Sep 19,2019Shame on you shame on you shame on you shame on you shame on you shame on you. I don't know how these people sleep at night. I posted a review a few weeks ago and they went to the whole effort of getting Trust Pilot to take it down. Obviously the Pub Shop Catalogue had read my review and instead of contacting me to try and put it right (you have to leave your order number, which I did so they had all my details) they contacted Trust Pilot to take the review down instead, just keeping over £200 pounds I spent in their shop and never received anything. Avoid this site and do not buy anything from them.

Sep 18,2019To date22/8/21 these cowboys never delivered the goods or refunded or gave any explanation. Update...have got my money back from my bank, all of my fridges from a different company and delivered the next day.how are these people still able to advertise on the likes of Facebook etc. They are serious scammers.///// Warning stay away, do not pay these Scammers. you have little to no hope of receiving your order. No human contact possible. Run for the hills. They will email you and say out of stock, offer you other items, ask them for refund , than will not reply to any of your messages, try ring any of their phone lines, all messages saying email first. Don't be tempted by their vast website, you will end up with nothing. STAY AWAY..ABORT..ABORT. The Chat Bot is a joke

Sep 11,2019Great service until it goes wrong. I wanted to return my item. I emailed them twice marking my email urgent as requested to date some 16 working days later they still hadn't responded. I had to threaten to contact my credit card company to then get a very fast telephone call back. Too much hassle for me when there are so many others providing a top class service

Sep 19,2019Don't touch these people with a barge pole . They are dishonest . They take your money and don't send the goods and when you try to contact them they say it can only be done by email , but when you email them they don't reply . I will ask my card company to reverse the transaction.
