Non comprate online! Affidatomi alla loro spedizione 2-5 giorni.. ordine fatto il 12 dicembre… oggi 24 dicembre e non è arrivato il regalo per il babbo natale dei miei figli! Incompetenti! Falsi! Avete rovinato anche a noi il Natale . Non affidatevi ad un corriere scrauso come Bartolini, perché non consegna in tempo! Ad ogni modo acquisteró altro e come arriverà ve lo rimando indietro!

Ordine effettuato in seguito all'annuncio sul sito: "Gli Ordini che verranno effettuati entro le ore 13 del 23 dicembre, hanno consegna garantita per Natale con spedizione espressa (30 euro)". Oggi, 24 dicembre, scopro che il mio pacco (ordinato il 20 dicembre) è ancora in Germania e prevede consegna il 27 dicembre. Grazie...avete rovinato anche il Natale di mio figlio. Mai più. Esperienza pessima. Non fidatevi

Si j'avais pu mettre 0 je l'aurai fais, même du négatif je l'aurai fais. Je n'ai même pas les mots pour qualifié cette entreprise d'incompétents. J'ai passé commande le 1er décembre histoire d'être LARGE. Nous somme le 23 décembre je n'ai toujours rien... J'ai bien sure reçut leur cadeau " gratuit" sans aucun problème. Mais le Lego à 500 euro non bizarrement. Cela fait plus de 2 semaines que je leurs envoi des mails, que je discute avec des bots, des gens du SAV à l'encéphalogramme plat avec leurs phrases préconstruites, pire que des bots! j'ai même téléphoné mais leur employé m'a tellement fait pitié que j'ai même pas osé les envoyer balader. Pour au final avoir toujours la même réponse. C'est DPD les fautifs, et lorsque je contacte DPD c'est Lego les responsables, cela fait des 2 semaines qu'ils se renvoient la balle. Moi je suis au milieux, et je n'aurai rien à mettre sous mon sapin. Comment une entreprise comme LEGO peut être aussi mal organisé et aussi incompétente, surtout pour les périodes de Noel. On parle de Lego qui coutent plusieurs centaines d'euro, ce n'est juste pas possible. C'est la 1ere fois et la dernière fois que je commande quoi que ce soit chez ces abrutit. Et je vous conseil d'en faire autant. Ils ont ruiné mon Noel. Et le pire c'est qu'ils s'en foutent puisqu'ils ne font rien pour remédier au problème, que des promesses en l'aire "On vous recontacte dans l'après midi" Il est 17h je n'ai toujours RIEN. Ha si my bad, j'ai eu un petit geste de 2500 point à dépenser sur leur site, 2500 pts = 16 euro je sais pas si me faire cracher au visage c'est moins insultant. Je les déteste. Je déteste DPD, tous des incompétents. Même sur Ali Express et Temu ils sont plus professionnel. Que ces grosses corporations ne s'étonnent pas que les gens achètent leur contrefaçon bas de gamme, leurs produits sont certes authentiques mais leurs services sont pire que bas de gamme. -15000000/20 Ca part sur une annulation et un remboursement ( dieu merci avec Paypal se rétracter est moins compliqué).

I have purchased directly from LEGO several times over the years, and they have been flawless every time. The orders always arrive quickly, and even those on backorder have come much sooner than expected. Their Insiders reward system is truly outstanding - it is completely free to sign up and you can redeem some online rewards without making any purchases. The rewards points you earn from an order will expire if you don't make another purchase within 18 months, but that seems like a reasonable time frame. I also really appreciate that they ship their products in unmarked boxes so that gift recipients (and porch pirates) won't know that you've ordered LEGO. I have never had a single problem with LEGO.com and I would absolutely buy from them again.

I’m so disappointed with the outcome of Lego! I ordered Nothing to open on Christmas Day the fortnight battle bus for my son. Who doesn’t ask for a lot because he knows his mother works hard and doesn’t have an awful lot of money. This was his only gift! Costing nearly £90 pounds. When contacting Lego and the money been taken out of my account and actually no notification until after the money was taken it’s on a back order until February. I’ve emailed several times with a very patronizing response telling me to go to my local Lego store and take a chance on them having it there. Purchasing it in the shop and cancelling the order! I do not have the money to do this or the time or money to drive 50 miles to a Lego store on the off chance they may have it?! So now my son will not have anything to open on Christmas Day! Nothing at all. I hope Lego are happy with themselves the millions of pounds they make . And my son is left with nothing absolutely shambolic

Orders placed now before Christmas on the Lego online store - the debit cards were charged - orders were cancelled without explanation - and I was told to go buy the items in a store (closest one being 150 km away)

I placed an order for the Lego Fortnite Battle bus on the 27th November. I was told that the item was currently out of stock but would be back in stock and dispatched 14th Decembe r. As the 14th December approached I sent Lego several emails and eventually received a patronising response apologising stating the item would not be in stock until January 25. As the item is a Christmas present I then purchased this £89.99 toy from a buy/sell website for £153!!! 15th December I emailed Lego asking them to cancel the order Today, 18th December, Lego have just sent me an email saying"great news, your order is being processed and is in our warehouse" I want to scream.....I have now paid double what the item should have been due to this worldwide brands poor communication, not reading return emails and poor planning, I now have to arrange for the return of the item in order to get my refund. It is Christmas day soon not April fools day isn't it? This review would be a minus if allowed

Super schlechter Service sie verstehen einfach nicht wenn sie mit DPD liefern das die Paket hier nicht ankommen und wollen mir nur wieder Gutscheine andrehen die aber nicht gebrauchen kann weil die Pakete ja nicht ankommen.Es interessiert auch niemanden was du schreibst mn bekommt nur immer den Selben quatsch zu hören

Mon colis expédié par Lego via CHRONOPOST ne m’est jamais parvenu, 200 euros de marchandise. Le service client de CHRONOPOST atteste une livraison sécurisée soit disant mais personne n’a déposé de colis malgré un gardien présent H24. le service client lego m’a initialement proposé un renvoi puis finalement a décliné et me demande de contacter ma banque. des voleurs !

Via een relatie ontving ik een reeds gebouwd model van Lego. Er ontbrak helaas een wiel met band, wat natuurlijk net zo erg is als het ontbreken van een puzzelstukje uit een puzzel, en had ik geen verdere gegevens betreffende het Lego model. Dankzij de uitgebreide servicewebsite van Lego wist ik het model te achterhalen, en kon zo via de onderdelenlijst ook achter de bestelnummers van betreffende delen komen. Via de serviceafdeling had ik de ontbrekende onderdelen op mijn laptop besteld, in de veronderstelling dat er een factuur incl. verzendkosten zou volgen, maar tot mijn grote verbazing blijkt de service van Lego perfect in elkaar te zitten. Via de mail werd ik op de hoogte gehouden omtrent het vervolg van het traject. De onderdelen werden keurig in een enveloppe vanuit Duitsland verzonden zonder enige kosten in rekening te brengen... Nou, Lego mag dan wat kosten bij de aanschaf, de service is geweldig en daarmee onbetaalbaar!

Please, please , please do not make the same mistake as I did and buy direct from Lego! The customer advisors at Lego just lie to you and string you along pretending they are going to help you and truthfully they are the most unhelpful people ever! They will take your money at the drop of a hat! They delivered a damaged item so this was returned and the return was organised through LEGO themselves and weeks later they will still not give me a refund!! It’s now weeks on and everyday I message them to help me and all they do is give me false hope and never do anything positive to resolve the issue, you can never speak to a manager or supervisor as they are always busy (big coincidence!). So I have no item and no refund, just emails from them full of empty promises. So if you don’t want to be fobbed off and tricked please shop elsewhere. Very very poor service so I have now emailed the CEO of Lego to make him aware what his staff are doing to customers who have been collecting Lego all of their lives. The shopping experience is the worst ever. Avoid at all costs otherwise you will become poorly with stress like I have done as Lego have caused me this! 🥹

I have never had any issues with them in store or online. Once I was missing some parts from my advent calender and they sent the items and item list with a letter. Lovely customer service experience. I have never ordered from them directly so my review may change in the future (hope they don't deliver with Evri or Yodel).

Ordine in ritardo Non risponde nessuno sia al telefono che via mail Non ordinate dal sito Modifico a 3 stelle perchè la consegna è arrivata sì in ritardo, ma esattamente il giorno prima di Santa Lucia, il mio termine massimo. Ho rischiato quindi di spendere il doppio per rimediare ai regali. Non penso che farò ancora ordini online.

Lego Titanic Da kauft man sich schon die Titanic bei LEGO und man bekommt nur Mist geliefert. Die Teile halten nicht richtig und dann fehlen auch noch Teile dass man sie nach bestellen muss. Einfach nur abzocke

People please don't shop with leggo.com after shopping with them over black Friday we found out tonight the order was on hold and the called up to find out the payment was canceled so the deducted again but both payments have left account not they are saying its our fault

Wow I have been trying to build the Ferrari Tecnic model now for 5 weeks, and I am still struggling to get it right. I have building tecnic models for several years now & although I am 75 years old until this model which I do one a year in the autumn this is without doubt the most difficult & disappointing model I have ever experienced. So much black on black building, disappointing instructions, small & infuriating inter locking pieces. My model isn’t finished yet but by goodness I will be glad if ever it is !!! Very disappointed.
