I submitted my artwork and had the mock ups done very quickly. The total order was delivered 2 to 3 weeks earlier than the initial estimate. Gabbie was exceptional!

Nov 09,2022Several things stood out: - The process of design was very easy and smooth; the team at The/Studio were able to take my design and optimize them for the coin - The speed at which drafts were provided was impressive - Overall production time was less than estimated (not sure if this is usual, but it was a wonderful surprise to get the coins nearly a week early) - Final quality of the product is outstanding I would definitely recommend the team at The/Studio and they'll be my first choice on the next challenge coin project we have.

They even did a customization for us with no problem whatsoever. Received the product sooner than expected, and the whole experience was more than satisfactory!

Nov 08,2022The/Studio requires an e-mail address very early in the process. I had to provide name and e-mail address in order to find information about sizes, only to discover that their minimum size was too large for my needs. And then they spam you with e-mails. Apparently from multiple distribution lists, because I've had to unsubscribe multiple times within just a couple of days (some of the unsolicited e-mails don't even include an unsubscribe link).

Nov 07,2022This company will own the rights to your designs once you submit them. This means they can sell your designs and pins. They can use your pins without asking for marketing or even manufacture your own designs. Stay away from this company.

Nov 05,2022The design team were EXTREMELY attentive- continually in touch by phone, text, and email. Very responsive, no time delays. The portal they set up for clients to interface with the team, and approve/amend design changes or the final product, is very user friendly. Fees and timelines explained up front, no mysteries or surprises. The product itself was better than I expected, as well. The ONLY mild concern I had about the whole thing was that I didn't know my patches were being manufactured in the PRC, and since we're going to be at war with them soon, I would choose to have my product made in an allied country. But this is an afterthought that only became apparent when I viewed the shipping information on the package being delivered to me.
