Bad custumer service, I have been emailing them 3 times for VAT invoice, and yet nonresponse whatsoever.
Do not use, never received my order!
I have never written a review good or bad for a company, but in this instance I feel its my duty to. This company takes your money and does not deliver products. i.e they are SCAMMERS, they steal your money. There is zero customer service. Its both shocking and disgusting that their website is still up and running. I was lucky enough to get my money back through my bank.
One of my items arrived damaged. I have sent three emails about it and have no response at all. Very poor customer service

Ordered Denby Mugs and Saucers on 6th September ....delivery stated 7-10 working days. received a reply via email that goods would now be delivered this week, but no delivery received. Value of order was over £90 but because I paid by virgin credit card I have been told that they will get my money back for me. Wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but it would appear I’m just another victim to the list.
Ignoring me email regarding a refund for three weeks now! Terrible costumer service.
Trading standards informed and claims process on it's way. 3 months later and goods still not received or the refund I was assured off. Charlatans.
Liars and thieves. Got refund through my bank. Something very dodgy bout this business still being allowed to trade. Probably a money laundering front cause they do not care about bad service and reviews. Defo a front for something. Avoid at all costs
After four months of no delivery of £300 of goods and no responses to phone calls or emails regarding a refund, I pursued through my bank and got money back. Would never use this company again.
(02/08/19) SCAM. These people will take your money and not dispatch the product. Impossible to contact as the phone lines all send you to a recorded message, telling you to get in touch via email. I have since sent several emails to which I received no response. Seeing all these other reviews tells me I aren’t the only one in talks with Trading standards so hopefully these scammers won’t be taking money for much longer. EDIT (18/02/20): I have now spoke with someone from the company and they were helpful in resolving this issue. Was able to change some items on the order and its been dispatched today for tomorrow, so I appreciate the next day service. Will update further on arrival.
Thankfully I didn’t place a large order and only spent £40 (which I got back) 3 weeks after taking my money and no contact from them, I called the bank to help get a refund. But then I found some email addresses and another phone number for this ‘company’ 34 attempted phone calls and 147 back to back emails (no exaggeration) was enough to make THEM call me. I got my money back and managed to speak to someone and his only rebuttal to my problems, and problems I raised from reading on here was ‘We sent you a new email yesterday with a delivery date’ In the meantime I’ve found what I wanted cheaper, ordered it and had it delivered. Would definitely stay away.
Avoid this company, failed to deliver goods, failed to respond to emails, successfully took my money which fortunately the bank have refunded.
Clearly scam set up and should be closed down ASAP ordered goods nothing received no reply to emails and phone calls not taken jsut referred back to emailing them Reported to Visa and the bank to attempt to have their credit card license removed based upon I assume a large number of customer charge backs
Complete lack of communication. Very long delivery time. Ignored repeated emails - except auto-response.
Issues with order un able to get in contact with pub shop sent emails left answer phone messages!!! really disappointed
Avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible company. Wrong item was delivered 2 moths ago. No body replies to emails or phone calls. No refund or replacement item as I can not contact anyone and they ignore emails. As you can see from other reviews mine is not an isolated issue. Disgusting service, they’ve essentially stolen money from me

Oct 03,2019Placed order on 26-9. Got confirmation. Emailed twice to find out status, no reply to date. Tried phoning, message says send email. Decided to cancel order, so emailed on all addresses I could find, still no response to date. Even the other company they operate uses the same phone system & can't get message to them either....
