Mar 19,2023I have been a customer of thestudio for over four years and order about 4-6 times a year. The reason I keep using them is because of their easy-to-use platform and the quality of their patches. Sometimes it is a little challenging for me to get what I want in my head onto paper or a screen but their designers are talented, can create what you want from verbal descriptions, crude drawings, examples from search engines, etc., and they are very patient. The tracking meter is also helpful, but sometimes you get frustrated because you just want it to arrive because you know it’s going to be just like Christmas when you open that FedEx package. The price is great too.

Mar 18,2023Really great product and prompt delivery. Customer service was good but there were quite a few emails sent to me prior to just getting to business. Also, they called my phone to discuss closing the deal, and I requested that they use email instead of call, yet the calls kept coming. I found that incredibly disruptive and annoying. But in the end, this company delivered the goods. Spectacular quality patches and promptly delivered.

When I received it, it was done with PROFESSIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP. 2. I have already placed another order with them. 3. I am working on a 3rd image to have them make for me. ALL of my experiences with this company have been PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, AND TIMELY. I am glad I randomly found them on the internet. This is a great company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Mar 18,2023The Studio is easy to work with. Recently one of my orders form them was lost by the shipping company. The Studio worked diligently to get that lost package recovered and when they could not they resent my order. Their customer service was professional and timely.

Mar 17,2023I ordered PVC patches with velcro backing for a work engagement. I was a first time customer and found the process of creating my design for the patches relatively easy. Customer service throughout the process was great, as well as the finished product which came sooner than expected. I highly recommend and would/will use again.

Mar 14,2023/Studio had a promotion going on where you sign up with your email and get 50% off and it was valid for 14 days. I put together my order and just wanted to confirm with another members of my company that that's what we wanted. When I came back to the website two days later my order was still in the cart, I was told the promotional code was expired. I reached out to the support, spoke with multiple representatives and they all refused to honor the original promotion. Lost potential customer for large order and future orders over a few dollars. Horrible first impression, would never deal with them again. Their rep told me they are diffirent and better than other company due to their customer service. Not sure what service they were referring to because false advertising and no means of resolving the issues is not a good look.

Mar 07,2023The Studio offers a wide variety of custom merch and is a really fantastic shop to work with. They make incredibly high quality hats, pins, and more! I cannot reccomend them enough. They are one of the few shops I've found capable of doing under-brim printing and a sandwich brim. They are extremely communicative with a great tool for tracking your order and any revisions, and they have a knowledgeable design team capable of working with you to get the perfect custom item. I'll definitely be sticking with them!
