Catriona, the project designer, was extremely helpful in planning the layout, and diligently supervised delivery of the products and progress of the conversion to completion. The quality of the kitchen furniture and the new kithen equipment is excellent, and the professional workmanship of the installers was exemplary. Nothing was a problem and every stage of the job finished on time. An excellent job.

Feb 25,2022Catriona at the Glasgow store was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our kitchen perfect for us. She smoothed out any issues really quickly and communication was great. The kitchen itself looks amazing and makes such great use of space, we love it. :)

Feb 23,2022I recently purchased a Jonas & James kitchen for my mother, from Glasgow Kitchens. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen designer came up with a design that addressed my mothers need for ease of use, without compromising on style. Throughout the process, she was in touch with me regularly and responded quickly to any changes that we had to make, before final design was confirmed. She also ensured that there were no issues with the kitchen, after fitting. My mother has now lived with the kitchen for a short while and could not be any more delighted with it. Not only is the kitchen stylish, the quality is also very good and the design has met the brief.

Feb 21,2022I had some reservations about buying this kitchen especially as it was off plan, but I shouldn't have. Catriona in the Glasgow store was great - understood what I was after and got the design spot on. The delivery guys were great, polite, helpful and most importantly on time with no missing bits! The units themselves were easy to build and the quality is as good if not better than a most of other kitchen outlets we visited.

Feb 19,2022The whole experience of purchasing the kitchen and the design of the kitchen was a breeze Alex did a great job utilising the space I had to maximum effect Kitchen came on time and went well Alex recommended a kitchen Fitter Called Gary GĂ©rard who was allways arrive b4 8 30 am Completed job to a very high standard and was a pleasure to deal with So on the whole it was a great experience from start to finish Ray Ford

Feb 14,2022Hello again,my third review as my daughter "problems are still ongoing" due to 2 broken sinks so NO water for over a week with 2 young children.?Her 3rd sink arrived today thanks to Debbie at J&J,I was unaware how much Debbie has been helping Kelly,arranging for 2 replacement sinks,keeping her up to date ALL the time,if it was not for Debbie, Kelly would have no hair left.??Kelly still has to pay the fitters and having her washing done here(moms),Sorry Debbie I did not know.THANK YOU .

Feb 14,2022A little note of thanks to Ryan at the Stockton branch of The Range. He went above and beyond in his customer service, even rearranging his own rota to fit around mine as I work shifts! He was friendly, knowledgeable, was able to make recommendations to make cupboards work in tricky locations. As my partner couldn’t attend the meeting because he came down with covid, Ryan set up a Teams meeting so Andy could be part of the design back at home. I would definitely recommend Ryan to help you come up with the design work for your new kitchen!! Thank you again.

Jan 28,2022Sent complaint over a number of issues we had from start to finish including kitchen measured incorrectly, not enough information given about work involved with Mirostone worktop resulting in additional costs and to top it off sent complaint on 19th December 2021 and still not received a response despite repeated attempts to gain response. Would not recommend

Firstly I was impressed with the quality and styles but due to the unusual request Justin made this happen ... I am so thrilled with the results and i cannot thank Justin enough for all his help

Jan 03,2022I was well greeted by Moe in the showroom, he talked me through the kitchen process and all of our options and booked an appointment with Alex who then designed a kitchen for us and we are absolutely in love with it! Both Alex and Moe have been professional throughout and we will be sure to buy from Jonas and James Birstall once our extension is complete! I thoroughly recommend Alex and Moe.

Jan 02,2022Brought just after first lock down as only place you could actually go in to view, spent ÂŁ14k for the kitchen and they suggested the fitter. Beware, this they use as their get out card if anything is wrong, sales assistant visited our home 4 times, many wrong goods turned up incorrect or wrong. This meant we had to pay an extra day for the fitters, J & J would take no responsibility and said we or the fitters should of checked on delivery, as you can imagine there were many items, when we tried calling our agent we found out a week later that he had walked out, our fitter told us this happens every job they fit for them. When we did get hold of the main office they were so unhelpful and down right rude and would not take any responsibility as we paid the fitters separately, would not recommend J & J to anyone!!!!

Dec 29,2021We have had a bad experience with this Company, first the original order was wrong ,it was replaced, then the Kitchen fitter realised the Space to get though would not allow Wheel chair access so another unit was sent, Finally after several delays it was fitted, Now ONE year later one of the large Saucepan drawers will not close and the company is refusing to honour there Warranty and get it repaired

Dec 27,2021I have recently had a new kitchen fitted and must say I am over the moon with it. The quality of the cupboards and worktops are excellent. I bought this from the Birstall store and Alex was brilliant from start to finish. He did an amazing design and the service we received from him was second to none. He came on the day the kitchen was delivered to ensure everything was as it should be and throughout the fitting visited numerous times to make sure it was completed. I can highly recommend Alex and Jonasand James kitchen’s.

Dec 14,2021I am not one to regularly comment or leave a review but the service that we have received has been nothing but excellent. Alex has designed a kitchen that meets all our needs and nothing has been to much trouble for him, he does really enjoy his work. We now have an ideal kitchen provided at a reasonable price and yes it was flat packed but with the cams and dowels pre installed it was quick and easy to assemble. This is a quality product at the right price and everything from design to delivery went to plan with nothing missing but a little damage to one item that was immediately rectified following one phone call. I would recommend that anyone looking to replace their kitchen contacts Alex at Jonas & James Wigan.

Dec 08,2021I rarely write reviews, particularly bad ones, but please do not purchase from this company. I was originally buying a second kitchen from Wren but decided to go with this company as cheaper. There’s a reason for that! The order was incomplete and the worktop was damaged. Plus it’s flat pack which I wasn’t told. That’s why it’s cheaper. I could have bought from IKEA and saved even more money! Also they outsource delivery and you need to help them!! The worst part has been the appliances. They will not provide me with an invoice or proof of purchase so all the warranty’s are I invalid and after just 3 months the oven has broken! I am currently speaking with Bosch directly as J&J didn’t want to assist me at all when I explained it wasn’t working. I have emailed several times and have asked to speak to management but customer services have replied stating “unfortunately we are the highest point of contact”. I am going to take this further as I’m pretty sure it’s a legal requirement to provide an invoice. So for anyone looking at this company, please go to Wren or IKEA. You’ll be looked after much better should things go wrong.

Mar 14,2022Used Jonas & James in Stockton The Range for my new kitchen. Absolutely over the moon with it. Couldn`t fault the service from Ryan & Claire. Ryan`s knowledge and experience was second to none and that`s what sold it for me. He listened to everything I wanted and even came in just below my budget which was brilliant. Had a few minor issues with a missing worktop and a damaged door. Soon as I raised these issues with Ryan, they were resolved within a week or so. This delayed things slightly but I didn`t mind in the end as the kitchen looks fantastic. Claire was really friendly also in helping arrange the appointments with Ryan and getting everything booked in on the times I requested. She knew her stuff as well with the kitchens that were on display. Would recommend these guys at the range in Stockton as they were brilliant to deal with and the kitchen ranges are lovely. I went with the Chatsworth in the end and it looks amazing! Thanks again guy`s can`t thank you both enough for the service, especially Ryan as he went above and beyond to do and get everything I asked for. Cheers
