Nov 24,2022Just watching the Thanksgiving Parade and the singer on the Lego float is signing "Shake your money maker"! Are you kidding me! This is a kids float. They are telling them to be seductive for money. Is anyone paying attention? What are we teaching our kids?

Nov 23,2022Order placed via Lego.com. No prior notification of delivery so was out when they tried to deliver. They then lost the parcel for about 4 days before it turned up at a DPD collection point in a different town, despite there being a collection point very close to our house. Customer Service were actually very helpful initially, until my Son placed a new order three days later when he found he had been "blacklisted" for life and could no longer place any more orders. So in short, they lost the parcel and because we dared to complain about this they then closed the account and told us we will have to buy via their shop in future.

Nov 21,2022Jeg åbnede min nye Lego bil og var klar til og samle, da jeg hurtigt bliver bremset i en manglende klods. Skynder mig og kontakter Lego og venter i spænding på deres svar. De beder om at sende oplysninger om selveste bilen, som jeg får sendt tilbage til dem. Under et døgn efter modtager jeg ordre nr på min klods og får afvide der kan være lidt ventetid på ca. 10 hverdage. Har endelig modtaget klodsen og er færdig med og bygge bilen. Mange tusind stjerner her fra

Nov 17,2022Ich wollte ein Set zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes bestellen. Da er aber schon am nächsten Tag Geburtstag hatte wählte ich die Möglichkeit der „Zustellung am Nächsten Tag“. Ich habe an einem Mittwoch um ca. 11 Uhr bestellt. Ich ging davon aus, dass das Set dann am nächsten Tag ankommen würde, aber Pustekuchen. Das Set kam, trotz der zusätzlichen Versandkosten von 13€!!! nicht am nächsten Tag, sondern am Freitag in der folgenden Woche. Also statt einem Tag, 9 Tage Lieferzeit. Habe es dann zurückgeschickt und warte jetzt seit 4! Wochen auf meine Rückerstattung.

Nov 15,2022GLIMRENDE KUNDESERVICE!!! Jeg har i dag modtaget 2 stk klodser som manglede i mit julelego sæt. Kvit og frit og med en tilhørende god forklaring og beklagelse. Jeg tænker ikke at Lego laver fejl med vilje og synes det er en god service at man kan få tilsendt de manglende klodser og at det er nemt og overskuelig at bestille på deres hjemmeside.

Nov 14,2022Wir haben vor einem Jahr das Weihnachtshaus bestellt, 3 Tage später bezahlt. Mach einem Jahr und hunderten Anrufe, kam das Haus letzte Woche an. Statt Entschuldigung kam heute eine Mahnung!!! Wenn ich nicht darüber heulen könnte, müsste ich lachen... kann ich nicht mehr. Eine Schande diese Firma!!!!

Nov 08,2022Returned an item by DHL as per Lego instructions. 2 months later and multiple calls and emails still no refund. Repeatedly told that there are supply chain issues (of course blaming covid) and it may take a couple of months...wait another week, just another week. And they told me they could not locate the parcel as no tracking. Finally I had the sense to contact DHL myself. Two minute phone call, the parcel had been delivered the next day! Update:after calling Lego and quoting the DHL delivery correspondence I recieved an apology and the refund.

Nov 07,2022Onlinebestellung kam angeblich nicht an, weswegen ich keine Bestellnummer erhielt. Komischerweise hat die Weiterleitung an Paypal zwecks Vormerkung der Bezahlung trotzdem funktioniert…. Service kann/will ohne Bestellnummer nichts machen. Willkommen im Teufelskreis dee Servicewüste… war jetzt auch keine Penutsbestellung, sondern die Titanic für 679,99€ aber scheinbar hat man bei Lego umsatz nicht nötig. Ergebnis: Ware nicht mehr Bestellbar, kein Geburtstagsgeschenk und eine Paypal-Zahlungsvormerkung über 675€. Daher kann ich den Shop nicht empfehlen.

Oct 31,2022I only purchased my first Lego set within the last year and I had so much fun putting it together but when I came to the last bag I had pieces missing and the fun I had was ruined. I’d spent hours invested only for it to be soured. Yes Lego sent replacement pieces but I had to wait for days and it completely ruined the satisfaction of starting the project and finishing it. I purchased the Lego Batman helmet and it did look fantastic when complete so I then purchased more and to date I have purchased 4 helmets, 2 of the gauntlets and the x wing. One only of those sets had all the pieces and that was the x wing, out of 7 that is atrocious. How can such a big company be so incompetent. I complained after the first 2 and I received a very ungenerous voucher not even to the value of a helmet. I was even told that Lego weigh out the pieces so there can’t be this many faults. I’m sorry but that is a lie and here is why. Every set of Lego I’ve has had spare pieces in the bags and not just a few but quite a lot. So how could they possibly be weighed for accuracy? Just a throw away customer service line. After the last helmet had missing pieces I complained again only to be told I’d already received a voucher the time before so what is my problem. After that I didn’t buy another one for a while but when I saw the iron man gauntlet I had to and thought surely it couldn’t happen again. Of course it did, the last bag had two pieces missing so now I’m waiting for the pieces after spending hours invested I’m finishing it. You’d think after such incompetent business practice they would do and spend whatever it takes to get it to you quickly but no they advise 9-12 business days so they must use the cheapest post service possible. I’ve given you all the facts and you can make up your own mind about what kind of a company Lego is and what they think of their customers but for a wealthy company to put such little effort into the most basic task of ensuring you get in the box what you paid for with your money and then to not even spend the money to get you the parts they failed to send in a good reasonable time I can only say that Lego does not care about the customer. And yes the sets look brilliant when they are all assembled but Lego really does strip all the fun out of it along the way.

Oct 31,2022Purtroppo inaffidabili, ho acquistato dal loro sito un prodotto disponibile con consegna espressa (entro 2 giorni lavorativi al costo di 29 euro) e quando dopo 3 giorni ho contatto il servizio clienti per sapere come mai il prodotto risultasse ancora “in magazzino” mi è stato detto che il prodotto non era disponibile. Purtroppo si trattava di un regalo. Vi sconsiglio di ordinare dal sito ufficiale.

Oct 27,2022Hopeless. Placed an order on line on 5/10/22, took almost a week to actually ship it, couldn't track it because the "track your order" function on their web site doesn't work. Rang on 24/10 and told the order was delivered, then it wasn't delivered, then it was returned to Lego. No contact from Lego or DHL about any of this until I rang. The order was re done 24/10, still not shipped on 27/10 and their 1800 8232 757 is inoperable. What is going on? Lego products are great, Lego Australia is hopeless. Does Lego in Finland know what's going on? They're going to find out soon.

Erstattung der Zahlung nicht in Sicht obwohl das Paket vor einem Monat bei Lego eingegangen ist. 3 Gespräche mit dem Kundenservice. 2 Mal MUSSTE die iban durchgegeben werden, weil sonst nicht erstattet werden kann, obwohl per Überweisung gezahlt wurde. Ob ich das Geld je wiedersehe? Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Oct 26,2022AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I came here thinking that I was going to the best most reputable company as I was purchasing a very expensive lego set for my husbands birthday. I made the purchase and paid over the phone. 2 days later still received no confirmation email, I contacted the online chat service who told me they where awaiting payment. The customer service assistant was very unhelpful and as bad as this is going to sound her English wasn't the best. I was told I needed to give my payment details. So I did again and this time received an order number immediately. For my trouble I was given free express shipping, or so I thought 24 hours later I received a cancellation email saying I hadn't passed security and needed to contact them. Low and behold not open weekends so had to wait until Monday. Again I rang to be told they needed an authorisation code from the bank so I provided them with this. 2 hours later another cancellation email. Needless to say I left the order cancelled and reordered with another company who delivered within 24 hours. I will never ever buy from this company again.

Nov 25,2022Placed an order online part VIP points redeem and part pay. Order cancelled with no reason. Spoke to manager and told barred from online ordering for life and no explanation given! Told I could still buy in store. I have done nothing wrong and only ordered 2 different Duplo products. Insulting deformation of character. Disgusting company with no compassion for its customers . Do not buy from this awful company as you can buy cheaper from Amazon , Argos and other stores.
