Jan 23,2020AVOID - I also wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered - placed an order 31st Dec with a 7-10 day delivery estimate. Nothing as yet and no reply to my request for an update. Will give them a couple of days to respond again before also following up with trading standards and trying to get my money back. Disappointed!

Jan 22,2020DO NOT USE. Same as others on here. Paid for my order 3 weeks ago (delivery 1-5 days) and received email invoice but have no dispatch confirmation or tracking details. No response to multiple emails, just auto-replies.

Jan 22,2020Bought a stainless steel wall unit priced over £300 on the 7th of December 2019 and I still have not received it!! No tracking number !! After numerous times trying to contact this company I get one reply from a chap called Rob saying he will get back to me and never did. 2 weeks later and several emails later a person called Gina, lying through her teeth says my order will reach me by January the 14th 2020. It is now nearly two weeks later from that point and they are completely ignoring me ?? This is a company with no phone number and should you choose to email an automated reply saying they'll get back to you in 3 days ? I'll see if my bank have to say anything about this dishonest thiefing company/staff. See if you reply to this review pubshop, I've added my order number. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY !

Jan 20,2020NO STARS Sadly, I too have been let down by this order. I placed an order on 15th Dec For what was to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. They emailed before Christmas saying they were busy, etc. Since then I have emailed twice, no reply. I have sent a further email today requesting my money back. If there is no reply I will contact Trading Standards and the company’s Directors. Why is this company still being allowed to trade with all these negative reviews.?

Jan 20,2020Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered on the 26th December, expected some delay because of the Christmas period, but still haven't received my goods and I have contacted them twice with no response. I have reported them to trading standards and my Bank. Having seen all these bad reviews I'm amazed they are still operating online and taking people's money. AVOID!

Jan 19,2020I've been waiting over six weeks now for a refund because they sent me the wrong products. They NEVER answer their phone - the message asks you to email them. You then get an automated reply that sys they will respond as soon as possible. Can't believe that "as soon as possible" is over six weeks!

Jan 17,2020Placed an order in the first week of December and still haven't received anything (17/01/20) - I have emailed and filled out the online contact forms 3 times now but cannot get a response from the company. I have opened a case with my bank to try and get a refund but in the meantime, I have found the Directors addresses on Companies House and will take the matter from there. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Jan 17,2020Ordered items on 4th December 2019 and still not received after 6 weeks. They don't respond to emails, or the messaging service on their website. Only automated responses. I am going to contact my bank to see what can be done regards a refund, and suggest that eveyone else who had unfulfilled orders and lost money does the same. If you're reading reviews before ordering, which I wish I had done, then DON'T order from this so called company.

Jan 14,2020DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND EFFORT OF WAITING.... I placed and order early December 2019 and STILL waiting for either delivery of goods or a reply to my emails/calls or a refund! I have had the same experience as all the below feedbacks. The registered company address has information about their directors. I left another phone message today but if I do not get a response, I will have to contact my credit card company to arrange a refund.

Jan 13,2020Shockingly bad. They advertised goods would be available before Xmas; when they failed to deliver I had to contact them to find out why. They told me the goods would not be available until mid-January. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. After 3 times of asking they have still not refunded me. In my opinion this outfit is not to be trusted. If it were possible I would have not awarded any star.

Exactly as the other reviews have stated, product did not arrive, there is no direct contact line to get in touch and they are ignoring or lying on emails. They have taken my money, not delivered and I am currently doubting I will ever get it back. Shocking they should be reported to the trading standards.
