Voor het eerst sinds begin jaren '90 weer eens een Lego-set gekocht. Tot mijn onaangename verrassing lijkt de klantenservice ook nog uit die tijd te komen. Gekozen voor betaling op rekening maar dat bleek achteraf niet te kunnen (bied het dan niet aan). Na betaling geen verandering in de bestelstatus. Dan maar contact opnemen. Nou, dan begint de pret pas echt: eindeloze telefonische menu's en enquêtes ("Oké, we gaan nog even verder!"), een webformulier dat je postcode niet herkent zonder spatie, lange responstijden en ga zo maar door. Bizar slecht voor zo'n gerenommeerd bedrijf.

Ordered the Millenium Falcon recently (been saving for it for months!) and I was really excited to receive the box only to find when I came home the box was completely empty. I had been in contact with their customer service for 4 days to fix the issue but apparently it’s ‘no longer their problem as it was signed for at the door’ they CLAIM it was weighed before it left the depot so either the contents was not in there to begin with or the driver from DPD stole it. They have done nothing to fix this even though I showed lots of proof of tampering. So thanks Lego for stealing £700 off me which I cannot get back from you, dpd or my bank. Best advice. Go In-Store or just simply don’t support this awful company

Nach dem bestellen eines Sets dass sehr oft ausverkauft ist, hat Lego die bereits bezahlte Bestellung storniert. Die haben einen Vorwand gesucht und gefunden, sie liefern nicht in ein Paketshop. Das Geld habe ich auch nach 9 Tagen noch nicht zurück bekommen. Offensichtlich hat es Lego nicht nötig, rechtlich korrekt zu handeln und will keine zufriedene Kunden

Ho comprato un set da 699 euro... spedito all indirizzo errato... quando finalmente è arrivato la confezione era distrutta.... Contattato il sito e l operatore dopo diversi giorni mi comunica che potrei fare il reso e comprarlo in un negozio,senza che contino tutto il tempo che ho perso. Ho acquistato anche altri set abbastanza costosi e sempre arrivati bollati e schiacciati. Voto assistenza zero,voto al sito zero. Mi è passata la voglia di collezionare Lego.

Shocking customer service takes you forever to get through to anyone then when you eventually do they say it takes 4-6 weeks to get refund!!! Do not shop with them

I bought a LEGO Technic 42109 car 6 months ago. I did not use it for 2 months and now one of the engines does not work. I wrote to lego.com but they gave no answer. You pay SEK 1000-1500. but there are no guarantees. Think carefully when you buy LEGO Technic because it is very expensive and there is no guarantee if their engine breaks down. you can throw it away

Bestellingen worden onterecht geannuleerd wat ze niet toe willen geven. Heel vreemd dat een bedrijf iets niet wil/kan verkopen zonder opgave van reden. Ook de mail correspondentie is matig en het duurt heel lang voordat je antwoord krijgt. Ik was altijd een grote fan van lego, maar ik ga er volledig mee stoppen, de lol is er zo wel vanaf!

Nie wieder. Ausreden über Ausreden. Plötzlich soll ich alles per Vorkasse zahlen selbst bei Wartezeit von Mehreren Monaten. Dann wird man nur belogen. Ich hab ich weit über 2000€ bezahlt in den letzten 2 Jahren! Aber wenn die Lüge kommt das macht das System und man kann nix ändern dann reicht es mir.

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und stink sauer was diesen "Shop" betrifft. Als riesengroße Harry Potter Fans muss so jedes stemmbare Set gekauft werden. Es sind ganz schön große Summen seit Corona Beginn als wir mit dem Harry Lego loslegten geflossen. Aber plötzlich kommt nach jedem Kauf einige Stunden oder einen Tag später das mein Einkaufslimit zu hoch sei und ich soll in Vorkasse treten. Selbst bei Sets die ich vorbestellen. Die haben doch einen an der Klatsche. VORBESTELLEN UND WOCHEN BIS MONATE WARTEN!!! Dann immer die dumme Ausrede von wegen das sei das System. Heute hab ich meine Bestellung storniert und kauf da nicht mehr. "hoffen wir das unsere Stimmen bald erhört werden und man dies ändert" diesen Stuss schrieb mir der Kundenservice. Einst bekam ich dann als Entschuldigung ein Harry Potter Set das wir längst schon hatten im Wert von 15 €.... Toll... Hören auch nicht zu und gucken nicht mal nach was man schon da hat. Ich muss leider einen Stern geben. Normal würde ich nicht mal einen geben. Ich bestelle für unter 50€ und soll ständig in Vorkasse treten jaja. Die haben nicht 250€ für das Home Alone Set von uns bekommen... Einfach unfassbar dieser laden und angelogen zu werden hasse ich wie die Pest!

Ordered a set and waited over 2 weeks to receive it because lego had the mailing address wrong. Called them multiple times with correct address but they kept getting the address wrong because they can't read the address back to confirm. They insisted the address was correct on the last call and put the blame of fedex (fedex waiting for lego to confirm) During the last phone call the said they would email me no need to call back because they have to wait for fedex. I ended upgoing to fedex to pick up and guess what STILL no email from lego. All they did when i complained was offer me membership points. And by the way they get ZERO stars!

Lego is an awful company, not only do they overprice their cheap plastic building sets but also do not adhere to their own customer service contract. They state that if there is an issue with their pieces they will replace for free, we have spent thousands and thousands on lego and so obviously have had to order pieces a few times. Now lego has decided to stop sending us parts so we spent thousands and thousands and now can’t even get replacement parts as promised. It is absolutely disgusting. I have emails even of them saying they were going to send them after me threatening to share on social media, even have them the order and parts numbers and got confirmation that they were being released, then a month later get a message saying they aren’t sending the parts. What a rip off, poor excuse for a company.

Pour ne pas mettre zéro ! plus d'un mois et demi que j'attend un remboursement sur ma commande retournée, une HONTE ! NE JAMAIS COMMANDER CHEZ EUX ! 15 jours que j'attend de leur nouvelles pour un problème de remboursement CB / Paypal et rien, INADMISSIBLE !

Jeg må ikke købe lego hos lego, og jeg kan ikke få at vide hvorfor. Jeg ønskede at købe den nye Technic Ferrari. Jeg afgav ordren som jeg normalt ville gøre, men pludselig blev ordren annulleret - og det samme var også tilfældet for nogle af de ordre jeg havde afgivet for Bricklink Designer program. Jeg forsøgte at kontakte kundeservice, men de kunne ikke sige, hvad der var gået galt. Der blev oprettet en sag, som jeg aldrig hørte noget fra. De efterfølgende dage forsøgte jeg flere gange at få en forklaring, men det lykkes ikke. Først 14 dage senere, da jeg stadig ikke kunne bestille den nye Ferrari, fik jeg en mail om, at jeg havde købt for meget lego, og at de derfor ikke ville sælge til mig. 10 sæt på et år synes jeg umiddelbart ikke var meget, så jeg prøvede at ringe til lego kundeservice igen, og de kunne så oplyse mig om, at de mente, at jeg ikke havde overholdt grænsen for det maksimale antal af sæt, som jeg må bestille - men jeg har ikke købt to ens, så det kan jeg ikke forstå. Medarbejderen kunne ikke fortælle mig yderligere, og kunne ikke gøre noget ved det. Så nu er jeg blacklistet for evigt hos lego - og det uden jeg ved, hvad jeg har gjort forkert. Uhørt, at man ikke kan få lov til at bruge sine penge! Med til historien skal det også, at det er umuligt at komme til at snakke med en dansker ved kundeservice - heldigvis kunne man da snakke engelsk med svenskerne, men det er ikke ligefrem optimalt. Alt i alt må de siges at være en meget dårlig oplevelse; hvis man ikke kan håndtere at have en webshop skulle man måske lade være.

Echt een heel slechte site, 3 maand geleden iets besteld, toen vrij snel geannuleerd, maar heb tot op de dag van vandaag nog steeds mijn geld of een vervangend product terug. De klanten service stuurt mij nu al 3 weken van kastje naar de muur. Al geklaagd over dat het lang duurt maar daar doen ze niet veel mee, zij verdienen mooi geld en wij maar uitgeven en nooit weer krijgen. Heel slecht bedrijf dit, koop hierna ook nooit meer wat daar. Echt voor mij een -10 oplichters wil ik bijna al zeggen, 3 maanden op je geld wacht niet normaal. Maar waarrsschijnlijk doet een revieuw ook niets maar wil het toch gedeeld hebben.

Returned an item to them by Fedex and lego said they got it. Now they are telling me that it will take four to five weeks to refund my money.

Poor customer service ever Received email from them: “ We spoke on the 4th. I am sorry that you have been removed from our service. Our Order Verification Team has decided after an investigation you are not allowed to shop with us directly. You are free to enjoy our products from other retailers or in-store but not directly anymore. Once you are removed there is no way to allow you back as their decisions are final. Terms and Conditions state the "The LEGO Group reserves the right to hold or cancel an order without prior notice or explanation in the event of any matter arising that concerns security or is in breach of any policy or term.". Due to security concerns, we do not have to explain exactly what lead to the ban. I ask that you respect their decision as we have been directed to no longer respond to your emails. I hope you understand and enjoy the rest of your day.”

Einmal und nie wieder Zuerst wird die Bestellung bestätigt, danach sehe ich im Kundenkonto, dass es storniert wurde. Auskunft darüber gab es per Mail nur sehr schwammig. Geld ist auch nach 2 Wochen noch reserviert auf Paypal und der Kreditkarte. Unfassbar schlechter Service.

Had an idea to redeem some of my points and thought of the Porche 1911, imagine my disappointment when there was not one in the shop, not to worry said one of the girls, Charlie, Clara, Fran I think we have one in the store, between the three of them they turned one up. Nothing was too much bother, all very friendly. BRAVO

I returned my order and this was received on 25/5/22. They stipulate 14 days (not working days) for a refund. With no acknowledgement of the receipt of my return and now no refund…I am not happy. It’s not great practice to have to chase up my refund and I wonder how many customers don’t even realise they haven’t been refunded. It’s theft. REFUND ME MY MONEY.
