Feb 10,2023Quickly completed and at a slightly hirer quality than expected. After providing a mock-up sketch of what I wanted in powerpoint, The/Studio responded back with a digital demo for stitching. They made minor adjustments to insure my digital demo would match what the sowing machine could do. After quickly returning the demo, they stitched a physical sample and sent a picture much faster than I anticipated. I approved it and a bag full of my 3" patches arrived in the mail within weeks. Very happy with my experience. I wanted a bunch of patches cheaply and the quality was better than I expected for the bare-bones options.

Feb 09,2023Really satisfied and happy. I had a teen’s cut done by Sergio, he did an amazing job I have very thick long hair and he gave me face framing layers and a trim. He was throughly and took his time to make sure everything was evenly done. It only took 30min with wash + haircut. He was really sweet too and I got everything I wanted for a good price. He was excellent at asking what I wanted and telling me what he would do, all in all really good experience!!

Jan 30,2023We wanted to have some custom lapel pins for our team as an award for corporate events attendance. Cyrus and everyone I spoke with went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and expedited the process to get my order on time. They also creatively solved a materials compatibility issue with no extra charge to make sure my pins were perfect! This was my second order and it won't be my last! There was a hiccup with magnets being able to be used on the metal we chose for the pins, but the production team engineered a solution and they came out very nice. It was very easy to use the "customer dashboard" to track my order and get requests processed. There was an issue with shipping due to FedEx but Cyrus stayed on top of it and I got my order with only a one day delay and three days before FedEx projected.

Jan 14,2023My shipment never arrived. After trying forever to get ahold of the company to address this issue, they said they would refund me. Then they turned around and said management declined the refund. I still need the product and whether I was going to work with them again was depending on how they handled this situation. I am not ordering anything from them again when I don't have piece of mind in their courier or confidence that they would refund me in the event something happened.

Jan 04,2023My coins/lapel pins where for the Bicentennial anniversary of my Lodge and all the members love them! I live in Virginia and took a family trip to Hawaii, and regardless of what time zone I was in I got a response about my concerns/input within a few short hours. As long as I had access to my phone or internet, I could easily keep the process moving along. Your employee, Gerelyn, was great! * having a referral system where a customer could get a discount or credit on future purchases for referring a friend is the only thing I can think of to improve on

Feb 28,2023I've been dealing with this company for over 6 months, they have repeatedly sent me the wrong color for my product. Either the communication between the support and the manufacturer is horrible, or the workers do not pay attention to the detail. I'm truly blown away that a company that does custom orders can not get a color correct, even when given the specific color pantone code. I am to the point where I'm just going to deal with what I have and not move forward with this company.
