Aug 08,2021We ordered our kitchen from J&J based in the range at Nottingham. Stephen went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. After ordering the kitchen we came across a problem with our build so we had the amend the kitchen plan slightly and Stephen sorted it straight away. So happy with our finished kitchen, just what we was looking for.

Aug 03,2021We visited the jonas and James showroom at The Range derriford (Plymouth) and had the pleasure of being assisted by Adam. We were very impressed with the range of styles, colours and accessories that were offered and all the information was comprehensive and easy to understand. Adam was so patient and helpful through every stage of the process, he couldnt do more to help and was overall just a lovely guy. We would recommend him and J&J to anyone looking to get a new kitchen.

Aug 02,2021Awful Customer Service from store to head office !!!! I have had numerous issues with my kitchen and have contacted James in Newport store many times but he either ignores my call or tells Riley to say he’s off, he even saw me in store and walked the other way as he couldn’t answer my questions on my kitchen. He wrongfully measured my kitchen meaning at the 11th hour we had to change the size of some cupboards and lost a space at the end of the kitchen, he then blamed me for this saying I should of checked or got the builder to check ?? How is this not his fault. I have spoke to head office only by email even though I’ve asked numerous times for them to call me. In email everything is my fault for not checking, not reading terms and conditions etc etc. I had a freezer delivered with a huge dent in it and told I can have a discount but basically tough luck ! They didn’t deliver brackets for corner cupboard or dishwasher door and I’m told that’s tough because I’ve contacted them 14 days after delivery even though I stated the kitchen was being stored to be fitted at later date. Numerous cupboard doors were chipped or broke and they replaced 2 then when the sticky wrap was pulled off 2 more doors damaged and I’m told tough again as it’s outside of 14 days. Kitchen was delivered by 2 guys who couldn’t speak English and had a rude tone to whatever they tried to say ! Awful customer service and to be honest just an overall upsetting experience to what should be an exciting purchase. The more you ask questions the more they palm you off ! They couldn’t of been more helpful until we paid then they didn’t have the time off day for you !! I’m still waiting now 4 weeks later for someone to contact me about issues with the kitchen but yet to hear anything

You have made a big transformation to my small kitchen and created a lot of space .I love the glossy grey units looks clean and shiny all the time. Big big thank you for Mostafa who fitted the kitchen units and did a fantastic job.

The whole process was done virtually but could not have been easier due to the care and impeccable level of service provided by Stephen. Nothing was too much trouble and I am thrilled with my new kitchen which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Jul 24,2021FROM BAD TO WORSE TO RIDICULOUS Purchased a kitchen from Harlow store.The first sales rep came and measured,we sat down and placed the order and paid in full. We was contacted regarding our order and informed that the rep who measured our kitchen had been fired from his job and a new rep was appointed.We then was informed by the second rep that the reason the 1st rep was fired was he had made several errors and was going through personal problems.so the second rep visited and re - measured and not only informed me the measurements was wrong - that the 1st rep had placed an order for a kitchen we did not order. This was supposedly rectified.THE SECOND REPS MEASUREMENTS WAS ALSO WRONG!!! On delivery we had items missing washing machine WASHING MACHINE draw front and handles. we was informed that it was pre assembled WRONG flat packed the door fronts are not pre drilled for hinges no screws provided to fit feet for units No mention of the cost of special tools to cut work surfaces. When my kitchen fitter spoke to the sales rep for clarification the rep mentioned to him that they have bent over backwards. I DO NOT THINK THAT TRYING TO RECTIFY NUMEROUS ERRORS BY 2 SALES REPS WOULD BE CLASSED AS BENDING OVER BACKWARDS As it stands ..i am minus a door front and 2 handles When i spoke to to rep HE INSTRUCTED ME TO GO TO HOWDENS TO COMPLETE MY ORDER AS THEY WERE CHEAPER HE BECAME ABRUPT AND WHEN I INFORMED HIM I WOULD TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER HE REPLIED YOU DO THAT AND HUNG UP i NOW HAVE A KITCHEN WHICH IS INCOMPLETE DUE TO BAD MISLEADING SALES TACTICS I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT HEAD OFFICE BUT THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR ,AND ASK YOURSELF WHY WOULD YOU.

Jul 09,2021Poor! Uncontactable ever! Chap in store did his best but I'm pretty sure he doesn't run this company single handed from his personal mobile... or does he! Want a double oven and integrated microwave, no problem, will sell you that but they wont tell you that combination doesn't fit their units and you have to have them customised. Bits missing, screws not supplied, damaged doors [clearly been dropped on corners], end panel has been driven on by a forklift truck [actual tyre tracks visible], incorrect doors supplied, not enough end panels for the kitchen design provided. Do not purchase the Mirostone worktops, they scratch just looking at them. Nice looking kitchens that seem like good value at first but quality isnt great and overall service was a real let down.

Jul 07,2021Stephen at J&J The Range Nottingham was very helpful from start to finish. A few hiccups with the installation but Stephen helped to resolve these quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the products and listened to what we wanted. The end result is a wonderful quality kitchen space that all of our family can enjoy.

Jul 07,2021Great kitchen can go wrong with them. Just a few things comes with screws. If you get built in appliances there send out the wrong hinges and have to buy them yourself. So and if you try to raise any complaints with them there’s no phone numbers only ur designer oh and then it just gets burst under the carpet customer service is a joke

Jul 06,2021We went to lady bay Nottingham to just take a look at the kitchens, we met the designer Stephen who we told exactly what we wanted and he started the design whilst we looked at the range of kitchens. Stephen was very helpful throughout the buying process we had a couple of issues upon delivery with the wrong unit being supplied, one call to Stephen and he sorted it, the replacement unit arrived the next day. I would recommend anyone to go to lady bay branch talk to Stephen and I’m sure you will be impressed he is a credit to Jonas and James

Jun 26,2021Ordered kitchen from the range Doncaster, Kirsty was absolutely brilliant from start to finish very professional and friendly. She bent over backwards to help in everyway she even came around on delivery and checked every item and replaced a missing part next day, she even popped round to see how the fitter was doing and gave brilliant advice. The kitchen is of high quality and looks absolutely superb, kirsty just been round to see kitchen finished and advised us on how to add more to the kitchen in the near future. All being said absolutely chuffed with everything and a massive thank you to Kirsty at The Range Doncaster Highly recommended

Jun 24,2021I have just fitted a kitchen ordered by a friend with Adam at Derriford Kitchens, Plymouth. He was very helpful with good information and advice. His Aftersales service was exceptional so much so I have just placed another order with him for my own kitchen project. He helped with design advice and nothing was to much trouble. My wife and I took three hours of his morning whilst we tried to decide on design details. Even then we needed to make changes after the order was placed but Adam dealt with it all patiently, pleasantly and professionally. The kitchen units are good quality and look stunning when fitted. I would recommend the Plymouth store and the kitchen units.

Our kitchen designer Stephen Salter was brilliant, he provided amazing customer service throughout, and was always on hand to answer any of our questions. We received our kitchen on the agreed date with no issues. The kitchen itself is great quality and looks very impressive. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Jonas and James and particularly Stephen (Nottingham branch) to anyone looking for a good quality kitchen at a reasonable price.

Ian's initial visit to measure and discuss our wishes, he quickly created the draft plans, which, with some modifications, we agreed to go ahead. The delivery arrived on time. A couple of minor problems were resolved quickly by Ian. He kept in touch throughout the installation and has followed up with visits to make sure we were happy with the results.

Aug 16,2021A kitchen from The Range! That’s what we thought…..however Jonas & James kitchens are excellent. The quality is exceptional and so many choices and options. Price was excellent too, we were delighted. The whole process, from Richard with his attention to detail in the planning and AJ in the meticulous fitting, was smooth and efficient. Then end result is the kitchen of my dreams and I still do a little happy dance every time I’m in there!
