We are so happy with our new kitchen. The service from Kirsty and the team was fantastic from the planning stage, right through to the finishing touches. We were really impressed with the options Kirsty was able to show us for our layout in quite a small and difficult space. The team were fantastic during the fitting process and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend

Our new Kitchen from Jonas and James. The Kitchen is of a quality and solid construction, easy to assemble with quality cam lock connectors and soft close hinges and slides on the cabinets and draws also at a reasonable cost. We had one or two issues with transport damage but this was quickly remedied by the staff of Jonas and James, with replacements arriving within a couple of days. i would recommend that anybody looking to buy a new Kitchen take a look at Jonas and James.

We visit The Range on a regular basis, sometimes more than once a week. At times it’s even a bit like a family outing! The biggest purchase we made was a kitchen via Jonas & James. The patient and calm manner of John made the purchase very easy. We took my mother there for the first time over the past weekend and she commented that it seemed you could get anything you want from The Range, so, another convertee!

Just had a full new Jonas and James kitchen installed and have to say, amazing service from John at The Range in Hemel. He has been brilliant from when we first ordered it, right through to completion. even calling regularly to check all going well with the installation. Cannot fault the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5 star service

After moving into our new home. We were lacking some storage space in the kitchen. We decided that a kitchen island would do the job. With the help of JonasandJames (Kirsty & team) within The Range at Doncaster they have made our dream come true. Through to the design, delivery, and construction. They were faultless. They even managed to get it done before Christmas.We would highly recommend them.

We have had a new kitchen fitted which we purchased from Jonas & James via The Range at Doncaster. The lady we dealt with Kirsty who was very professional. She came to the house and completed a full measure and then ordered the kitchen after we had changed our minds on a couple of things!! The kitchen was delivered on the agreed day (4 days before fitting). The 2 guys who fitted the kitchen were an absolute joy to have in the house, they never stopped working and cleared the debris as they went. It was done in a week!! Kirsty came to check on installation during and after completion, she really has a forensic eye for detail. If you are in the market for a new kitchen in the Doncaster area I would thoroughly recommend Jonas & James at The Range for the service, product, fitting & after sales.

Never ever buy your kitchen from Jonas and James!! We trusted our designer with our hearts and dreams, but he has absolutely dashed them! First failure not checking the measurements of our kitchen and putting in extra tall larder units. After delivery and us trying to fit them, we realised something was majorly wrong and James accused us on lowering our ceilings!!?? Second failing starting a credit agreement 4 months early, when it should be 12 months after delivery, I was told nothing can be done and offered £50 compensation, when this affects my 2022 budgeting by nearly £900 Third failing not adding door handles to the order after I agreed them and on the quote that was supplied. Fourth failing delivering a washing machine when we asked for a washer dryer. Fifth failing sending us a washing machine that looks like it has been dropped from a great height. Sixth failing adding on 3 extra bits and panelling at a cost to us. Complaints team will not talk to me on the phone, said I have to email and will only reply one email as day, we are up against tie with our builder as he is extremely good and is needed on other jobs, but cannot get a decent reply from the range. Was offered £150 and half my kitchen is ruined as they told me to cut the feet off half of it, due t extra tall units and the plinth is ow two different heights!! Do not use this company at any cost!!!!

We ordered and had the kitchen measured by Alex in the Wigan branch and he recommended using a fitter "who does loads of work for me" called Pete Smith (Blackpool). The kitchen arrived on time and installation started, work tops, appliances, doors, cabinets, draws etc damaged and incorrectly supplied. These issues where all sorted out by Pete liaising with Alex in branch and all sorted. However the level of final workmanship was poor. Hole in the back wall partly filled with expanding foam, leaving a hole into the kitchen. Worktop fitted with a gap on the rear edge 3/4". The electrical work was meant to have been carried out by his electrician, he carried out this work himself and is unqualified to do so. I still await answers from him and Alex as to when this remedial work will be fixed and why he recommend unqualified fitters to carry out a fitting service. The only reply I did receive from Alex was "any issues you have with the fitter are for you to resolve". My response was "well thanks for that Alex I wouldn't have used them if you didn't put me in contact". I still wait for an electrician to certify the work carried out.

Extremely pleased with my new kitchen. It arrived within a month of ordering and the quality is outstanding. The Manager, John, was extremely helpful and knowledgable and ordering was so easy. I felt he was honest and there was no "sales talk" just facts which I very much appreciated. Highly recommend a visit to Range, Hemel Hempstead and have a look and a chat with John.

I purchased the gloss Hamilton range in two colours with a utility room and bar area incorporated in the design. We went to the range at Chatham and Jo Wickenden was our designer and got our vision straight away. Also gave us great ideas to give us the most from our space. The product was impressive and the price very good. Upon arrival of the kitchen to be expected a few bits missing and needed changing but we had many units and the installer could get on until rectified. Nothing was to much Trouble for Jo and sorted it immediately and the items arrived within days, which meant it could be finished on time. The customer service was better than i could have hoped for and made this part of a very big project run smoothly. Thanks to Jo and her team for giving us our dream kitchen/bar/utility.

J&J shocking . If this is the only way I can get some sort of response from you then this is the way it will have to be. Shocking delivery ( wrong items) had to unload the lorry with the driver, who asked where my fork lift was, wrong colour wrong sizes wrong work tops, wrong plans for fitting wrong everything missing items , shocking , had to pay my kitchen fitters for waiting for items to turn up. Booked my fitters in for a 3-4 day max job, ended up having to pay double as obviously I’d booked them to do a job which they had to come back to put the kitchen right. The doors in the corners are coming away and look chipped already , they are the high cupboards which are ones that are not used a lot. This is just half of it. I’m out of pocket by double through shocking company service. My kitchen fitters just had to keep coming back day after day to put some sort of kitchen that I got. I’ve emailed them about 5 times , called the mobile of the sales rep, in the end I went into store to be told by a range assistant that the rep had just vanished. What a surprise. So J&J if you’d like to call me with a reason to why all this went wrong I’m willing to listen…..

We had a few issues with missing items but couldn’t thank Alex at the Wigan branch more. He came out an spent around 2 hours getting everything sorted. Very helpful with any other little issues talking with the kitchen fitter. Kitchen is amazing

We are extremely happy with the Jonas and James kitchen. Our designer Stephen at the Lady Bay, Nottingham store was knowledgeable and helpful and the kitchen has exceeded our expectations. The quality of the cabinets is excellent as to are the appliances we also bought. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jonas and James to our friends and family. A big thank you to Stephen for all his help and advice from beginning to end

We ordered our kitchen from the range in willenhall. Ben came out and gave us some great advice.He went away and designed it for us and we was over the moon with the design. We had a think about and went back about a week later to make a few changes and made an order. Ben went above and beyond for us from start to finish . Nothing was ever to much bother for him. He is a lovely lad with a very professional manner. Very knowledgeable of the products and design . The quality of the kitchen we have received is amazing. We are over the moon with the service and products we have received. My mom and Dad also dealt with Ben and had their kitchen from the range. They are also over the moon with there kitchen. We would recommend you to anyone. Thank you Ben for making our experience so smooth and easy and the great advice you gave us to achieve the look we wanted.

We recently purchased a kitchen from the range store hemel hempstead. The sales representative John was most helpful with a very good knowledge of the products and was backed up by lavanna who designed our kitchen for us rejigging units and cupboards to fit our limited space using the measurements supplied bv us We decided we would fit our kitchen ourselves,the units arrived on the day specified well packaged complete and no damage. The units went together easily, yes there was some fettling and rejigging to take into account for pipework and such like and if there was question John was always there to help out but we found nothing we couldn't overcome. So altogether we had a pleasant pain free experience and kitchen looks great

I simply want to know if it is possible to buy a small pot of paint in order to touch up one of the units. Have been to The Range in Chatham, nobody ever at the desk when I go in. I left a message with the Lead Taker in the first instance and nobody ever got back to me. This is weeks ago. I have also emailed Customer Support. Twice. The first time I was told my query would be passed to the Branch, the 2nd email was ignored. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. I can find no telephone number for Customer. Support either. Re your reply as stated in review I was told the Chatham branch would come back to me. THEY HAVE NOT. I HAVE emailed again Regardless of you stating you have not heard from me again, nobody has come back to me from the branch. It is unhelpful for you to tell me you have not heard anything from me since the first email. All I want to know is can I get a pot of paint! Can the branch let me know as you have said they will contact me. That is all I want to know. I have checked my emails and I emailed you on 9th, 14th and 19th August and had no reply from the last 2 emails.

Really great from start to finish. Design plan looked like a photo and made it really clear what our kitchen would look like when finished. James was patient and went through a load of colour choices with us on our zoom meeting. Price was best we found and kitchen didn’t compromise on quality for that. It was delivered in time by some very helpful lads who brought it all in. I fit kitchens and bathrooms for a living and now recommend my clients get their kitchens here. Really happy with the result.

Jonas and james tried to have my last review blocked but after 24 hours trust pilot have put it back on they said it should be banned .would you have a look at it and see what you think .these people from jonas and james don't have a heart to leave you with only half a kitchen and just ignoring me . But I won't go away this is going to court and even after court I will be letting every body know about these people .This has got to be stopped the way we are all treated .

Bought the kitchen from the range store in Newport, James was lovely to deal with when we went in, the kitchen we wanted is stunning in store, look at the specs we better than everyone else yada yada yada.. Opted for an under sink counter top, sounds lovely with all the draining board be carved out for us can deliver in a few weeks, do we want fitting? No we can do it, yes that’s fine - end of conversation Anyway time goes on kitchen arrives, kitchen counter top solid no carving, phones up the lovely James to be told oh no the fitters do it, right but you never divulged that when turning down fitting…def not 100% or guess what we would have gone for a normal sink….next issue no screws for the handles, took an age to arrive..mismatched instructions oh yes this goes here etc a - Um no it does not. Tall unit (this is my fave) instructions completely wrong, no correct holes all have to be made…instructions state to fit 5 legs that’s right 5!!! How many supplied? 4 anyway puts it all together, draws in and cupboard door on leaves house for a small amount of time, now when I left the unit was standing when I come back the unit had buckled under the weight fallen over and smashed into our 2 month old fridge freezer which is now dented and scratched and the cupboard door damaged, lifts up unit and supports with wooden blocks, goes to B&Q to obtain steel legs to ensure it stands…took the damaged leg to the range to show them, James not in I’m on training I’ll take some notes..we get a phone call can you email customer services. Now while in the range making a complaint we notice the ‘sample’ units and the legs holding up their units are completely different to what had been supplied, so we took pictures…email sent pictures supplied of the damage to the legs, doors and fridge…patiently waited for a reply and low and behold we get the best news ever….ITS OUR FAULT, sooooo apparently we forced the legs in which caused the tearing of the plastic and collapsed unit, top it off we didn’t anchor it to the wall….can’t anchor it till we sorted out putting the oven in which is too big so we have to carve out the hole as that’s what is expected….instructions state to drill ventilation holes not cut a huge hole out…so yes I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM THEM. Will be going through trading standards now as we are not happy, they can not put the blame on us for them cutting corners and providing us with sub par materials and lies
