Oct 12,2019The tableware I bought turned out to be smaller than I had expected. The adverts need to give physical dimensions, not just liquid capacity, and state clearly whether liquid capacity is right to the brim, or to a sensible "walk without spillage" level.

Oct 12,2019Used this company previously when it was Pubshop. Never had any issue. It appears to have merged with “home catalogue shop”. I have put a recent order in and am trying to return part of it. I have telephoned (3 different numbers). With no answer. I have e-mailed numerous times to different e-mail addresses and despite getting an e-mail straight back saying they have got my email and will be in touch, no one has contacted me. I think this company is in trouble!! Wouldn’t risk it

Oct 11,2019I am sill awaiting an item from my order from 12th August, and I still have a box of products I did not order! Had a few conversations with Rob who keeps promising delivery. Guess I will be still waiting this time next year! I have his mobile telephone number if anyone wants it?

Oct 11,2019My order took 11 business days to arrive, which is only one day longer than the longest estimate they give (7-10 business days), but what was annoying is I received three different delivery date notification emails, so two anticipated days of delivery resulting in disappointment. To improve, tighten up on your delivery date calculation.

Oct 10,2019AVOID !!! Ordered before I saw these reviews. Needless to say, nothing I ordered has turned up. Fortunately my credit card company reimbursed me - but this is not victimless crime. We all pay in the end. I've contacted World Pay to question why they are facilitating a scam.

Oct 10,2019Shocking Customer Service! Emailed 4 times regarding an order I hadn't received. Responded immediately though when I threatened to go to Watchdog. This company should not be trading. Just checked companies house and it doesn't look good.

Oct 05,2019Awful company. Customer service non existent. Can't reach them by phone-number listed has a message saying use the website. Over 20 messages via the website later and 3 emails (to different addresses) still no response. Goods were ordered 26 August with 7 day delivery quoted and still not arrived. I've had to get a refund through mastercard.

Oct 04,2019Ordered my goods on the 19/9/19 and given a confirmation of 1-5 days delivery. It's now the 4/10/19 and no goods, no response to the emails I have sent, and you can't speak to anyone as there is just an answer machine (probably because there's no staff)! Disappointing that someone would take peoples cash with no intention of fulfilling the orders. If you look at google reviews, everyone is saying the same thing - placed an order and no goods have arrived. AVOID AVOID AVOID! If you look on the google reviews there is a gentleman doing a group claim against the owner of this place!
