lego set came with a damaged part. Lego flat out refuses to replace the part so now I have to return the entire $270 used set to the store. Maybe the company should use legos to build itself a brain.

Jan 31,2023Took advantage of Black Friday Quidco 50 bonus deal with Lego. The condition was that the on line purchase had to track. Bonus not being paid as purchase didn’t track with Lego. I went directly through quidco and completed my purchase. Quidco say it was Lego at fault. Spoke to Lego who said it was Quidco at fault. I believe that it was the fault of Lego who refused to pass my complaint onto a manager. Very unhelpful. Also one of the items arrived in a very ripped box

Jan 28,2023Sold my item to someone else because they chose a delivery partner that doesn't deliver then ignores me! Item was purchased 3rd of Jan. The attempted delivery was a picture of a random carpark. 23rd Jan Lego email saying they want to give me a refund as the product is no longer in stock. I replied straight away asking for the product that I purchased. It cannot be out of stock if you still have the item I paid for unless you have sold it to someone else. In which case you have sold goods that I own! 5 days later I am still being ignored! Update: customer services offered me a refund on Monday and a gift card for the inconvenience and apologised explaining why it was no longer in stock and that returns are donated to charity only to find that they are selling it at a higher price through their Amazon store. Profits first customers last!!

Jan 28,2023Bought a Lego set before Xmas, they didn’t have the item in their stock. I asked for my money back, they haven’t refunded it for 2 month, but then sent me the Lego set instead. I complaint about it and sent it back. DPd confirm that it is delivered to lego warehouses 11 days ago but Lego customer service said, they don’t know if they received it yet ... Tesare said I need to be Patient and wait another 4-6 weeks to get my refund. It already been 2 month and I supposed to wait another month basically to get my money back. I have called them 4 times and spent at least 3 hours on phone. I really hope they will get sued one day for this service... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LEGO! Trouble customer service ... Trouble ...
