The order I placed before Christmas has not arrived, and the company does not answer the phone or respond to any emails. Having read other reviews, I'm now concerned I have been scammed. The company has been reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice consumer service, I suggest anyone else affected does the same via the web form on their website.
If I could give 0 I would l, they have robbed me took my money and not sent out my orders, the phone line doesn’t work so you can’t contact them, and they don’t respond to your email!!
Purchased some Utility Tongs on the 3rd Sept 2019 and we still haven't received them or had a refund to date.... I have emailed several times but no response.... Yes they definitely seem to be scammers...
Terrible service. Need waiting over a month for items to arrive. They say they have deliver. Sent proof. They delivered the items over 200 miles from the correct delivery address. Although the signature wasn’t mine. The name wrong. County wrong. Town wrong. Street wrong. They are still not getting in touch to resolve the issue.
I ordered a Bench from this 'Company' before Christmas and paid extra for next day delivery. I am still waiting for it to arrive on the 7th January! I have tried calling on numerous occasions and conveniently, it goes straight through to voicemail. I have emailed numerous times as well, and as of yet, no response. This company I believe is a SCAM. I only wish I had read reviews before ordering as I would of avoided like the plague. Avoid at all costs if you don't want to be out of pocket. I now have to go through the process of trying to get my money back, wish me luck!
SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They will take your money and orders and never fulfill them with zero customer care /support makes it very hard to get your money back And I am not the only one with these issues read all feed back across all the web every one is saying the same thing AVOID
Never came across anything like this company before. I have ordered catering items-after a week or so-no sign of the order. Called to inquire-only to be told to email and we will get back to you. I had to order from amazon instead to make sure I have the items I needed for the event I was catering for. My order eventually arrived 36 days later! After god only knows how many emails asking for return labels and money back-only to receive automated responses, I had to call the bank. Do not touch this company. There is something not quite right there...
AVOID THIS WEBSITE Ordered something off this site 10 days before Christmas.i even paid the extra delivery charges so it would definitely be here for christmas as it was a gift I was buying for someone. I received an email two days later to say it's been slightly delayed but not too worry, it will definitely be here on or before Christmas eve. It's still not showed. Tried phoning and emailing them on many occassions. Absolute joke. This website is clearly a scam!!!!

Ordered a luggage stand for over £59, Delivery supposed to be standard 5 days, one month later and I was still waiting. Should have read the reviews first. Had to contact VISA card company for a refund. I only received a reply to my emails from Pubshop, after contacting the bank. Keep all receipts, if you want a refund,. Lots of apologies, staff training etc. Decided to go elsewhere with better customer service. Never again. Avoid at all cost.
STILL waiting for response to my email about returning an item which was unfit for purpose. I don’t live far away. Tempted to show up at their depot and demand to be seen!
Have just received full refund and apology ... Would give no stars if that were possible. £302.00 order has not arrived after 2 weeks - phone lines are unmanned directing you to email only - 10 emails sent but no response other than the generic reply that PubShop is very busy at this time and will look into your matter ASAP....this just goes on and on . Clearly a great many people including myself have been duped into buying from this business and the individual/s running the PShop will take your money with apparently no intention on delivering goods. A criminal set up? - wish I’d read other reviews before parting with my money.
Ordering Christmas presents from your website has been an absolute disaster. My in-laws opened their present from us on christmas day morning to find 3 casserole dishes, the bottom one smashed, instead of the 12 wine glasses that we’d ordered for us to use on the day. we had no wine glasses as we’d said we had sorted it out so people had to use paper cups. it was a total shambles and i don’t understand how they can get fulfilling an order and sending it out so wrong when they do this every day. The order documentation in the box was correct i.e 12 glasses whilst the product was totally different and the packaging was a joke. Inside they had a box in a box with bubble wrap protection around the top but absolutely nothing on the bottom so it was just 2 pieces of cardboard so no wonder one was smashed. There was also no mention of fragile on the box anywhere or keep this way up. All in all it’s been awful, i suggest you don’t use. 8th jan update i’ve had a reply from them asking for my details which is great but it’s a shame that they have responded to an online review as opposed to the 4 emails that i have sent them directly. As it’s been a month since i ordered the product and their customer service as been so poor i.e non-existent (i have only ever had automatic email replies over this period with no way to speak to anyone directly) so i have now asked my credit card company for a refund, so if you do order with this company i strongly suggest you use a credit card as insurance.
Don't use this company for anything. We ordered a small sink for our cafe opening in November 2019. Paid about £50.00 for it did not receive it in the post. We called the company again again and again but you can't get through on the phone - we emailed them - they said they would look into the matter - but still nothing from the company. They take money but you won't get the goods from them. Don't use this company for anything beware.
I read all of the reviews after ordering and suddenly became very concerned... However the company delivered only slightly later than expected and the items were in perfect condition. The have clearly sold more items than they were anticipating which has led to many failed order and unhappy customers. They need to hire more staff to deal with complaints but also to process orders more quickly. Also they should have someone available on the phone. However my experience was much better than most and I am happy with the delivery time and the items I received for a reasonable price.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and like many below, wish I’d read the reviews first before ordering! Nothing has arrived and other than the automatic response to my complaint email, have heard nothing back. And now don’t expect too! Caveat emptor I suppose! The kind assessment would be incompetence, the not so kind, out-and-out larceny!

No goods have arrived despite ordering 10th December. No reply to phone call or emails. Latest! Customer support have now been in touch and promised to refund my credit card as well as apologising for the delay to my order.

Jan 10,2020If I could give zero starts I would!!! I have been waiting for my order to come and had no response to my emails. I been waiting far longer than the days it stated to deliver (1-3 working days). When tried to call there is no one available so you are told to email and ends the call. Avoid this company at all costs
