I ordered cutlery on the 9/12/2019, paid for 3to 5 days delivery. I cannot track delivery and cannot contact them. I failed to read a review about the company and after reviewing the other reviews, am begining to doubt if my order will arrive for use by the 20th of December to be used for my daughter's engagement. what a shame. I don't understand how this company still exist and trade. I need to make alternative plans.

Terrible service! Order placed 6 weeks ago- 24th October and still not heard from them! They ignore emails! Shame didn’t read reviews! Avoid this company! No one to speak to or to contact!

Waiting for goods from 8 november. No goods no replies to emails but they have my payment straight away. Awful customer service I've paid therefore i am due my goods, but not with this group.

This company is a nightmare to deal with!! Order placed online for specific event. Failed to deliver. I raised a ticket through the website to see if it had been dispatched... no response. I emailed them. ... no response. I raised a second ticket and again, no response. They then sent an email stating deliveries were late and I could cancel and request a refund, which I did through a link to their site. 48 hours later I get an invoice and tracking info. I have emailed again telling them to respect my request and stop the delivery. I doubt for one minute that they will do so, so I will reject the delivery when it arrives.

**** AVOID **** DO NOT RISK SHOPPING WITH THIS 'COMPANY'!!!! Placed an order on 15th October and money taken via Worldpay - today is the 13th December and after several emails, I have no order and have had no communication. They are not contactable by phone despite having a number on their site. Please look at the other reviews here and SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered 12 store and pours with 5 day delivery on nov 1st. Nearly 3 weeks later still hadnt arrived. Their customer service line has a recorded message saying they dont deal with phone calls, only emails. My emails all went unanswered. I had to log a dispute with my card supplier. Shortly after i got an email saying the items had been discontinued and did i want a refund to which i said yes. Another 3 weeks and daily emails to enquire and ive still not had a refund just emails saying they re training people to improve their responses to emails. Pathetic

Got a good price for some new pans, only received them today when should of had express delivery (ordered on 26th nov arrived 10th dec) so that’s my only complaint but just happy to receive my order, maybe other people should give it more time for their orders to arrive.

Avoid avoid avoid I ordered something beginning of November they said it will be delivered within 5 to 7 days and now it’s in December and still haven’t received it try to email them no response through email don’t know what other way that I can go about trying to claim my money back if anyone got any advice please let me know they’re taking peoples hard earned money and not delivering the goods

I should have read the reviews first. I received my goods which I am not happy with and similarly have been ignored when trying to contact them. I would AVOID buying from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT SENT ANYTHING. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM EXCEPT BY EMAIL AND THEN THEY DON’T RESPOND. I AM FORCED TO CHASE THEM DAILY AND AFTER A MONTH I AM STILL NO BETTER OFF!

I bought some wine glasses at the end of October, returned them and asked for a refund, I am still waiting for the refund!! Do not buy from them.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Sent me broken glasses, continually ignored all attempts at contact to get replacements until honest/bad review left on Trustpilot. Then promised to replace broken glasses (whilst having the gall to complain about review) but never sent replacements and continues to ignore all attempts at contact. Anyone who parts with their money to these shysters when there is so much pertinent criticism on these reviews clearly evidencing what they could be dealing with deserves everything they get - scammed, cheated and out of pocket.

Why didn’t I look at the reviews of this company first. I also fell victim to their scam and paid for something which was never delivered. Luckily it was only £14, so no great loss and the bank is in the process of claiming it back for me.

I urge you to read other 1 star reviews. I, like many others, haven't received goods ordered weeks ago. (Order 136648) E-mails and web enquiry forms get no response. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give no stars I would. Avoid this company! I placed an order 10 weeks ago. No order received. Payment taken. No response to any of my emails. I’ve reported to my bank who hopefully be able to charge back my card. Shocking service. To date I’ve had no response.

Avoid at all costs. Placed an order on 09/11/2019 with a 7-10 day delivery. Item cosy over £100. Never received it. I have sent numerous emails over the past 3 weeks and rang and left voicemails with no reply. Absolutely disgusting to take our hard earned money and not send the goods
