The customer service team is polite, professional, and super helpful. The service is quick to process and I received my patches quicker than projected. We have receive compliments on our jumpsuits all the time on the quality of our woven patches and we love to say "we got them from The Studio!"

The team worked with us through the process, creating multiple mock ups to get just the design we wanted. Coins came out amazing, and also the ability to do a small quantity buy at a reasonable price was huge for us!

They worked very hard to stay true to my original design and helped me to understand the process for creating coin designs that glow in the dark. I started my request on 15 Jun and had the coins in-hand before the end of September. They definitely exceeded my expectations and the members I have handed them out to absolutely love them. We needed to switch our patches from embroidered to woven due to an issue with our design and we had to cancel a few accidental invoices, and these things were painless due to the awesome customer service! The designer also had really helpful notes on our design that we will keep in mind for future patches. The entire process was really fast too without sacrificing the quality of the patches (they came out flawlessly and we're thrilled with them!). Our patches also came way earlier than we were expecting which was great!
