Apr 02,2023The design for my enamel keychains turned out great. Competitive price that made the project possible and my comments were accurately followed throughout the mockup process. They have a simple and intuitive markup system for delivering comments. I've placed enamel pin orders with other manufacturers before and was never shown a final physical mockup. The Studio provided photographs of the physical sample before final approval.

This was our first time not only making an enamel pin but using this company and we were nervous for the results. We got the artists ideas to approve, the mock-up and the final confirmation from the factory with any small detailed changes. They arrived earlier than expected and we LOVED THEM.

Mar 31,2023My friends and I had previously attempted to have our semi-complicated design embroidered on a hat with a different company only to be immediately told that it would be too complicated. We did some research, found The/Studio's woven patches product, and knew we found our answer. The process was truly seamless and as pain-free as possible. After uploading our design, the team got us a mockup within a few days, and it was sent to the printer and shipped within a week. We anticipated overseas shipping to take a month or so due to customs, but it arrived more quickly than some things I've ordered within the country. I was speechless when they arrived. The woven patches were nicer and cleaner than we could have anticipated. I would absolutely recommend The/Studio to anyone who wants custom merch and will definitely be coming back for their services as I need them in the future!

Mar 27,2023Since November I've place 9 orders, during which I experienced significant problems and delays on each, prompting me to cancel 2 orders. The design and production departments just can't get things right anymore. I'm constantly told that my patches can't be made, yet when I cancel the orders and send them to other companies, they're made without an issue.

Mar 24,2023It was almost effortless. Since it was just a reorder of a previous job, it was pull up the specs and "copy and paste". And the results were as expected. As soon as I get the kids properly suited up I'll send a group photo.

He walked me through and understood what I was trying to describe. He explained how to send our sample and sent me a quote. The price was very good. I appreciated how I was informed of the process and sent the appoval pictures. The time frame was actually faster than originally quoted. The patches are a very nice quality and the artwork was very good. I would highly recommend The Studio.
