Glass was smashed on delivery. Have emailed a few times, tried to call with no answer on numerous occasions.

Once I had a chat with Robert all was sorted quickly and efficiently, but it was only me chasing the order that got it sent . I really would have liked to give a better review as have dealt with Robert before and he is very helpful and efficient , I just wonder if this is a one man band as no way to contact company via phone

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a slate platter, which arrived broken in half. This was hardly surprising as it was very badly packaged, nothing at all in the large cardboard box to protect it. Since then the company have failed to respond to any emails and I am currently attempting to get my money back through my card provider.

Would leave 0-star review if I could, also agree with previous reviews stating they wished they had read reviews before purchasing. Ordered a product in July 2019, expected delivery within the week as the item was so small. Nothing. Chased up, time and time again, email after email, call after call. Have never been able to get through to anyone or ever had a response. Fast forward 4 months and I have just received an email saying the item has been delivered, followed by a FEDEX email saying my product will be delivered in 3 days time. Unsure exactly what is going on or why they would not think that I have had to go elsewhere for the same product. Accepted the fact I will never receive my item or a refund. Avoid this company at all cost, whether its a small or large amount of money you are about to spend it costs you more time than its worth having to chase (or try) finding out where the order is! Will never use again! AVOID!

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order last week (order number 135586) and the money was taken from my account. A few days later I received an email telling me my order was incomplete, I needed to pay for it! Tried to call them but only get a message telling me to email them. Have done couple of times, no reply. Their website still shows my order as incomplete so its pretty obvious I’ve been ripped off. Might only be £27.11 but I’m a barman on minimum wage and no way will my boss reimburse me without the order actually arriving. Not nice people. Feel sick about losing my money. Up Date: It took a few weeks, but my bank, the Halifax, refunded my money even though I'd paid by debit not credit card. Never did have a response from this company.

I BOUGHT SOME PRODUCTS AND PAID EXTRA TO BE DELIVERED FASTER. PASSED THE DELIVERY TIME AND NO RESPONSE SO FAR SINCE THEY TOOK THE MONEY AWAY FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEY ARE THEFT AND DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

Orderd protan plus line cleaner over 3 weeks ago and still not arrived!!! Can’t get hold of them over the phone and I’ve sent the company multiple e mails with no reply at all!!! They were quick enough taking my money out my account,so it’s classed as theft,and buy the looks of all the recent reviews they are ripping off genuine customers,they need reporting to a consumer watchdog and shaming if you’re thinking of using them you’re just throwing you’re money away!!!AVOID THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Beware : Do not order, very bad customer service, answering machine on all the time, place order 23 october, now 11 days past no response at all, took money immediatley from credit card, no confirmation of order and now no reply for email, no option now have to contact credit card company to refund my Dues.....Avoid and do not order!!!!!

Bought a buffalo bbq, got a bit nervous after seeing reviews on here. So i chased them up, not the best system in place for contacting them, but i followed their email procedure. Queried when my delivery would arrive as i needed it for a function. Recieved a phone call off them later that day and they assured me it would be with me by the coming friday (4 days away and keeping in time with delivery rage suggested while ordering) and it arrived on the wednesday. Stoked! Cheaper than other suppliers and i didnt have to pay a stupid amount for delivery to the highlands. All in all im very happy. It seems like theyve had some staffing issues over the last month, going by our conversation on the phone. Hope all has smoothed out. Many Thanks to you and the team.

Very poor service. Excuse was given as item out of order. This was made known to me after I have chased for the non-delivery of the item at the scheduled time. Not satisfied. Item was eventually delivered at a late date.

Ordered a LED display unit and received a blackboard instead. Have emailed on several occasions plus used their chat BOT on the web site and not had any reply in over 3 weeks. Out of pocket by over £200. Non existent customer service unable to phone and no replies. Order number 133555. Will be looking at legal action

Genuinely lovely people who appear to be a little short staffed at the moment. Bear with them - you will get a reply but perhaps not as quickly as you would like. Better to email them for contact. Beautiful products 🙂

Wish I could give no stars!! Ordered in June for my brand new business (which CANNOT afford to lose this money!) and still no delivery, refund, or even a response from anyone at Pubshop! Shocking way to run a business.. if anyone from pubshop sees this and cares my order number is 128036 PLEASE GIVE ME A REFUND!!!!

Used to be a great company, but now they don’t respond the emails, no one answers the phone. We have been waiting a month for a replacement soup kettle that arrived broken. I honestly believe it’s a scam now so buy with caution and realise if you do, there is no comeback now

Only purchase If the item isn’t something you want anytime soon. Purchased 4K in the kitchen equipment and 3 weeks later no delivery and the firm can’t be reached by phone or email. Phone lines directs you to email , emails are ignored. One is left simply hoping that the goods turn up. Given that they are a Nisbets company , the lack of customer service and professionalism is shocking.
