Oct 15,2019I tried to cancel the order 3 times using there website, the phone number is a joke just an answer message. No one responded or got back to me. The order arrived months after I ordered it. Not even going to bother trying to send it back.

Oct 15,2019The Pubshop Catalogue are crooks. The item they supplied me was not functioning and was returned as it wasn’t fit for purpose, it has not been replaced or refunded. DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY.

Oct 14,2019My order took a while to arrive and I was away when it was delivered, when getting home and being able to inspect the order (outside of their 24 hour window!) and it turns out one of the items is damaged. I have tried contacting The Pub shop about a replacement but they haven't responded. Until such time as they respond and send me a replacement item I will retain this very poor rating.

Oct 13,2019Most of these bad reviews are ridiculous. People are always complaining. I've used this company many times and yes i've had issues, just like i've had with many other companies. But!, their prices are great and overall i can't complain. I use to buy from UK & Europes biggest wholesales - you know who i'm talking about (NIS-ETS), and these guys stock the EXACT!!!!!! same products for 25-40% less. So if you don't like them, go pay more and don't complain. I'm happy with the occasional hick up for the money i save. And YES this is a legitimate review. just giving credit where credit is due.

Oct 13,2019The filter that I required was not described adequately on the web page, when I attempted to contact pubshop, I wasn’t able to by phone, I emailed requesting somebody to contact me, this was ignored. The shipping cost for the filter was excessively expensive, all in all this was one of the worst online purchasing experiences that I have encountered.

Oct 13,2019Ordered 24 wine glasses. 3 were broken. Called and sent 2 emails regarding the problem but received no reply and could contact a human. Shocking service will never use them again.

Oct 13,2019I ordered glasses and after 4 weeks i still didn’t get them. Tried several times to phone the company and they don’t answer and emailed them so many times and they didn’t get back to me. Will go to citizen advide soon. DON’t BUY FROM THEM
