Dec 02,2019AVOID AVOID AVOID! Have been an absolute nightmare! The issues started after I initially paid express shipping for my order and my order arrived a few weeks later! After complaining nothing was reimbursed! I was told the second part of my order would be delivered soon after but it's been weeks and I have not received anything! I have sent countless emails but still no reply (they have no working number you can ring). At this point they have basically stolen my money. if management sees thisI will be taking this as far as I can!

Nov 29,2019Ordered a cooling barrel jacket on the 3rd November & not recieved yet sent 3 emails no response Tried phoning get a automated message telling you to e-mail for a response paid extra for prompt delivery also but nothing yet Be very wary of this company I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering if your reading this pub shop please let me know whats going on ?

Nov 26,2019worst customer service ever, have ordered a hoover in September, have contacted them and was responded once in October that the item was on its way, and never arrived and was not contacted again. I'm asking for a refund, but they have no phone line and emails are hard to be responded. Avoid them!!!!

Nov 26,2019Dont use, trading under at least 2 names, pubshop and home shop catalogue. Reported to my bank to start refund process. If you find yourself in same position please instruct your bank to report fraudulent activity to police else they will not do off their own back, they can afford it which is how these scum survive. Listened to the guys posh smarmy recorded telephone voice a few times now. Looking forward to seeing how smarmy he is when we pay them a visit next week!

Nov 26,2019I initially got a few replies to emails and eventually received the order but the wrong items were sent. Now they aren't replying re: a refund and it's been nearly 5 weeks. I was going to give them benefit of the doubt and assume that they were understaffed but now I'm definitely in the 'don't touch them with a bargepole' camp. I'm really not happy - as a sole trader I cannot afford to lose money like this.

Would NEVER order from them again. If I could give zero stars then I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Reported to the Trading Standards

Nov 22,2019BECARFULLL SCAM SCAM YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ORDER avoid this company if you don't want to wast your money , i did order some items and payed for fast delivery but almost 20 days now and i didn't get anything , i have tried to contact them on the number provided from the website but there is automatic voice robot answering, i did email them several time but still didn't get any reply . now i am dealing with my bank to get the money back .

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM OTHER THAN EMAIL, MARK RUST AND ROBERT SYMES - ALL TELEPHONE NUMBERS GO TO AN ANSWER PHONE WHICH DIRECTS YOU TO EMAIL CONTACT TO WHICH THEY NEVER RESPOND. Nov 19,2019Do not buy from this company. How they're allowed to operate and continually rip people off, I don't know! Placed an order of £550, didn't receive it. Absolutely abysmal level of customer service followed. No replies to emails. Nobody answers the phones as they're "short staffed" according to their answer phone. Take heed from the other reviews. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
