Nov 14,2023I studied Support Work in Schools and Colleges Level 2 with Think Employment. They supported me from the start especially as I was making a career change after 37 years in the Catering and Hospitality sector. The course was well structured and set out on the website, with easy to follow units and assessments. I received excellent support from my tutor AT who was there if I needed anything. I had no problems accessing the course whether it was on my laptop, home computer or phone. I look forward to taking another course soon.

Nov 13,2023I have had the great pleasure to undergo the Think Employment Boots Camp, and I could not be happier! Firstly, with the course itself, because it is absolutely brilliant, and secondly with the fantastic staff that work there. Shinning bright stars! From the very beginning an immense help have been given to me in regards of information, support and understanding. I felt that each step of the way there was someone to help if needed. Sessions were professional and with serious information on , but they were also filled with empathy, equality, inclusivity, and interesting stories and personal experiences. Because of all of this I feel more confident and prepared to go forward. Alice, Janet and everyone else a huge thank you, good luck and continue with the great work.

Nov 09,2023Laura was a lovely Tutor, very understanding and helpful, always on hand when I needed any help and made zoom sessions fun and engaging. I enjoyed the course and found it helpful to be able to work around other obligations and will probably look into doing another course next year because of my experience. Thanks Laura :)

Oct 17,2023Craig is one of the most engaging tutors I've ever encountered, he's really great and makes the content of the sessions memorable and easy to digest. He's also very funny! Some of the modules in the additional work section need updating I think but I don't think that's a huge issue. Glad I undertook this course.

Oct 16,2023My tutor Laura Townsend-Rendall was always very helpful and supportive. She kept me on track with my progress throughout the course and was always quick to answer emails. I‘ve only given 4 stars though, because the website could be easier to navigate. I found it a bit confusing sometimes.

Oct 12,2023I came to think employment after I was made redundant to take up a course for a teaching assistant something I should have done years ago. And from start to finish it had been great my tutor India was always there when needed nothing was too much. The flexibility of the course being online is great as I was able to work around my family life. Doing this course has given me the confidence to go for what I want. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about taking up a course with them.

The course covered many aspects of safeguarding and the lessons were very well structured and easy to follow on . My tutor Laura Townsend Rendall was very polite, very supportive and helpful. Through her reviews she lead me to being the best version of my work.

I have signed up to do this course as it allows me the freedom of doing it at my own pace as long as it is finished by the end date and it is free! I did not know what to expect at first, but the enrolment process was smooth yet very professional. The tutors and learners are all amazing, I have looked forward to attending all my live sessions on zoom throughout the whole course. I had most of my sessions delivered by Alice and Jan who were both great, friendly and knowledgeable. Alice was very approachable and made me feel confident to ask any questions, big or small. I would really recommend this course if anyone is looking to be a teaching assistance.
