People love them so much that I have had multiple people order from The Studio to make patches for other film/TV projects. Greta place, quality, price and timing. I highly recommend.

Dec 09,2022The keychain design is very sentimental. The design was developed after my grandson passed away. We have stickers with this design that we place everywhere we go. Developing this design into a keychain allows us to take it everywhere we go. I appreciate the staff developing this concept and turning it into reality. The ease on placing and receiving the order. The staff extremely professional and efficient.

Dec 08,2022I know zero about patches and even less about any graphic designing. I needed a patch for hats. Albeit a second time from 2 years ago, I remembered nothing on how to do anything. Once I got connected to their very professional tech person everything was a snap. She even accomplished a request I did not think was going to be able to get done. If your skillset lies elsewhere like mine does, don't fret. Wait until you are connected and the process is quite easy. You do have to pay up front but hey, no one that's good works for free! It was painless and quick to set up and the delivery was far faster than they predicted. Under promise and over deliver, they were great. That's pretty much how my first experience went also. I would recommend them to any one any time for most anything in their realm of expertise.

Dec 06,2022I placed an order months ago for simple patches and had so many re-do's. My customer service Rep, Allen Anderson received all of my concerns thru e-mails. I spoke with him initially to place my order, but as soon as the problems kept occurring, he never returned my phone calls - only would text! I would call The Studio customer service line and would be referred to the on-line process for corrections. I then called as a new customer - that was the only way I could speak with a representative. At that point, the representative assured me that they would have Allen Anderson call me back - no return calls! I repeatedly requested simple corrections, i.e. a spacing between letters and a color change. He insisted that I do it on line and I mentioned to him that the colors on line does not match up with the white/off white color I needed. He assured me that the colors that I requested and approved would be what I needed. I received my product today and the color is still wrong. I've never received such bad service in all of the years that I've been in business. I requested a re-do and Allen Anderson said he would give me another option to have it re-done but would be charged again. I am very dissatisfied with this product and I should receive a re-do or a refund because I never received the color that I kept insisting upon. If you check my order, you'll see just how long this extended process has taken and I still received the wrong product.

My new rep made me feel uncomfortable with how she was handling my order. I asked to speak to a manager and got Mia. Exemplary came immediately back onto the table. She straightened out everything and took ownership of my process. Calling me with any questions and updates. Just can't say enough about having this level of back to the sales process.

Nov 22,2022Worst communication, missed deadlines, excuses, and Chinese made products. When I ordered some coins, I assumed they were being made in California, where they have their contact and about info at. But after several delays, I realized that my coins were held up in China. Dwayne who was supposedly who I was working with, never would respond in a timely manner and always returned phone call at the oddest hours, which indicated he too was not in the United States. After my coins finally made it into the United States, my coins arrived at an incorrect address which they had the correct info and even admitted to sending to the wrong address. After asking for a refund, they said they will submit it and have never returned any emails or calls. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

They don't meet deadlines and expect the customer to be ok with that no refund or explanation. They got their money so your satisfaction is not their concern, recommen people go else where or deal with issues several customers go threw.
