Lego heeft mooie artikelen. Mijn advies is de eigen webshop te vermijden. De Lego Store is wel prima. Lego heeft online geen tijd en geen zin, klanten waardig en tijdig te helpen. Zolang je besteld. Je mond houd. Dus geen vragen hebt, klachten meld of iets wenst te retourneren. Ben je van harte welkom je zakken leeg te schudden.
J’ai voulu faire une surprise à mon conjoint pour la saint Valentin en crée des lego personnalisés pour nous représenter à notre première rendez-vous. Les pièces ne sont pas chers mais la livraison est de 11€, je pensais donc avoir une livraison irréprochable. Je me doutais que la livraison serait un peu longue car elle est personnalisée, mais voilà un mois passée et je n’ai toujours pas la tête de mon conjoint, concernant la mienne, elle ne s’emboîte absolument pas avec les autres pièces. Donc pour résumer à fuir !

La mia esperienza presso un negozio Lego a Milano è stata estremamente deludente, tanto da spingermi a scrivere questa recensione, nonostante non sia solita lasciare feedback negativi. Mi ero recata lì per acquistare due mini figure personalizzate, ma il processo è stato a dir poco frustrante. Innanzitutto, mi è stato detto che non avrei potuto comporre le mini figure prima del pagamento, né tantomeno dare un’occhiata ai pezzi disponibili. Seguendo le istruzioni, ho pagato per poi scoprire che la selezione di pezzi era praticamente inesistente: erano rimasti solo pezzi molto particolari (es. cappello da pirata, capelli arancioni a cresta) e non c’erano più pezzi standard come volti, capelli, pantaloni o accessori normali, quelli che chiunque si aspetterebbe di trovare. Ho chiesto al personale se avessero altri pezzi disponibili, ma mi è stato risposto di no. Mi sono trovata quindi impossibilitata a creare le mini figure per cui avevo già pagato. Quando ho chiesto un rimborso, mi è stato negato, con la giustificazione che il codice sulla scatola era già stato scansionato, anche se non avevo ancora mandato nulla in stampa ma solamente GUARDATO i pezzi e le possibili opzioni di personalizzazione. Ho cercato allora di proporre una soluzione, chiedendo se fosse possibile cambiare l’acquisto con altri prodotti Lego al posto delle mini figure, ma anche questa opzione mi è stata negata. Avrei apprezzato sincerità prima del pagamento: se mi fosse stato spiegato che i pezzi erano così limitati, non avrei nemmeno proceduto all’acquisto. Il personale è stato poco collaborativo e ha negato di avermi detto che non potevo controllare i pezzi prima di pagare, nonostante io e la mia amica fossimo testimoni di quanto accaduto. Siamo rimaste sbalordite dalla pessima gestione della situazione. Capisco che fosse periodo natalizio, ma questo non giustifica un servizio così scadente e una mancanza totale di trasparenza verso i clienti. Non consiglio a nessuno di andare.
Compré el gtr y me faltan piezas, luego algunas piezas no encajan y si intentas poner una pieza se desmonta el lego, esto es nefasto
Net zoals ieder jaar een bestelling geplaatst voor de nieuwe Lego modular met de daarbij behorende gratis set. Helaas is betaling op de.site alleen via creditcard of PayPal. Waarom er geen iDEAL als optie bij zit is mij een wonder. Dan maar bestellen via betaling achteraf. Helaas blijkt de verkoper van Lego.com niet capabel genoeg daarvoor want de het verwachte mailtje komt niet. Na mailen en bellen geeft Lego aan dat ze eigenlijk niets kunnen doen en dat de gratis set niet meer leverbaar is. Uitermate jammer dat Lego op deze wijze met vaste klanten omgaat. Uiteraard kan men een fout maken maar los het dan servicegericht op.
Casi todos los pedidos que hago con ellos acaba mal de una manera u otra, faltando piezas, no queriendolos enviar hasta que les mandas un email medio mes después para preguntar que ocurre, no mandar GWPs a veces por que sí a pesar de que corresponde, o no queriendo devolver el dinero por cosas que faltan y no quieren enviar incluso aunque les pongas una reclamación por Paypal. No entiendo como una compañía con aires tan "wholesome" y epítome del panorama de juguetes en nuestros tiempos puede ser tan mala.
Bestilte den nye Fortnite Llama til Black friday og uden rabatter, da i lovede vi ville have den senest 19 december. Og det er en julegave til min autistiske datter, som vidste hun skulle have den i julegave!!! Det blev så ændret til d. 30 december og kunne ikke annullere ordren, da jeg havde bestilt noget andet med, som var afsendt. Datter fik forklaret at hun ville få en nytårsgave i stedet. Pakken er stadig ikke afsendt og ingen opdatering. Synes virkelig ikke det er en ordentlig måde at drive virksomhed på!!!!
J'ai acheté un spiderman lego pour mon fils et il manquait 1 pièce à un niveau du montage et je suis certaine de ne l'avoir pas perdue, fair play, j'ai décidé d'acheter les pièce manquante sur leur site , 0,59 cts la pièce pour 11,95 de livraison....... Après 1 mois je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma pièce. Je suis dégoûtée......
Lego will take away your points if you don't regularly spend money on Lego. Lego is clearly dense have they not seen the prices of Lego you gotta be a billionaire to afford thier products.
Eigtl. zufrieden. Lieferung geht immer recht zügig.Leider kommen Pakete komplett geöffnet hier an oder Pakete werden einfach irgendwo auf dem Grundstück angestellt. Ein Paket habe ich erst nach Tagen in einer Ecke in meiner Garage auf den Sommerreifen gefunden. In einer Ecke, in der ich nur 2xim Jahr bin. Liegt ja leider an den Paketzustellern und nicht an Lego selber. Ich finde DHL immer noch am besten. Hermes und andere naja...wer gerne seine Pakete sucht oder geöffnet erhalten möchte...
This was my first purchase on Lego.com I made the order last Saturday, the 28th, and my Lego Titanic was shipped from Belgium using Express Delivery in 2 working days, as advertised. The original branded box is immaculate and came packed in 2 other cardboard boxes. I couldn't ask for more. Everything is exactly as it should be. I'm pleased with Lego's Customer Service, specifically Giulia, who answered all my questions on chat. I'm also happy with DHL. I was able to arrange a non-standard delivery with their Customer Service and received detailed tracking while the parcel was in transit, their agent was professional, insightful and friendly. Poorly prepared for holidays Surely one would expect a company like Lego to be well prepared for online sales around the holidays. This is very disappointing at Lego's. The website states that you need to order well in advance. For boxes, I understand that somewhat, although some procurement policy in the countries works wonders. That you have to wait 10 days before your gift card is being shipped, I find quite absurd. They are still nice toys, but the online service really needs to improve a lot.
Ordered Fortnite Battlebus for Christmas for my 8 year old son. At the time of order the website stated it would be shipped by 2nd December. After ordering, this changed to back order and still yet to receive with a date of February 2025 showing on the Lego website. My 8 year old now doesn't even trust Santa bringing the toys he asked for! Call yourself a respectable company Lego? I get better service from ebay sellers! Absolutely appalling! Never again! Absolutely disgusting I paid £300 for the ferrari daytona sp3 and I have got halfway down the instructions and there is a piece missing not happy with this this is all legos fault for not putting a piece in the bag
Friendly, welcoming, easy to locate items we wanted, staff were very helpful and streamlined the paying experience.
This is a generous 2 stars, just trying to be fair. I've placed an order, used their quick checkout option, confirmed my PayPal like you do everywhere else and that's it, order confirmed. At no point I was asked about the delivery address, they've used one from my PayPal, which I unfortunately didn't update in a while. I've messaged them within 3 minutes of it to report this and perhaps change the address for the correct one before it's delivered. They got back to me next day, explaining to me that they can't do that. I had to get legal advice from a family friend, and because at no point during the checkout LEGO haven't asked for my address, I had some rights - so we followed up, also told them to cancel the order if they're not able to reroute it. So they asked me to place another order (good job I didn't!) to make sure I'll get my parcel on time, and they'll reroute the parcel back to themselves and give me a refund. Glad I didn't take their advice because none of it ended up being true... I didn't know the people living at my old address but they were kind enough to give this parcel to their landlord who luckily still had my number. It wasn't a short drive but I ended up with my parcel at the end. BUT THE FACT that your support team not only neglected me, they had to be reminded of the consumers law to take it seriously and then just lied to me... I just wouldn't expect this from such a well positioned company... I'll personaly make sure that none of my family members ever buy anything from them ever again.
ich habe das paket immer noch nicht erhalten (14 tage sind bereits vergangen). kundenservice ist sehr mangelhaft. man bekommt keine antwort. ich gehe davon aus, dass diese homepage betrügerische absichten hat, somit werde ich nächste woche eine anzeige erstatten!!! bin sowas von verärgert!!!!
Vergognoso che acquisto un gioco manuale per i miei figli e per avere le istruzioni devo usare smartphone o tablet del caso per scaricarle....dove andremo a finire di questo passo? Ma i vecchi foglietti che spiegavano di passo in passo la costruzione... penso sia l'ultimo Lego che acquisterò.... sarò vecchio dentro ma c'è un limite a tutto!!!!

Jan 08,2025On Christmas Eve my grandson came to me in tears. The door 24 had been opened on his Harry Potter Advent Calendar; it was empty! I immediately raised a complaint using the "Resolver" system which Lego completely ignored. As I had not had a response to the "Resolver" complaint I contacted Lego customer service to get the pieces that should have been behind door 24. After a few days I received a patronising reply about naughty elves tampering with the Lego Advent Calendar!! This company is a disgrace, they don't care about the children they upset only profits from selling plastic toys at exorbitant prices. Still not received the parts and it is now the 8th Jan 2025.
