Dec 06,2024Früher war ich ein riesen Lego-Fan und immer noch finde ich Lego eine unfassbar wichtige und gute Sache für Kinder und Jugendliche, um ihre Kreativität zu entfalten und neue Dinge zu schaffen. Leider hat das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis in den letzten Jahren ziemlich nachgelassen und die Sets werden nicht mehr so spektakulär. Als Star wars Fan finde ich viele alte Sets auf der ersten Reihe Clone Wars noch immer besser als die heutigen und die Features lassen auch eher zu wünschen übrig. Ich hoffe Lego bekommt noch einmal den Umschwung, denn aktuell bewegt sich Lego meiner Meinung nach in die falsche Richtung und man sollte näher an den Kunden sein und Wünsche offen entgegennehmen.

Dec 03,2024Purchased on their Black Friday sale, and made the mistake of using quick checkout, thinking I'd actually be able to choose the address they ship to, like a sane retailer. Wrong. I noticed this immediately and spent an hour on their web chat waiting for someone to show up. I eventually gave up and emailed, and they basically said they wouldn't do anything about it. I had no option to cancel my side. Unbelievably poor from such a well known brand.

Dec 03,2024Leider verschickt Lego ihre Pakete mit DPD, was jedesmal zu Problemen führt. Ich habe viel bei Lego gekauft, aber jetzt habe ich die Nase voll. Es gibt auch andere Anbieter.

Dec 03,2024Very disappointed. Tried to buy Shakletons ship with lifeboat GWP. Sold out far to quickly. Such bad planning on behalf of LEGO. Very, Very disappointed and I spend a fortune on Lego.

Dec 01,2024If you can find the same Lego item on Amazon buy it from there. The Lego delivery system is staggeringly inept, as are Lego. The dpd driver pulled up in front of my house while I was looking at the van through the window and he was on cctv. He didn’t get out of the van but I received a message saying the parcel couldn’t be delivered as there was no one at home. A lie. I had even said to leave it in the porch if I was out. DPD then said it was at the local post office so I went there every day with the tracking number and qr code and it hadn’t been delivered there. I then got a message saying it had been returned to the Lego shop. During all this I emailed Lego asking what is going on and didn’t receive a single reply. It missed my daughter’s birthday even though I ordered it three weeks beforehand. They should have their card banking facility withdrawn as they do not demonstrate adequate responsibility as an online retailer.

Nov 30,2024What Lego have done to me is discrimination and absolutely abhorrent. I live in the country and have 2 dogs. I ordered some lego sets which the courier just threw on the ground outside my home. Of course the dogs ripped them to pieces as most dogs would. I sent them photos of thousands of lego pieces scattered everywhere and mixed in Gravel. There is a huge sign on my door to put all packages in a bin beside my porch or they will be destroyed by my dogs while nobody is home during the day. Then I requested a few missing pieces off a completely different set months later and they just banned me from their site. They kept asking for proof that I actually had this set which is insane as it's was the last set I had bought off their website just weeks before. My kids sent them some file photos as I work on oil rigs and they just banned everyone in the house. I actually offered to pay for the missing pieces too as my kid had lost them at a birthday party. They even banned my family members from ordering stuff. I'm considering contacting the authorities to report discrimination. They even blocked my brother who lives 6 miles away as he used my PayPal to place an order. What the heck did he do. They make us feel like criminals because they can't instruct the courier drivers to stop throwing the packaging on the ground. This company is the worst on planet earth. I request for them to come back to me and rectify this and I can update this review if they do.

Nov 29,2024Super schlechter Kundenservice. Laut Webseite kann man auf Rechnung bezahlen. Dann später geht es auf einmal nicht. Egal ob geringer Betrag oder hoher Betrag. Man bekommt aber keine Antwort.

Nov 29,2024Disgraceful effort by Lego on their Pick a Brick service. I ordered almost £50 worth of individual pieces of Lego through the main Lego website on behalf of my son, using his birthday money. It's now a month since he ordered and every time I check the order status, it's still 'in warehouse' waiting to be despatched. Futhermore, each time I've checked the expected delivery time has gone up. When I ordered it said up to 5 x business days, then two weeks later I enquired via the chat facility as to what was actually going on and the estimated delivery time went up to 14 working days. A week and half later, it had gone up to 30 days. I'm now told to expect it to take 50 x business days to allow the items to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. All sorts of excuses: systems issues, standard pieces taking longer than best sellers, 'that's just how it is' type comments. The worst of it is the complete lack of communication until I get in touch with them. Would never buy directly from Lego website again, and especially not pick a brick. The worst of it is, they won't tackle the issue of a refund right now because its 'a bit tricky' for them, apparently.

Nov 29,2024Horrible experience ordering on Black Friday. So many system glitches and crashing of their website I missed out on the fantastic deals. Put a limit of 1 on the great deals so everyone has an opportunity. Perhaps they should find a more reliable system so customers don't have to wait for half an hour in a queue just to purchase their products. I was ready to go at midnight and their system booted me out. For the price of their plastic bricks the experience should be seamless.

Nov 28,2024N’achetez surtout pas les produits Lego télécommandés ! Ils ne sont pas fiables et tombent en panne. Le SAV se dédouane des réparations alors que le produit est sous garantie. Il vous demande de faire des manipulations pour potentiellement réparer le problème. Sauf que lorsque cela ne fonctionne pas, il vous demande de refaire la manipulation. J’en suis à 4 relances pour une prise en charge et chaque fois il vous demande de refaire les manipulations.

Nov 27,2024Ich hätte mir die Bewertungen vorher durchlesen sollen. Versand per DPD ging an einen Paketshop der sehr weit weg ist. Dabei gibt es nähere Shops im Umkreis. Lego bitte setzt DPD vor die Tür, dieser Versanddienstleister ist ganz unterirdisch.

Nov 26,2024Disgusted with Lego Web Store, as Lego set 40573 Christmas Tree set arrived with an entire bag of pieces missing (brown studs, candles etc). I saw in the reviews for this set, that someone else had the same issue, but I couldn't leave my own review as there was an error message every time (using different devices and browsers), so I guess Lego don't like too many low star reviews on their site, so prevent them being left. Anyway, after chatting with customer services, they agreed to send a replacement bag. Shortly after the order confirmation, I received a follow-up email, saying that my order had been cancelled due to some apparent historic order anomalies. So now left with an incomplete £40 Xmas Tree, for which they will not send replacement parts. As they have not fulfilled our contract and sent exactly what I ordered, I will be contacting my card provider as although the item was a little under £40 the entire order was over £120. Worst thing is I spent in excess £600 over about 4 orders in a few days, when I got this a the start on Nov 23. Even after appealing their decision to ban me from complimentary missing parts, they should at least have to supply the exact item purchased, should they not?

Nov 26,2024My son is autistic and the one thing he loves is building Lego. He makes his own builds. He wanted specific prices for a build. I paid £9.00 delivery which in itself is scandalous! It's only a small letter package. It has now been 14 days since I ordered this! All I keep getting told is it's in the warehouse. My son keeps asking every day when he will receive this. This is a terrible service. I have asked for this to be logged as a complaint in 3 emails. I am completely ignored and just asked for the tracking number (which I have given numerous times) I've phoned and emailed this number.

Nov 25,2024Ich habe mein erstes Lego Set gekauft. Die Vespa. Das ist ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Vater. Er sollte sie zusammen gebaut bekommen. Leider fehlen 2 Teile. Also über die Lego Seite Teile reklamiert. Hat auch geklappt. Ein paar Stunden später bekomme ich eine Mail mit Validierungsfehler und wurde storniert. Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice angerufen. Kein Problem ich bekomme die 2 Teile, dauert aber 4-5 Wochen. Euer Ernst? Bei so einem großen Unternehmen ist das ein NoGo.

Nov 23,2024Nice toys, but the quality has dropped off recently so I no longer consider them worth the price. Customer services are truly useless. 5 weeks for a missing price to arrive is unacceptable. (And missing, incorrect, and damaged pieces have become more prevalent in the last few years.) Resorted to eBay in the end.

Nov 15,2024Dear Lego, I don't think anyone will ever read this message but I really wanted to say thank you. I'm an Italian 21 year-old girl and Lego has always been part of my best memories. My grandfather, who is no longer with us, loved them so much and one of my best memories dates back to when I enjoyed creating and playing with him and my mother. When I was little, my parents might not be able to afford to buy many and the two sets I had, a small medieval castle and a village of American Indians are among my best memories. Lego is still has a big part in my life, I love to spend my free time trying to build something with my mom. Life can be really hard sometimes and this is my moment of happiness. Thank you for the care you put into your projects. Thank you for your empathetic and professional customer service. Your operators are always excellent. I'm lucky to live near a Legostore with a wonderful staff. The girls and boys who work at the Lego store in Marghera (Venice) are incredible. Always kind and helpful. I'm not lucky enough to always go in to buy something, now I enter that Lego store to say hello and to take a walk in what is one of my happy places. I hope one day I’ll be able to work for you or become your ambassador. I sincerely admire your company also for the inclusive and eco-sustainable goals it has set itself. You are a great company Lego Group, and I'm sorry to read that the reviews here are so negative, I don't understand it. Dec 07,2024Placed a £230 order four days ago and order is still showing as "just placed" *info pop up* "it may take a few minutes to process" on your website. There's no viewable details and no way to cancel or amend. That's a £230 order to a major international brand. I hope you're embarrassed. Update: the order did arrive in the end, after an email saying it would be refunded. This could have been a far less stressful transaction with better communication. Even just automated communication.
