Oct 21,2022When I was typing on the online form, a rep called me in the midst of filling it out. I’ve never experienced customer service at that level. Subsequent to that, the rep not only helped me to make the right choices in materials and colors, but also suggested ones that became beneficial to my overall budget! The icing on the cake was getting the products even faster than the expected delivery date! I mean…who does that?!?!! I love The Studio and need to re-order right now. This review just reminded me to stop procrastinating and get to it.

Oct 21,2022The whole process of the order went smooth until I got my order. Got our Challenge Coins in and on the little plate thats on the coin that is for engraving a “name”, they engraved the word “name” on all 100 coins, so now nothing can be engraved and the coin looks like a joke giving it to Soldiers. I emailed the company and they told me that I approved the design, which is true but if there is lettering on that plate to show the size of the lettering and how it looks, I should not tell you “hey you have to take that off”. This is your specialty and you make the product. And all they said is in order to reorder it would be the full price again! For a mistake they made in production? Very disappointing company! Wanting your business real fast but not if there is a mistake, not willing to own up and replace the product! Will never use again!

Oct 20,2022Don't waste your time and money with this company. I ordered 100 pcs of white logo and 100 pcs of blue logo. They shipped me 200 pcs of the white logo. Thestudio company will NOT refund, exchange or redo their mistake.

The rep I was assigned, Alex G, was extremely patient and had very good follow-thru with all communications. The quality of the patches were great! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for customized patches. Easy to work with, good quality, good communication, and overall very happy with my experience. Will absolutely be back.

Oct 15,2022I made a over $700 dollar order and it said that it would be delivered around November 4th to 6th which was completely fine. The hurricane Ian comes around and I went 3 and a half hours away to make sure me and my family were safe. Without any notice from TheStudio, the package was delivered on October 1st, during a hurricane. I didn’t end up getting back home until October 3rd. And of course it was stolen. I have went through the claim process with them and was denied because it was delivered to the correct address at the specific time it was suppose to. 1. That wasn’t true. It didn’t say it was gonna be delivered on the 1st of October, it said on November 4th - 6th. Which was not the promised date at all. 2. The claim was due to it being stolen, not the wrong address. They have not made much effort to help my case, they pointed me to the shipping company, which the shipping company pointed me back to the original company, TheStudio, and back and forth. This just wasn’t a great experience because I feel robbed, both literal and metaphorically. I got no help at all and am down over $700 which honestly is fine. This happens sadly, but the fact that this company tried so minimally to actually help. I proceeded GPS travel history to prove that I wasn’t home and I have 4 witnesses to also prove that I wasn’t home. Don’t trust this company with helping you if something goes wrong.

I had trouble getting the design portioned correctly on my own, but the staff was able to take my example and make the changes I wanted. My new labels are perfect and are making my merchandise more professional. The customer service went above and beyond to help me on my schedule and the end result was perfection.

A member of their team worked with me directly from start to finish, from the quote to delivery their staff was in constant communication as the situation evolved. The final product was exactly as advertised and my unit is proud to wear their patch on their uniforms. Accuracy. Quality. Customer service. Timeliness. Accountability. 5/5 I will recommend this company to every unit looking to redesign their own morale patches.

But I stumbled upon The Studio and had an awesome experience! Customer service helped me with the design and there is a very efficient iterative process where you'll receive mockups of your order throughout various stages of the process, and it's very easy to provide comments / make adjustments.
