There were a few missing bits so I ordered them on 3rd. Said 4 to 10 days. Still not arrived and no one answering e mails

Ich warte seit Monate auf mein Geld von einer Retoure. Bis heute nichts erhalten. Der Online Shop ist auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert

I simply cannot believe the reviews I am reading! Do the Lego group truly believe that slapping a license on a product means they can ride rough-shod over all customers? Then treat them in such a despicable manner! Shame on you Lego.

I had thought I was buying from a reputable company but now I know not to buy online from them again. I had ordered a Lunar Module for my sons ‘special Christmas present’ and the incorrect item arrived. I contacted them and they said unfortunately they had sold out and sent me documentation for a refund as well as saying good luck sourcing the item from a local toy store. Luckily I rushed out and got one of the two left at a large chain but I am still awaiting the refund of £89.99 (which to us is a significant amount). I contacted them again last week and was told it would be refunded by the 18th Jan so we will see. On seeing other reviews I am now worried I may not see my money. How can a company justify taking your money instantly but taking 6 weeks to return it when they have received the goods. Like many here I would urge people to try and source their Lego locally as this was not a pleasant consumer experience.

Didn't get the free gift and contacted customer service. They said I needed to spend £150 + VAT. Questioned this in store and they said I would have got the gift. Returned to customer service, and they asked for the store and rep names so they could correct them. Feel totally fobbed off. I was a very loyal customer for nearly 50 years, but feel I have been lied to - never buying from Lego online again.

I have experienced more issues than I can even remember with my latest orders: 1. First order never arrived, still unclear where it went to this day - unable to re-ship as then out of stock 2. Another order was initially cancelled due to incorrectly counting the above cancelled order in purchase limits 3. Label not printed correctly - delaying delivery by a week 4. Courier ignored confirmed delivery date and location, instead delivering on a different day to a far away Parcel Shop 5. Delays to receiving items where they could be re-ordered. 6. Non-receipt of nearly a whole order because Parcel Shop chosen too far away, and not in stock to re-order. 7. On a general note - they are really slow to dispatch items, regardless of exclusivity Terrible experience, so much time wasted on chat. I personally strongly recommend avoiding buying from LEGO directly wherever possible, I wholeheartedly believe that the VIP points / occasional gift aren't worth the stress. I would suggest John Lewis, supermarkets and Argos for good deals and simple transactions.

Al sinds 1 december probeer ik 4 onderdelen opgestuurd te krijgen uit een vrij dure Lego Technics doos. Ze hadden de verkeerde onderdelen in de doos zitten. Wel een mail gehad dat ze verstuurd zouden zijn maar nooit ontvangen. De onderdelen zouden binnen 10 werkdagen bezorgd moeten zijn. Nu aangegeven dat ik niets heb ontvangen en het duurt alweer dagen voor er gereageerd wordt.

Die bei der Bestellung angebene Lieferzeit von 2-4 Werktagen wird nicht eingehalten, stattdessen erhält man Tage nach der Bestellung eine wage formulierte Mail, in der von verzögerten Lieferungen aufgrund eines erhöhten Aufkommens von Bestellungen gesprochen wird. Nicht einmal ein neues korrigiertes Lieferdatum wird genannt, anscheinend kann ich jetzt einfach "irgendwann später" mit einer Lieferung rechnen. Sehr ärgerlich, da es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk handelt, das natürlich optimalerweise auch rechtzeitig zum Geburtstag geliefert werden sollte, wie es nach dem ursprünglich angeben Lieferdatum auch geklappt hätte. So ein Vorgehen halte ich für unseriös, gerade von einem so großen Unternehmen wie Lego. Ich werde nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Dear Lego designer The lego build was awesome I enjoyed it so much! But I strongly believe that it could be done better Firstly kai's mech legs were to thick and the arms were to skinny. I thought it looked a bit ugly Also when I transformed Zane's car with the other cars I found it a bit hard to make it stand up.Jay's jet turned in to armplates and it made it look a bit over loaded.But after all I found it very nice and impressive ! My friends also liked it very much! Thank You!

It is about time Lego finally realised what a shambles it's website and customer service are. I used to go out of my way to praise Lego support, but it's been shocking in the last couple of years.

Ordered on 5th, website stated 2-4 days for delivery. It’s now the 10th and it hasn’t even been dispatched. Can’t even cancel the order. Received an automatic email saying ThEy ArE bUsY in the warehouse and it’ll be shipped asap. Spoke to their customer service who was as unhelpful as it’s possible to be, and just said awwwww yeahhhhhh maybe it’ll be with you on the 11th. Unless the order teleports, I doubt that. Summary: never buy from Lego direct, buy from a different retailer or even better, not at all.

Habe über einen Telegramm Kanal Eol Produkte nachbestellt, in der zahl 6 Bestellungen aus zwei Accounts, wo man ab dem Zeitpunkt nur ca 10 min zum bestellen hat. Alle Bestellungen wurden storniert! Da fehlen mir nur noch die Worte!

Jeg bestiller ofte noget på websitet og jeg har aldrig haft problemer med bestillinger. De er rigtig gode til at informere, hvis et produkt er forsinket. Skulle der mangle en klods i et sæt, så fixer de hurtigt det, når man henvender sig.

Woeful. Blocked from purchasing online with no reason. Gone really down hill in the last year. Constant damage to every set. Go elsewhere(other retailers sell the sets and actually care for your business).

Maybe eventually Lego will get it if enough of use keep telling them … having read this and the other reviews on TrustPilot. Lego is an iconic product line and the love of my family across 3 generations. So I buy reasonably regularly from Lego.com and a lot of Lego elsewhere. Fortunately I have got used to Lego.com delivery services by now. The adverted delivery times are a sham and border on misselling. Most orders I place I get an email saying due to high volumes we are having delays in packing at the warehouse. It then breaks my consumer rights by saying you can not cancel. This is not true if a company online does not provide the service advertised you can cancel. If it says 4 day delivery you should not on day 4 get the ‘holding’ email , you reasonably expect 4 days to be 4 days end to end. They accept your order and hold your money immediately why should they then expect it to be fine to cheat on delivery. About a year ago when an order was delayed several weeks, they had to cancel it then still about a month later delivered the order ! . So I do use Lego.com but not if I want something quickly and my volume of orders on the site represents less than 10% of my Lego purchases because of this unreliable service. Lego.com it costs you business !. My latest order is for a Birthday in 3 weeks time, as I planned in good time, it it will probably arrive in time. In these days of next day delivery as the standard Lego need to match the quality and reputation of their product with some level of reasonable delivery services…. And also be honest about the persistent level of issues they have in this area.

Ook ik heb iets besteld en na betaling kwam de mail dat het erg druk was en dat het langer zou duren dat ik de bestelling zou ontvangen. Annuleren kon ook niet meer. Een dag later kwam de set bij Bol.com in de aanbieding voor € 100,- minder, dus ik heb direct bij Bol.com besteld en het pakket was dezelfde avond al in huis. Toen het pakket van Lego uiteindelijk binnen kwam heb ik deze niet geopend en gelijk weer ingeleverd bij een PostNL punt. Vervolgens duurt het 2 week totdat Lego het pakket retour heeft verwerkt. Nu 6 week later heb ik nog steeds mijn geld niet retour ontvangen. Een mail gestuurd naar Lego. Geen reactie. Klantenservice gebeld, maar steeds in de wacht. De optie gekozen om terug gebeld te worden. Ik wacht nog steeds. Ik heb bijna 60 Lego sets in huis. Lego is heel leuk, maar bestel het niet rechtstreeks bij Lego. Lange levering en vaak beschadigde verpakking. --- Geld is uiteindelijk retour ontvangen. Nadat ik er zelf weer achteraan moest bellen kreeg ik te horen dat ze geen gegevens van mij hadden waar het geld naartoe zou moeten. Heel apart aangezien ik al betaald had en het zo terug zou kunnen. Het belangrijkste is dat ik mijn geld terug heb ---
